A MUST visit restaurant who is the middle of a beautiful garden. Super authentic and fresh food, super friendly service and a true relaxing local vibe atmosphere!!! We will be back again tomorrow.
Great food and very attentive service.
Excellent food, great service, and wonderful ambiance. Dined with a friend, and we got the buffet, which is an excellent mix of dishes, flavors, and textures. Sergio provided excellent service. I would definitely dine here again.
Great food great prices had breakfast and it was good.
The food in here is amazing, just the place on its own right feels like traditional grandma's food built up into a restaurant. Get the pipián, definitely a must if you go here. Also, for the entrance get an order of cheese, I know it sounds odd but stay with me, listen, they serve you a very fresh and delicious cheese, some tortillas, molcajete sauce, and beans. That alone would make this place worth it. (I was so busy, focused on my food that I couldn't be bothered to take some pictures. I'll update it on the next visit.)
A Fonda restaurant with very good food, meats are excellent,is quiet for the people who want to be in a more private area or for the ones who want to be in the patio with love singers whom you can tip if you like. I like the food especially their very reasonable prices.

Amazing place, live music, great Mexican food, very very tasty, their just made tortillas are absolutely amazing and the prices are incredible!!! A must go in Morelia
I can say that I liked the architecture, decor, and overall ambiance of the place; it has a nice atmosphere. They even let me bring my dog in. The service was very good and very friendly. I liked the food; the portions were good, the menu had variety, and the flavor was good, though not amazing.
The food was good and our waiter was excellent. I did find the buffet overpriced, and I'm not sure it was worth it. Ordering from the menu might be a better option.
It's a place with a great consistency in the quality of the food that they offer.
Great local food that feels really authentic. Except for the small tamales, the portions were not as generous as expected as you can see there is barely any meat on my main dish. But I have to say that other then that I enjoyed it. It was clean, cheap and the server was really nice too.
Very good. Great "Tierra Caliente" Mexican food. The buffet is super affordable and you get to try a lot of the famous Tierra Caliente dishes. This place is probably a must.
Delicious food in the style of La Tierra Caliente of Michoacán. The Colonial style dining rooms are out of antiquity. Service is slow and and irregular.

They are clearly understaffed. Some entries were not available such as guacamole, really? In michoacan? Really? Go somewhere else.
Disappointing deterioration in quality since my last visit. Pipian sauce with pork was bland and woefully underseasoned. Instead of warm, freshly made corn tortillas as in the past, now nearly tasteless wheat flour imposters. Accompanying frijoles were served unappetizingly cold. Alas, have to cross this place off my list of favorites. 😢
