I stopped in today for my first time for a plain toasted bagel with veg cream cheese. I was greeted by Brother Louie and Tammy who both were very happy, pleasant and very quick and professional. I felt very welcome, everything was good to go and I really look forward to seeing them again. Thank you so much, take care!
Needed somewhere to get a quick cup of strong coffee and breakfast. This place has just that. Great bagels, amazing flavor, great variety, and they have espresso! I came here in a rush, needing a quick carb fix and some caffeine. They were close to my hotel, and I was crunched for time. When I arrived, I was greeted, and my order was taken. They were fast, efficient, and the coffee was good enough to get again. I had an onion bagel, with egg and cheese, along side a double white mocha. The bagel, awesome. The cheese was American, which, is not my first choice. Considering there was no other option, I went for it. Cheese doesn’t go bad fast, so incorporating other cheese options, may be something to consider. If they had pepper jack, cheddar, and American, that would be the cherry on top of the bagel. Lol. The coffee wasn’t Starbucks, and could have been stronger, but it did the trick to get me going. It didn’t taste like burnt raspberries, and that’s always a plus. Ultimately, if you need a quick breakfast, on the go, this is your spot.
Great place for Sunday morning Bagels. I like the bits of peppers in their jalapeño cream cheese. Their combination and sesame bagels were good too. Ask to get the bagels double toasted if you like the extra crunch from a proper toast. Cheers!
Great for bagel cravings. These are made daily. I like the lox with everything on it. Occasionally pick up a couple of unfilled bagels and bring it home. Good selection, the ones with cheese add a fun texture. The owners are nice, the lady usually remembers the "regular's" order. You can sit inside or outside. Coffee and other drinks available.
Honestly, theeee best Lox Bagel in the Bay Area, hands down.

Good selection of bagels, self serve coffee, lotsa parking, fast service on a Tuesday morning
Great place to get a sandwich! Tried a few different ones and always liked them: chicken salad, club, turkey & avocado. They come with a lot of fresh and crunchy veggies. And their Durch Crunch roles are amazing. Service is quick and friendly. Coffee is OK if you need some caffeine.
Every Saturday there's a group of grandpas with their vintage cars that show up here. It's nice.
I’ve never had a bad sandwich here and the service is friendly and quick! The bagels are fresh and tasty, for cold sandwiches the ingredients are cold, crisp and never stingy. I tend to get the chicken salad sandwich and pizza bagel but their other items are yummy too. Don’t even think of going to Panera! This is much better.

Cute, quaint little spot for breakfast. Actually have a great selection of unique bagels that can all be turned into breakfast sandwiches and I would love to go back and try some of the more unique ones that they have there. I think the real selling point here though is the price - super, super affordable. You can get a large breakfast sandwich for like 4 or 5 bucks so definitely a good on-the-go breakfast stop
A hole-lot of different kinds of bulging bagels fresh and hot out of the oven. The way bagels are made is very interesting and time consuming, and this process is perfected here. Many creative ways to turn a bagel into a complete breakfast and lunch meal or even into a pizza bagel with salad and coffee side. Or, sweeter yet, into a dessert bagel.

The bagels here are solid, with a good variety of options and tasty food overall. However, the service left a lot to be desired. When I politely asked the lady behind the counter to repeat something, she responded rudely and came off as very discourteous. It really took away from the experience. I’d consider going back for the food, but I hope they improve how they treat their customers.

I don’t even know where to start. I was charged 816$ for 4 bagels and a coffee. I was refunded 800$ by my bank chase. The bagel street owner apologized saying it was a mistake and agreed to refund us right away. Not sure if I believe the owner or not, I’m grateful he agreed to refund us the extra amount that was charged when I found out about it. I’m grateful I go thru my credit card statement else he would have gotten away with it. With that being that, please double check the amount you are paying and unfortunately I won’t be going back there again. 2 stars for refunding the extra money he charged us right away.
I wanted to give this place 2 visits before writing this review - and sadly - both times I went here it was the exact same....bad!! The worst thing is the customer service (or severe lack thereof). Both times they weren't that crowded and I went there in the mornings before 10 am. There wasn't a lot of bagels, so selection wasn't great. When you order, you honestly feel like you are bothering them, which is really bad. Also, we placed an order for what (I guess) was a weird combination of ingredients and the person said "you want that??!!". I thought that was really odd as what food service person discourages individual choices? I do not recommend this place at all - bagels not good, service poor and it's an overall unpleasant experience
We ordered veggie eggwitch and lochs spread. First, the wrong item was made, the remake was tasteless, there was no fish in lochs, only the cream cheese. Coffee is watery. High price, low value

I truly don’t understand the mentality of a place that, in such difficult times, would choose to treat customers with zero customer service and instead belittle them. This establishment needs to do better. The customer service is not just lacking—it’s rude and dismissive. I don’t enjoy leaving negative reviews, but this place needs a serious wake-up call. Food served in a rude environment is always going to leave a bad taste.
My family and i went here for breakfast on 10/26/24, everything was going well up until it began to get busy, the owner was getting upset and having a lot of attitude towards my family and I. For starters, we ordered we ordered 3 bagels and charged us for 4 insisting we did from miscommunication with other employees but we still paid for the 3 only. We also ordered zucchini and banana bread and it tasted very old and very stale. Dad asked to get a refund and she kept insisting it wasn't old and refused to exchange it for something else with a strong attitude as if we were wrong but she eventually gave us a refund and threw the change at my dad aggressively in front of him on the counter and walked away without saying anything. This place was amazing few years ago since I grew up going there but it has definitely died down in service and the owners are not as respectful as before. It was my parents first time there after so long and definitely will remember how bad of an experience this place is now.
Do not recommend ordering coffee there. Ordered cappuccino: result was underwhelming, Starbucks next door making it better (for cheaper)
Customer service from the wife is consistently hostile. I’ve given this shop multiple chances. Yesterday Nov 23rd, my wheat sesame bagel was toasted by the wife until it was burned. So today I asked if they had a regular (non‑wheat) sesame to avoid the same issue. The wife behind the counter responded in a VERY hostile tone: “That’s all we have.” I was taken aback and asked, “Why are you so confrontational? I’m just asking a question.” She replied, “It’s my store. It’s my stuff. It’s my style. If you don’t like it, why are you here?” I’ve never encountered anything this unprofessional and disrespectful in my entire life. The behavior was utterly unacceptable. I will not be returning.
I've been coming to this bagel shop for a year, maybe two years. I enjoy the food and coffee with my daughter. The reason I'm giving one star for service/atmosphere is because of the two encounters I had with an Asian/American employee a few months ago. The first encounter is related to me/my daughter grabbing a few straws for the drinks that we purchased. I grab a few for us to use while we dine there and for us to use once we're on the road. The employee saw my daughter playing with the straws that she grabbed and he approached my 4 year old daughter and told her, "Can you stop playing with that?" I was startled with the encounter as I looked at him while he still stared at my daughter. I was confused as to how he thought that this was the best approach to something he views as problematic. After that day I tell my daughter to not grab an unreasonable amount of straws and to not play with them near the coffee bar just to avoid any possible and weird interaction. Fast forward to today and it's the same routine I have with my daughter (order a bagel, coffee, juice) I pay for my food, my daughter goes to grab a total of four straws (one is used for her juice, and one is used for my coffee leaving us with two straws) and as I'm filling my coffee cup I hear that same employee say to his other employee (not sure if it's his relative, mom, friend, can't make assumptions), "She grabs so many straws, every single time." She responds in a language I don't understand. Giving the benefit of the doubt, maybe she brushed it off or said it's fine. Everything about this is really uncomfortable, because there could have been more effective solutions instead of saying something within earshot like that.
