Good quality and very tasty matcha. I ordered a cold guava matcha cold brew with half sweet and less ice. Jessica suggested almond jelly as a perfect add on 👌🏻 What I really appreciated is that the drink came without milk as default, which is perfect for lactose intolerant folks like me. Inside is nice and clean. Quick services and friendly staffs. I’ll definitely go back for more. 🫰💕

I went twice, both times soft serve was not available bcz the machine not working 😫 Let me know when it’s up and running I will update my review! Update- I got the vanilla and matcha swirl and it’s so good. It’s sweeter compared to other matcha soft serves out there, but tasty regardless. Suggestion- start serving with waffle cones.

Finally have a Junbi in our area. The Matcha is perfectly balanced with the milk flavors. I love their more simple drinks, the Miffy Collab was pretty good too. Please use the stairs to get from the garage to the store. Be safe!

It took me back to my childhood because my family had persimmon trees while I was growing up, and so I would pick them and we would eat them fresh daily. How nostalgic! They nailed it. Good sweetness and balance with the matcha, milk and cream topping. Also this place was my little good luck charm. I applied for jobs here after I got laid off, and well I landed a position quickly. So.. all in all it’s a go-to spot for me for drinks, rice balls, and WiFi. The staff are always friendly too. They opened this year so it’s super clean. No bathroom, but there is in the parking garage ground floor. Naturally, I have had quite a few things here like the guava and strawberry matcha latte. I recommend both. My personal recommendation is to not adjust the sweetness. I got a low sweetness before and it just tasted like milk, so my personal preference at Junbi is to not adjust sweetness and take it as it :) everyone has their own preferences!

Great ambiance and fast, seamless service at this Junbi location. Plenty of convenient parking in The Dean apartments' retail garage. The store manager Jessica is friendly, and outgoing. There’s also Miffy merchandise. Highly recommend!

Really enjoyed the Mango Matcha Latte with boba. I got normal sweetness and less ice. Unlike other places that put lots of ice in their drinks, this Junbi drink used minimal ice and had lots of tea and mango.

Just here to say the salmon rice ball is delicious. The strawberry matcha I tried during their soft opening was okay, but I’d give it another shot. I would literally stop in just for the onigiri/rice balls though, they make them to order and they are so good!

Matcha was good. The colab drinks were a little heavy on the lychee and syrup. The basic matcha was were it is at. Nice and fast though, so it is great for grabbing on the go. Inside has a few tables which seemed under-lit and the walls were a little bare aside from the greenery flair piece. The door to the garage was exit only. They should get that corrected because people were using the car ramp to get back to their vehicles which seems dangerous.

Update: Tried again much better this time. The fruit flavors came through more strongly, I was disappointed the tea flavor wasn't very strong and didn't work in harmony with the fruit. A lot of mixing was needed too but that's common when you have nice looking separated layers and nothing to take off stars for. Much better experience, worth going to! Tragically the drink was barely distinguishable from water, I got their strawberry green tea from what was listed as the secret menu and honestly it can stay a secret. I also tried the matcha cold brew and had the same experience, more water than flavor. I loved Junbi in Los Angeles and this is a sad entry into their collective. The service was quick and the atmosphere was warm and welcoming so that was nice but overall I wouldn't be back if they don't improve their drinks.

A lot of mixing was needed too but that's common when you have nice looking separated layers and nothing to take off stars for. Much better experience, worth going to! A bit disappointing, i got the mango matcha latte and it was almost no matcha taste, it was very watered down. They should add more matcha to their drinks

Matcha affogato soft serve was creamy on top but super icy in the middle. Matcha flavor not very strong and on the sweet side. Would not recommend.

Got a drink for myself and my father. I got the miffy collab strawberry lychee matcha (can't remember the exact name) but I couldn't finish my drink. I started feeling like I needed to throw up. The feeling lasted well after I stopped drinking it. My dad didn't get nausea but he didn't finish the drink either and said that he didn't like it. :( I feel very disappointed for paying $10 each for these drinks. The store itself is very cutely decorated and had nice vibes. There were many people and the reviews are generally good so I'm assuming it was just our drinks or something???
