I had the chicken and pasta dish, and it came out just right, flavorful and cooked to perfection. The salads were fresh, generous, and packed with flavor too. Plus, you can't beat those relaxing golf course views while you dine.

We combined the lunch in the restaurant with a private golf lesson to everyone. They had a blast ! I was surprised how well they organized everything.

Believe it or not, there’s a beautiful lake in Mountain View — and this restaurant is a must-go! We were looking for a venue to host our wedding reception (we got married elsewhere) - and luckily stumbled upon Michaels Restaurant. We had 80 guests - the food was amazing especially when you consider the size of our group! I had multiple people comment on how impressed they were with how the steak and chicken tasted. Also had multiple people comment on how much they loved the venue, the venue itself is very nice with an outdoor patio and a view of water/golf course. Adrienne and Sam did an amazing job organizing everything, replied promptly to our many questions the months beforehand. Adrienne and Jose were super helpful day of. Plenty of parking. The venue fee was very reasonable, menu flexible and pricing was very transparent. Would highly recommend Michaels Restaurant if you're looking for a group gathering.

The Manager Whitney ensured our wedding planning was smooth and stress-free. When another manager, Kelly, stepped in to handle part of the planning, she seamlessly brought everything together. The food was outstanding—my husband still raves about the chicken Florentine. The setup and decorations were perfect, and both our families still talk about our wedding. That said, the exceptional service more than made up for the culinary shortfall. With a few tweaks to the flavor profile, this could easily become a five-star experience. I’d return just for the atmosphere and hospitality alone.

Food: I got the joes scramble and also tried the Denver omelette and I definitely liked the Denver better since the cheese added a nice flavor to the entire dish! I thought the joes scramble was a bit plain. The bread that comes with the dishes is good too! Service: You pretty much just serve yourself and it’s very much a counter side service. Ambiance: Pretty nice to look out and see the golf course along shoreline and the google campus! Not too special of a sight though. Overall, decent diner type food though nothing too special but good if you’re in the area and need fuel like me!

The restaurant is very nice and the view is fantastic but the food for a catered event is not very good. People have told me the food in the restaurant is actually very good. I will have to go back and try that out.

Food was terrible and expensive for quality offered, the service is even worse. I ordered the pancake stack, which comes with a fruit cup. It took them quite a while for it to get ready, despite the restaurant not being that busy around. I got the stack without the fruit, so had to go back to ask for it. Then, the pancakes tasted terrible, more like onions. Turns out they cooked it on the same griddle as their burger onions without cleaning it in between. I got some onion pieces in my pancakes. Now, I totally regret coming here.

I hope the restaurant takes this feedback seriously and improves communication and training to avoid similar issues in the future.
