This is my favorite Taco Bell. The quesadillas and burritos are ALWAYS crispy. Workers are very friendly, and the food always comes out fast.
Well I arrived with a big order. It was so clean. I could not find one thing on the floor. You will See in the pictures. The food was great the service was good. They forgot two items But when I arrived back the manager Tameka apologized and asked that she make it right. I said it’s no problem. She and her crew made the items and put a coupon for a free taco. The staff was so nice and willing to do what they could to make it right. The manager stepped up and made the items herself. I would recommend this place to Anyone. You will not find a cleaner place at night. If you see Tameka tell her Steve sent you. Go in and have a taco or two.
I found employee, Michael J, to be extremely helpful and informative, especially since it's been so long since I've been to a Taco Bell. He saw me bypass the hot and diablo sauces and asked if I would prefer mild. Yes. Even opened the doors, since my hands were full of their delicious food. What outstanding customer service!
I have never liked taco bell but this was an amazing experience! My mother had to use the restroom and there was no soap the staff immediately fixed it! the only bad thing was the paper straws absolutely hate paper straws maybe keep paper straws for the vegans or whatever and have plastic straws for the people who want a pleasant drinking experience. Loved it!
Well my food was fine but I sure hope the kitchen looked better than the restroom. Absolutely disgusting and pretty sure it hadn’t been cleaned in days!!!!!
Generally pretty good. Will be five stars when they start putting the right sauce on the quesadillas. Creamy Jalapeño, not Chipotle. Very important.
Ik it’s Taco Bell, but it’s really good when right. Ordered two different burritos, and they just mixed the ingredients into whatever combination they wanted, making neither correct. I know they know they messed up bc the cheesy bean and rice burrito still had small granules off beef they tried to scrape out of it instead of making it right. Mistakes happen, and integrity is an asset you can gain or lose. Would have just given them a company survey but the feedback option isn’t on their receipt and intentional poor acts should be noted.
The food was really good. Some of the staff were very friendly. There was one woman that went to hand a customer their cups and dropped them on the floor. She said she would get them new ones. She gave the lady clean cups and then walked around to the drive thru cup section and slid the dirty cups onto the clean ones for the next customer to get. She knew she was wrong too because she checked to make sure nobody was looking before she done it. Do better!
Workers would not give me a water cup even though the law states so. They proceeded to scream at me after I stated the law said they have to and yelled at me for being white.
My husband and I stopped in after work for a bite to eat. We were greeted appropriately, which we appreciated, but my goodness the filthy music this staff was listening to! I mean it was so filthy it caused secondhand embarrassment. I was literally clutching my pearls! If that’s what you’re into, it shouldn’t be allowed in ANY place of business.
Order was completely wrong. Forgot a burrito. Double charged us for a drink. And the portion sizes for the cost were ridiculous. A chips and cheese is $2.60 and when we got home the cheese was essentially empty. Would steer clear of this Taco Bell. Update: tried to give it another chance…big mistake. Hadn’t been here in about a year. Went in and ordered 2 tacos supremes and 2 burritos. Every single item we ordered was incorrect. This place is hopeless. Won’t be coming back.
I went there 10pm on Friday 1/9/26. Only one person running the entire restaurant. She was on the phone talking the whole time I was there. I asked her a question about something on the menu and all she would say is you have to look it up on the kiosk. Then she went back to talking on the phone. When she saw me come to the counter, she went to the back and stayed there until I eventually left. I ate somewhere else. This place really should consider closing this location. A very poor experience!!!
Waited in line for 40 minutes, didn’t get any food and had to leave the line and scrape my car to get out cause we were trapped for so long.
While I was looking over new items on menu, I was rushed- told 3 times to go ahead with my order in the matter of 45 seconds, to which I responded, I'm still not ready. I got back a snarky "we're on a timer"- regardless of said timer nobody should be rushed unless they're there for a ridiculous amount of time. I was literally pulled up to the speaker for one minute, about to make my decision and order- which maybe wouldn't have taken "that long" had I not been side tracked by being rushed.. anyways, I went to cook out and had a great lunch anyways.
The hard taco shell was either old/stale or the oil was rancid. It made me feel sick all day. We've been to this taco bell on numerous occasions and always enjoyed it. This time the food was not up to par. Sorry. I enjoy taco bell, but very disappointed this time.
If I could rate all zeros, thats what my rating would be. Ciara, Sierra, however you spell the chick name, she is the manager on morning shift. She was rude, unprofessional, customer service -10. She made my food very sloppy and cold..barely any meat. I wanted a refund and she caught an attitude and didn't want to give my money back.
Lucky enough to even get a review from me but — I came here after work for dinner. Spent $30, asked for sour cream on all of my items and only got it on one out of 5 items. I also ordered an avocado ranch crispy chicken burrito after then telling me they were still selling them — just for them to have me pay for my food & tell me they stopped selling them a month ago. As an alternative, I asked for a supreme steak burrito. WHY was there LITERALLY ONLY TWO pieces of steak?! Unnoticeable amount of lettuce and also cheese. $30!!! Night shift SUCKS. Then gave me two “complimentary” cinnamon twists. Yall gave me something I didn’t ask for and gave me nothing the way I asked for it. Do better and get employees that actually gaf.
Worst Taco bell experience. Our food couldn't have been more incorrect. 2 coupons (for A free taco each) for it taking so long doesn't excuse the fact that only 1 order was correct. $50 for 3 people and waited 20 min. Ordered our food on the touch screen inside because no one was available and the drive thru was closed. We arrived about 9:15 and over 20 min later we had our order. Everything was there but none of the additions were on our food. So collectively they got an extra $10 that we didn't receive in add ons. Clearly the owners don't care or they'd have a more efficient staff.
Skip this location. Food and staff is absolutely ridiculous. Drive through was closed at 9 and had to go inside to order. 1 person ordered before me and I waited over 20 minutes for two crunch wraps. Opened the order when I got home and neither one of them had any meat. How they can charged me $20 for this I do not understand. I think it's reasonable to expect the food you pay for to include all of the ingredients.
