I feel almost all CA In N Outs are pretty delicious. Worst one is by LAX so far (well the one in Oregon was terrible) but this one was great. Kudos tasty burger people.

The drive-thru and parking lots at this location are typically less busy than the average bay area in-n-out location, which makes this convenient. You’ll still have to wait for your yummy cheeseburgers and animal fries, but at least it’s not hard to park or use the drive-thru. Clean bathrooms.

Best burger place in the whole USA!!! Have tried both east and west coast burger places and confirm this is absolutely the best. Best price, fast service. Always notice the employees are always saying "thank you" and being kind to customers who are waiting. Typically we only wait a couple of mins to get our food. Also, I have gluten restrictions and the protein-style cheeseburgers (no bun) work great, never had any reactions to it, the cheese fries are great too. High quality food, cheap, fast, friendly staff, amazing place, highly recommend. Also the food NEVER leaves me feeling ill, I can tell it's high quality ingredients (and simple ingredients too), delicious & fresh too!

Just the Best! Even if you are a Vegetarian :) They do an amazing Grilled Cheese. Add some onions to it, get Fries and you are set for a treat. Feel like kicking it up a notch, add a Chocolate Shake. You haven't hit even 10 bucks yet, and had one hell of a meal!

Great & very fast service, and good quality as always. For vegetarian options, I recommend the “animal-style fries” but without grilled onions (Typically, they are cooked on the same grill as the meat). Also, I get a “grilled cheese” which is essentially a cheeseburger with no patty (It’s cheaper than a cheeseburger thankfully). Also, extra sauce and chiles are complementary.

The place has convenient location, so is often quite busy. Parking isn't abundant but I haven't had trouble finding a spot either. Same with tables inside. The menu and food are what you'd expect for a fast-food restaurant, alright for a quick bite, especially with a kid, but not something to eat every day. Service is like clockwork.

First time trying this place while visiting and the tomato really stood out in the burger. It was nice and thick and took up the full circle of the burger. I also spotted a staff member examining if a slice was good enough to be adding. Love the detail given. Good job!

In n out queues is the most chaotic experience I ever had in the Bay Area since living here. This line and queue for drive thru is terrible and inefficient but they did their best with the small lot. I wouldn't wish it on my worst enemy. The burgers and fries are the best in fast food though. This location makes it good!

Something that surprised me tonight, the change due back to me was rounded up. This is WIN-WIN. I don't have to deal with pennies and they don't have to stock them. This is probably not news since its been over 5 years since I have eaten here. Other countries do this, but they do it in the business favor not giving you the exact change due. As a consolation they offer you a piece of candy.

What's not to love about In-N-Out Burger? Yummy food at affordable prices, and the service at this location is great! The only complaint is the tiny parking lot and the drive-thru line that usually backs up pretty far and makes a congested mess of the parking lot.

In-N-Out Burger – 53 W El Camino Real, Mountain View My go-to burger spot whenever I’m back in Mountain View. Thankfully, this location is right near my hotel and perfect after a long flight. The Double-Double Animal Style is always on point, consistently delicious, and exactly what I crave. It’s one of the things I truly miss about living in CA, and coming here always feels like a treat.

I love in-n-out! The burgers are always fresh and delicious. I wish they had delivery, but thinking more about it's what gives its charm, like if you really crave it you have to go out. The drive through lines are always very long, so I'd recommend being a little less lazy, and go for dine in, at least take it on the counter. I think the patties are really tiny, so if you like to have a decent meal go for triple-triple: three patties and three cheeses. The fries are off a bit in my opinion, but after eating more let's say I got used to its flavor. I don't know if it's a good thing, but the thing is the excuse that they used real fresh potatoes is not enough. I've already eaten fried potatoes that are just potatoes and it doesn't taste like that. If you don't like the fries, you can order them animal style, it's a bit better. The place sometimes misses banana peppers, but you can ask for free at the counter. They could watch the soda machines better too. And definitely keep the restroom cleaner. Last time I went there was vomit on the sink (although I could let it slide because it was a one time thing). They could have different sizes of fries and maybe some more toppings to mix it up a bit.

Haven't had a neopolitan shake in forever and this visit did not disappoint. This place was hopping on a Sunday night. Short wait for our order. We enjoyed sitting at the high stools and watching the kitchen. Everyone was hustling and in good spirits. Lots of 49ers fans stopped in, giving the night a festive feel.

By the time I got my fries it was cold. I was craving some good, hot fries but by the time I got through the drive through it was luke warm and cold. I didn't enjoy it. This refers to the Mountain View store on El Camino Real. Fries were cold. Never have I ever had cold fries from an In-N-Out Burger. We dined in and were there for approximately 1 hour. The area across from where we were seated was dirty and was still dirty when we left.

A real tasting burger - a strong beef essence and the veggies are good add ons to compliment the flavour. A little on the greasy side, but who doesn't love that? The animal style fries were a little soggy, and I recommend just getting the double-double burger. It's crazy how this burger is $5!

Despite the hype, In-n-Out is on the same par as a Johnny Rockets or other local chain. It has the kitschy 50's diner feel complete with paper hats and red cloth aprons tied with giant safety pins. The menu is limited to burgers, fries, and shakes. Despite the speed at which the employees work (and they are hard working) orders still take awhile to come out, which defeats the purpose of going for fast food. Still, the employees are super friendly and look like they enjoy their jobs. If you're in Cali, a visit seems to be a tourist requirement.

I’ve went to in n out a few times before. Honestly, the burger was alright but the fries? No, I don’t think so. The fries were thin and had little flavor and got cold quickly. The burger however, tasted pretty good overall and the size was alright. Might come back.

Finally tried it, being from the east coast. Wasn't that impressed but also for the price its way better than the other bigger chains. It reminds me of Cook Out, closest thing I can think of to compare it to. Fresh, nice smaller size burgers but options for bigger and messier if you want. Definitely get Animal Style or it's too simple. The fries... Sorta bad for my preference. Under cooked a tad, which is weird. I like my fries more crispy (think simple McDonald's fries). If that's what you prefer, skip these fries. Service was very nice. Came to our table multiple times to take our trays. People at the counter were friendly. Outdoor seating was a bonus. I'd get it again at least. Just skip the fries 😆

I really love In-n-out burger, the food is always great quality. But this location at Grant Rd is probably the worst in the whole South Bay, the attitude from the employees is noticeable (we don't care if you like here or not), dirty tables and overall atmosphere of the saloon of the Wild West.

I have been a part of the IN n Out Family for a couple decades. My grandfather has built them with the original owners not the current heir daughter. This particular Store has alot to improve on. The food is good to standard and quality. However service and atmosphere requires serious improvement. I witness a cashier (Tall man with two hoop ear rings) being very unprofessional to a customer. Why he needed to shout at a customer shocked the customers in the store. Also parking here is really bad.

Corporate rushes the workers too much. It causes problems. Food safety violation. I was in the Drive-Thru . I saw them hand the food to the car in front of me and have it handed back. The customer in front of me had it in their car with their whole family before they handed it back to the employee in the Drive-Thru. I saw them put it on the counter. The employee then wanted to give me that food. I called them out- I had to advocate for fresh food and who knows if I got it or not. I know for a fact if it wasn't a rushed corporate money making business, The employees wouldn't feel so pressured to move forward so fast. I don't blame the employee personally, I blame the atmosphere pushed upon them.

After all the hype about In & Out, I wasn't expecting much but boy did this place redefine new levels of disappointment for me. The fries have a texture like cardboard and makes supermarket oven-at-home fries taste heavenly in comparison. The burgers were so bad, it was like eating a salt block and the beef patties looked and tasted like they were made in Chernobyl last week and reheated for today. I couldn't even finish my meal. The only passable food item was the soda from the soda fountain machine. What a disaster, In & Out makes McDonalds taste like a Michelin Star restaurant.
