One of our favourite Starbucks. Nothing extraordinary but overall we always love it.
I love thy juice and sandwich. Courteous staff. The Philippines gentleman was accommodating with great customer service.
New and clean store. Big size store. Employee are very good. Coffee and sandwiches was right temperature. Definitely I recommend.

UPDATE: I want to rave about Michaela who works at this location. She is amazing, always extremely friendly, order is always right. And here is where she sets apart from the rest, you pull up to the menu to order and if you are a regular (yes, I may need an intervention - I go here a LOT!) she already knows your order before you say it. I just greet her and she's telling me my order haha. I love it! Thanks Michaela for the superb service. I hope the owner of your starbucks knows what an asset you are there!! I work near this starbucks so I frequent the drive-thru more often than I care to admit. The staff here are super friendly, hard-working and my orders have always been accurate. I appreciate this crew very much.
The workers are always awesome and remember you. Coffee is always consistent and the food is good. The Mountain House location is the best I've ever been to.
I had a small incident at Starbucks MH today and the barista, Makayla was quick to come to my assistance even though what had happened was not her fault. She was very attentive, sweet, and accommodating. Despite the small incident, Makayla's customer service gives me every reason to return.
No complaints well actually theres one which is no drive thru but I still give it a 5 star because it was not busy at all girls were very friendly ghat worked there and it was clean and nice place music a little loud inside but thats preference on what people enjoy I think of star bucks as a meeting place to talk if u sit down in there so music was loud for talking or reading but I left anyways I wasnt doing either of those things so it was perfect for me .

Coffee was hot but not strong as usual it seemed old. Service was ok. When walked in…. Chairs were up on tables. Good they are cleaning but was not pleasant view.

Seriously getting overpriced. Coffee quality is low as the espresso is masked by various other ingredients and flavor additions. If you taste the espresso exclusively, you’ll notice the low quality of the coffee. It’s a good way to get your caffeine dependence satisfied as a last resort.

Today’s service at this location was absolutely horrid. I made a mobile order at 10:16, in which I give them typically 10 minutes although the time for pick up said 10:22. Didn’t walk in until 10:25 and didn’t see anything ready so I waited a little more. 10:30 rolls around and still no drinks. One barista is just walking around looking at the tolls of people waiting for orders instead of helping the person that was running around with no help. I go to the counter at 10:35 to cancel my order with no luck because I made a mobile order she can’t refund the order, she just tells them not to make my order, yet at 10:45 I get a notification that my order is ready. It was only 2 drinks and it took them 30 minutes to make. $14 lost

This is fine if you're in a pinch. But if you want great coffee in Mountain House, go to THub Cafe.

She has a lot of life learning to go with tht kinda behavior, lol. Also, isn't good customer service how they earn tips too? That probably would have helped her out if she would've been nice. This kind of experience definitely makes a person rethink where they will patronize. The manager definitely should retrain her on the customer service part, just saying. That's a huge booo to the Mountain House/Byron store, and I'll definitely be spread that story around.

I have tried to give this place the benefit of the doubt countless times, but at some point there is obviously a fundamental issue if there are so many negative experiences. Regardless of whether you go to the drive through or the cafe, you will have to wait an exorbitant amount of time for your drinks. Oftentimes the baristas are rude, even to customers who have not complained and are speaking kindly to them. Half the time they mess up the drinks (not even custom orders, just standard recipes). I have had to leave without receiving the drink I paid for after waiting in the cafe for 40 minutes (with little to no drive through line and a standard amount of people in the cafe) because I was going to be late for work if I waited more. The mobile order estimate was already thirty minutes, which is unheard of at other locations. After waiting the thirty minutes and ten more, I had enough. These baristas have absolutely no sense of urgency. Don’t go here unless you want to have subpar service, beverages, and experiences.

I waited at the speaker and tried to order, but no one answered. Cars kept lining up behind me. After about 15 minutes with no response, and because I had to be at work at 5:00 a.m., the car behind me and I slowly pulled up to the window. I could see two employees inside getting things ready. The window didn’t open until around 4:52 a.m., so I had been waiting about 22 minutes. When the employee finally opened the window, I asked if they opened at 4:30 or 5 because of how long I’d been waiting. She said it wasn’t her fault and told me I had to go back around and order at the speaker. After waiting that long, with several cars behind me, that was ridiculous. I left without being served, and so did the person behind me. All I wanted was a quick coffee before work. Very disappointing experience. One of the employees was wearing glasses. I definitely won’t be coming back to this location.
I’m extremely disappointed with my recent experience at this Starbucks location. After ordering my drink, I discovered a fly inside the cup, which was absolutely disgusting and completely unacceptable. It made me question the cleanliness and quality control at this store. This incident has genuinely shaken my trust—not only in this location but possibly in the Starbucks brand as a whole. I’ve always expected better standards, and this experience has left me unsure if I’ll ever return. I hope management takes this seriously and addresses the hygiene issues immediately.
This morning was horrible there was a short pale girl and a darker woman they did not take my order and I waited 20 minutes the short girl ended up doing something she wasint even suppose to do instead of helping me and the other worker told her to not do that and focus on the drinks but I been waiting there for 20 minutes with a like behind me so I’m not sure why they always have the worst customer service I’ve only had two good experiences but not with them they are the worst

Purchased an order through the drive-thru, and as my husband was trying to check the bag to make sure the order was correct. The man serving us kept aggressively saying thank you and obviously tried rushing us through. We get home and, shocker, our order is wrong. Nearly every time I've ordered more than one item, this location always messes it up. Go to a different location.
I waited in the drive through 18 minutes to get coffee & when I went to pay was told their card reader was down and I had to download their app to pay. Had me come inside because another terminal was working and they would have my order when I came in. I waited another 10 minutes inside after paying. Service was awful. Since the other terminal was working she should have rung it up rather than having me go around. Staff was clearly worried about their average drive through their me rather than service.
