The Habit Burger Grill

They have such good service here. Everyone is so nice. The food is always great and they really deserve the 5 star rating. Austin was so nice and gave my kids ice cream. I wish everyone was like that.

My BBQ Bacon Burger was delicious along with my favorite fried green beans...Service was great 👍👍

First time eating here, service was 2nd to none, they were packed and food for me and my family was ready in 5min, staff was very friendly and helpful, burger was very juicy and delicious, people working here actually care about the quality of food they are serving, 10 out of 10 will definitely eat here again and again

I normally don't post reviews but I feel this location deserves it. Not only are the burgers delicious, but I really appreciate how CLEAN this place is. There are a lot of restaurants that have questionable cleaning practices and makes me wonder if my food is safe. THANK YOU for making your establishment a great place to experience.

Seriously fast food doesn’t get much better than Habit. This location is no different. Do yourself a favor and get the tempura fried green beans. I’m not a big vegetable guy but they are AMAZING. And their ranch is some of the best ever. You can get your order to go but eating there is half the fun! (Right off Grant Line Road.)

It is rare today to find managers who will step out of their comfort zone and do whatever it takes to meet customer satisfaction. Kudos to Odaliz, Belem Martinez, and GM Diana, for outstanding service. The Tracy Habit Burger Grill is a must stop for great food and a wonderful experience.

Best Habit burger in the valley, we moved from Manteca and their Habit was straight up dog water compared to Tracy, we love coming here and I leave a tip everytime hopefully to encourage who ever is working there to stay. Haha get a santa Barbara char and add bacon, thank me later...

Everything is good except the quantity of chicken has gone down. I took chicken salad.

This place was very clean, good customer service, had a burger tasted fresh cooked just right,my friend had a ahi tuna sandwich which was also very tasty. I recommend .

The service staff and the manager tried to make us comfortable. Helped answer most of our queries. Appreciate the help to firm up our food order as well! The ambience is nice. Good place for a family lunch/dinner. However, from a franchise standpoint, the family meal choices were restricted and didn't apply to VEG meals! I couldn't understand why discriminate!?

What's used to be my favorite hamburger joint became my least favorite today. The burger was not up to the Standards of the Habit I'm used to. It tasted like a burger you got in elementary school. 🤮

My first experience with their fries was amazing.. another day ordered veggie burger and fries.. every thing was disappointing.. ok burger and worst fries.. so lacks consistency.. another problem is they take online/phone orders from a call center, you can’t call the restaurant directly..

What's happened recently to food quality & preparation at this Habit. Saturday, October 25th at 6:40 pm, most family dinnertime, it was empty, despite the parking lots completely full. I ordered to go a Portobello char burger $8.39 + 1 patty $2 + avocado $2.20 + bacon $2 + tempura green beans $4.79 on grilled sourdough total $20.98. That's NOT what I received. The green beans were hot but severely over- salted. I tried wiping them off with a napkin to no avail so they were inedible. My Portobello burgers were the thinnest, toughest, driest, worse quality meat I've ever tried to eat. There was NO Portobello mushroom. The grilled sourdough bread was the thinnest, greasiest, smallest, toddler-sized bread I've ever been served. The garlic aioli was barely there and was salty. My avocado was in a to-go container. So the burger was inedible. I called in and was told to bring it back. Due to health issues, I wasn't able to bring it back & shouldn't have had to bring it back if someone had properly done their job! In as much as Habit wasn't busy MY order should've been Delectable! All of the meal was Trash & was thrown in the Trash! If my friends, who I referred to Habit got this kind of food, they will never trust my suggestions again. Stop playing around & prepare Food like it's Your meal or Your family's! I didn't recommend the items listed. It would not let me remove them from my review

Good food but it smelt like sewage inside the restaurant. Then my wife and kids were in the bathroom and the cook was going to the bathroom (2) and then walked right out back into the kitchen without washing her hands… hopefully they have a HABIT of washing their hands in the kitchen…

We usually have a great experience at Habit. The quality wasnt up to par but we thought maybe they're having an off night. After eating our order several members of my family and myself became nauseous this evening.

So experience was not all good all because of that person was taking order and professional takes wrong orders in the food was prepared and the low quality products in the one advice to everyone please check the hygiene it's not clean it might get suffer just to make sure you clean it then at least interested in working I'll give you a good customer experience very disappointed when the male guy over the counter

I love habit’s veggie burger. But when i came to tracy i wanted to try it from all the way from 25 miles away . They made burger with stale petties which was smelling very bad. Its my suggestion don’t try here it made you sick .We spent over $35 which was completely wasted. When i told them the staff was very rude and i returned them the burger and even the drink itself they didn’t made new and not even refunded the money. They just took my contact number and email and told me to that their manager will call me but its been 2 months they didn’t even call me
