They were open on Christmas Eve at 8pm. I went through the drive-thru, the gal that took the order was very nice, patient with us as we had 3 orders. The wait was a few minutes, but the food was warm,yummy and correct! I'm not rating the atmosphere as I did not go in.

I don't get fast food often but when I do, it's Carl's Jr. I eat a plant-based diet so I like the Beyond Star. Their waffle fries are great and always deliciously scorching hot. I like their fried zucchini as well. If an order takes a while to fill, they ask me to pull forward and park and they bring the food out to my car. Great service and considerate to the other people in line at the drive-thru.

The place looks considerably clean. The bathroom was clean too. Plenty of sitting 78 sitting capacity. The burger was decent,not any different from other locations. They were already open early.

It was a late take out night. I was surprised by the quality of the burger this time from this location. During prior visits I have often had dry burgers and terrible fries handed to me here. The fries weren't too great, however, the burger was exceptional. The guy working the widow was friendly and accommodating making the overall experience a good one.

They said they don’t have the option to earn and spend points via the app. Meaning if you earned points for free food - this location is not going to make it happen. I thought franchise standards are equal for all the chain.

The staff was nice and comforted me with conversation while I waited for my food. Unfortunately my order wasn't prepared as directed and not only that but my burger wasn't fresh and hot, I think they prepared it first and waited a few minutes for the fries to be done and that's why it wasn't hot. I didn't enjoy it and actually didn't finish it because the temperature wasn't right. For some reason my fries tasted like fried zucchini which made them unappetizing. I hope they can get an employee to change the grease and hopefully that'll fix the frying issue. As far as the burger hopefully it's fresh next time.

I've long considered Carl's Jr. to have good burgers on the day food scale. This restaurant is pretty quiet. I was frustrated on my latest visit, though, because the cashier rang up an order for a little over $19.50 that should have been about $15.50 including tax according to posted prices. The cashier seemed to be a trainee -- slow, repeatedly adding unwanted items. I had a friend with me who got agitated at the price discrepancy so I didn't get a clear story about why charged price vs. posted price were so different. We wound up leaving without getting a meal since the manager seemed to be caught up in my friends agitation and escalating instead of clarifying.

I wanted tonuse my mobile app and the rep surprised me by saying they don't honor the app at this store. This is the first time I heard that. This happen to be a franchise. But customer experience should not change from store to store. I have been to many carls location and I have always been able to use my mobile app. It was pretty disappointing.

On Oct 2 at 9:30 I went there in the morning with my dad to buy a burrito and we ended up not having enough money so we decided to leave and when we did the lady screamed “oh my god” like she was annoyed we didn’t have the money. As a costumer this is not the type of treatment I want to be receiving when I ended up not having enough. I just want to say the lady was very rude and didn’t have good costumer service.
