I love this small pizzeria. The food is really good and the employees don't skimp on ingredients. The result is always a delicious, satisfying pizza.

Excellent pizza. I've only tried their vegetarian toppings - of which I particularly like the tomatoes: slices of tomato placed on top, likely after the pizza is baked. The Garden Salad is also excellent - great choice of vegetables and beans, layered tastefully.

The Hawaiian was heavily loaded with all the toppings, making me totally full after 3 slices. The ham is high quality and deliciously caramelized on the edges, and there was a generous amount of tomato sauce and cheese to go with it. Pineapples were perfect, not too soggy. Delivery was fast and free!

Amazing calazone! IMHO, it’s the best in at least a 10 mile radius. Please do tell if you know of another. However, if you’re not used to marinara sauce on the inside of the calazone, be sure to tell them to put it on the side. The store can be a little chaotic at dinner time. But when they say 15 minutes, it’s ready in 15 minutes! Bring your patience pants to the pick up counter. New Menu picture posted.

Best cheesy bread in town. I have been coming here since high-school as we would go here to pick up bread-sticks almost daily. If you have a kid who goes to Los Altos high-school make sure to bring your eagle card as they have promotions for Los Altos students.

This is my favorite pizza place. Been going here since high school about 10 years ago. Wow! Glad theyre still around. If you're not sure what to get, get the cheesy bread or breadsticks Nah, get both! And make sure to get both sauces ranch and marinara. You wont ve disappointed. Very affordable pizza spot.

So glad we did because this place is better in my opinion and love that they are a local small business. This is our new go to pizza place. Oh also the parmesan cheese they give you is fresh shredded parmesan! Not the prepackaged little packets.

The customer service in this place is outstanding I have to say. better than most businesses these guys don't wait for you to ask for the cheese or anything they offer it to you! they offer you plates, they give you all the utensils and Condiments that you need, and they ask you if there's anything else that you need. unlike other cheap places that wait for you to ask For each independent the thing. That icicles place on Castro told me they didn't Carry ice water!

We have been ordering from Maldonado's for years. We always use their online ordering, never door dash and have never had a problem. Delivery has always been on time, customer service has been excellent and their pizza is delicious. Today we had our son's fifth birthday party. I placed an order for six pizzas yesterday, and they showed up right on time. Excellent price to feed a crowd of preschoolers and their parents. Everyone remarked on how delicious it was. This place is great. No seating available really, just a counter to pickup your pizza. It really feels like a hole in the wall, but when you walk in and see the crowd waiting for pizza, you know you're in the right place. If you order anything with toppings, you'll know why -- they heap them on there in huge quantity, which can feel very satisfying, and their crust is strong enough to take it well. I like their cheese pizza quite a bit though too, and often I prefer it so I don't soak the crust in too much topping generated grease. So far, as NY style pies go in the south bay -- this is my favorite. If you've read any of my other reviews, you'll know I grew up in NJ and lived in IL for a while and consider myself a bit of a snob on both NY style and Chicago style pizzas. I've been disappointed by pizza places here in CA again and again. But this place is now my default if I want pizza. Its just good. Its still not quite "exactly ny style" but its close enough to satisfy me without triggering my "you call this pizza?!?" reflex action. I've gone back at least 4 times since I first tried it, I can't say that of other places I've tried. Usually I'm done after 1 time. Grab a pie to go, you won't be disappointed.

Been going here for years. They make the best ranch dressing. Sometime I order 10 sides and use them for at home. I usually order jalapeño cheese bread. The pizza is hand tossed and stone baked in a unique spinning 2 or 3 level oven. I have never seen one like it. They also have great sandwiches they toast in there too.

This is the best Pizza in Mountain View. In fact, ordering pizza from anywhere else is a disservices to yourself and others. While a little on the expensive side, it's well worth the cost. Tons of vegetarian option to keep even the most picky of vegetarians happy. The cheese and sauce is great. When you order tomatoes, they actually add raw tomatoes on top of the pizza after pulling it out rather than cooking it, which adds more flavor. I order pickup and it's ready in 20 minutes on the dot! Delivery does take longer... as long as an hour from order time. They have messed up only one or two orders over the years and are nice about it. It should be noted that this is NOT New York style pizza. It is, however, the best damn pizza in the Mountain View area!

I heard about this place from a co-worker and i have to be honest. It has been one of the best restaurants I've ever been too. Its a small place with maybe 5 seats. The fact that they make quality, authentic tasting food and at a reasonable cost blows my mind. I've enjoyed about everything on their menu and I've only been going there for about a year now. The custom calzone, buffalo wings(which are super hot but addicting) and the chef salad are my go to. If you've never been i truly recommend it.

This is the best pizza joint in Mountain View for "To Go" or "Delivery" and the pricing is reasonable. I got a large pizza 3 toppings, and a small cheese for about $40.00! Fresh ingredients, good sauce, and good dough. Design your favorite or order off menu....either way you'll be happy!

Hands down one of the best pizzerias in Mountain View/Palo Alto. Its not like these other high priced, bougie pizzerias you find in this area. The pizza speaks for itself and is reasonably priced. Dont waste your time with chain pizza places, because this is legit Neapolitan style pizza. Similar to Toto's in San Bruno or Little Joe's in the mission in SF. Ever since I was recommended this place by a local this is my go to spot for pizza. They do have your other typical items like wings, cheese bread etc.. which is great as well.

Friend and I stopped by in hopes of satisfying our pizza urge. Love the fact that you can order by the slice and customize the toppings. My friend and I each both got two slice and neither of us could finish both slices in one setting. I tried a pepperoni with feta cheese that was pretty good. Would recommend and will try again in the near future.

I normally get take out here, but I can say that this pizza is, by far, some of the best pizza I’ve had. I’ve tried several places, and each of them were okay in their own respective ways, but this restaurant is one that you can rely on for giving you amazing pizza. Definitely a must try.

Good old school local pizza place. Seems to be quality toppings and cheeses. No frills in store, and basically take-out/delivery only. My order was ready for pickup within about 25 minutes of our phone call, and I was helped quickly upon arrival even though there were quite a few people there to pick up. Definitely a local hot spot. We ordered an extra large (16") special for about 30 bucks and got 4 good sized, delicious meals out of it. I live locally so we'll definitely be back next time we're craving pizza.

This place has been around longer than I've been alive. I've been getting the breadsticks which used to be called crazy bread since high school (over 2 decades ago). They are addicting and now that I don't live in the area, I will always order a few to go when I'm in the area. Their meatball sub is fantastic. For reliable neighborhood pizza takeout and delivery, Maldonado's is one of my favorites in the area. (They have no dining in, to go only.)

With homemade dough, fresh ingredients and artful oven cooking this is great pizza in this area. Try the Maldonaldo's Special or the Vegetarian fantasy, particularly with the optional ranch sauce. Their sandwiches are an affordable but still delicious alternative. My favorite: turkey and ham, substitute tomatoes for mushrooms.

I LOVE Maldonado's and am a customer for life but my recent order of a medium Veggie Pizza was less than up-to-standard for them. VERY soggy, no pizza sauce and my favorite crust was disappointing. Maybe just a bad day. I'll be ordering again soon. One bad pizza from Maldonado's isn't deserving of a bad overall review. They're still the best in town.

Two words: Cheesy. Bread. Maldonado's serves up consistently delicious pizzas and cheesy bread. Solid selection of toppings and generous amounts of ranch (very important). I would go to Maldonado's over a chain (Dominos, Round Table, etc.) any day. Service is relatively quick and employees are friendly.

A total hole-in-the-wall pizza joint in the less flashy portion of Mountain View. It might be out of the way from some people in the area (though it does seem to get a lot of foot traffic) but Maldonado's is doing something right. Everything we've tried - the "Pesto Primavera", the "BBQ Chicken", the "Paradise" - all of the pizzas have been downright amazing. This is a take-out place though; there is ZERO ambiance and sitting room... Now go order a pizza, take it home, and enjoy!

We've ordered from them three times. Pizza was generally quite good, though one vegetarian pizza had so many vegetables that it got a little soggy in the middle. Delivery service is fast and easy. The bread sticks were good, not great.

I've had a couple of bad experiences here over the years with delayed pick up times and undercooked crust, but in the past few months I have been going more frequently and now it's my favorite pizza place in mountain view. Good rising crust. Good toppings. Usually ready within a few minutes of estimate. They offer delivery but I recommend picking up especially at rush times.

First things first, the menu in Google do not reflect the prices at the store, they are drastically higher. A personal pizza that actually should be called a couples pizza is big enough that would feed two, is not $10, its around $16. So I got the super Hawaiian pizza, I was honestly surprised...it was really good, fresh ingredients, the dough was evenly and nicely baked. I highly recommend this place. The facility needs some touch ups and remodeling, but besides that the service was good, the wait time was fast, and the price reflects the quality and quantity that you get. Sorry for not providing a picture, but I was really hungry.

Good pizza. The real appeal is their simple but amazing cheesy bread. The decor is nothing to write home about and the prices are decent. If I lived a bit closer I could see making a habit out of Maldonado's.

It seems as though their quality is going down. Our last couple pizzas had 3x the cheese than a pizza should. He is the most recent example.

It all depends on what one is looking for in a pizza. If what you want is to fill up at a reasonable price, then this is the place. The dough is super thick and they don't hold back on the cheese! But don't expect much in terms of taste or flavors.

I had a medium BBQ pizza here for $22, and it was bad. The dough was somewhat uncooked, with parts still tasting of yeast. The BBQ sauce was not very sweet and there was little of it, the chicken was good but the cheese was very stringy and tasted low quality. Would not come again.

Coming from someone who grew up with New York style pizza, this pizza is not that at all. Been here a few times and got consistently below average food for the price. The pizza itself has too much garlic. For the plain pizza, they do not need integrate the cheese into the sauce enough. A New York style slice will typically be thin with an orange appearance from the sauce and cheese blending. The pizza here is thick and the cheese just floats on the sauce.

Who does 10 wings. Do a dozen stop trying to nickle and dime people for wings. Also they aren't buffalo wings they are over done dry rubbery chicken wings with a tapatio sauce. either do them right or change the name. Pizza over priced and mediocre at best. Would I eat there again probably it's better then dominos or pizza hut.

Ive been coming here for years. This place is hit or miss. Sometimes, the pizza is the best. Other times, pizza is overcooked, or the ingredients don’t taste fresh, or there is just too much salt. Lately, far too much salt! Seems to be a problem with many take-out food choices around the bay. Just far too much salt. This place needs to stop dumping salt on those Pepperoni, Sausage pizzas.

Overall disappointing. We ordered take out and we didn't find the pies all that exciting or, really, even good at all. Crust: The base crust was pretty soggy, so maybe their oven wasn't at full tilt, but it was straight up chewy, uncooked dough chewy. The end crust seemed fine so I think it just needs to be cooked hotter Sauce: Probably the only redeeming aspect of this entire experience. It wasn't too acidic, but you still got that nice tomato kick. Cheese: Why the hell is it so salty? I felt like the pizza was dipped in the ocean or something, I had to toss a bunch of basil on top just to get through the saltiness. Toppings: You get an decent amount, but that seems fair considering the price you pay. I had to bake the pizza for a bit longer to cook the uncooked dough and brown the cheese a little, it was MUCH better after that. If you get a pie from here I'd suggest baking it for 5-10 minutes longer.

Horrible experience and the worst customer service... phoned in to place an order and was shocked with their prices. The prices they quoted me are at least $8 - $9 more than their advertised prices on their own menu on Google. After I asked to speak to the manager, he came and said "it is what it is" and after I told him that the price difference is significant and that he should take some responsibility towards their published prices online and honor them, he repeated "it is what it is". I told him that I would go ahead and write a bad review and he carelessly said, do whatever you wanna do!!! so rude... horrible!!! Never ordering from this place.. They don't deserve my business. I don't care if it's got good reviews, the attitude of its management is sub par and they don't deserve a good review.

Pizza Is not amazing any more, was amazing a few montage ago the first time I had it and now it seems to be ran by a bunch of kids and isn’t good. They gave me the wrong pizza for starters. I ordered the one with chicken on it, no chicken. Crust was thin and stale like they pre made the crust and then put topping on it and reheated or something.

If I could have gave 0 I would. A) Even though you ordered online they will not start working on your order until you get there. Meanwhile there is a line B) there is too much cheese and the sauce is sweet like jam. My wife almost choke on the amount of cheese on the pizza. It’s definitely not tasty in anyways and we had to throw most of it away C) Exprnsive compared to any dominos. Do yourselves a favor and just get dominos.

I'll start with saying the pizza is "OK". The service is another story, it's just AWFUL. Especially the woman answering the phone. I ordered a pizza at 6:05, with a delivery time of 6:40. I live 1.1 miles from the place and my pizza arrives at 8:00pm. An hour and 20 minutes late! My husband called when it was only 20 mins late and the woman said the driver left 10 mins ago. When I called and asked to speak to a manager the lady on the phone said there wasn't one there and to call back in 15-20 mins. I tried to explain that the pizza was more than an hour late and she ARGUED WITH ME! What? Are you seriously going to argue with me when the pizza is more than an hour late. It arrived cold, and we had to pay for it. If you are going to order from them online, call in and confirm the order. AND PICK IT UP!

This place sucks. Ordered a two pizzas to be delivered - one showed up 1.5hrs later & wasn't what we ordered. When I called and asked them what was up with the 2nd pizza, they claimed it would arrive "shortly" and that they were "training someone new". The second pizza never arrived. This place is a total rip off. The pizza is shitty and the customer service blows.

I have lived in this area since I was a child. This was one of my favorite places. Tonight I had the most upsetting experience. Called to order a large pizza. I asked for half pepperoni and black olives and half combo no mushrooms ( we are allergic) I received a pizza half combo extra mushrooms and half pepperoni, black olives, and extra spicy jalapeños. My 3 year old was upset as it was pizza night. I called to let the manager know what had happened and instead the rude girl that took my order kept me on hold for more than 10 minutes and then hung up. I called again and she would put me on hold then she would hang up again. This happened every of the 10 or 15 times I called!!! When the “manager” answered he was so rude no apology and he just said they were busy and hung up. The kind of nerve they have to treat their customers that way is beyond me. The entitlement is unbelievable. It is completely understandable if someone made a mistake, but the way they responded to the issue was disgraceful!!! Never again will I order from this horrible place!!! It is not even that good anymore, it is just convenient.

What happened? This place used to be good. I placed an order over the phone and they made 1 sub instead of 2 which I asked for. I ended up waiting another 5 mins which wasn't a big deal. Unfortunately, the guy manning the oven was more interested in other things, than my sandwich. I took it home and found both sides of the bread was burnt to a crisp.

I guess ownership changed because this use to be my Favorite pizza place but just like The ownership changed, the service and the food are definitely not the same anymore ….. I did not touch the garlic bread whatsoever this is exactly how it came. I called and they put the blame on me for not picking up when the delivery driver came earlier than the delivery said.

This rating does it no justice, "hated it", does not begin to speak about the horror that it is to eat. If you're thinking about...dont! If you still need someone to take care of you...Stop!
