I just really, really love their wraps. My go-to is always a Melrose rap and it never disappoints. Plus the last time I ordered for drive up pick up they threw in a few free pieces of chicken with my order and I think that's just amazing.

4 of us pick up lunch here every week, sometimes twice a week. We like the quality and taste of all there food. we usually customize a salad. They make there own dressing. The staff is always nice. Service with a smile.

Im not even kidding when I say my family and I go once a week or even more. We love this place. It’s always so clean, the food is great and the staff is beyond friendly. Peter and Tim are always so nice giving us everything we need and more. They already know our orders and provide the best service of any CCC we’ve gone to. I want to mention that there are two other locations closer to our home but we don’t mind the drive because we love this location and their service.

I never leave reviews because it’s too much effort but I had to leave one for this. The food was DELICIOUS. Hot, fresh, and so good. They also gave me a free treat with it. I will definitely be eating here again!

Always fresh, delicious portions, with several combinations available, and tons of drink choices! Only two downsides were the parking (it gets busy during lunch, though finding a table inside is no problem) and the vegetable soup this time had SUCH big chunks of veggies in them... 1-1.5 inch cubes of potatoes and squash.. so it made it difficult to navigate through the soup..

Update: November 23, 2025 They have opened up the dining area and you can also do car pick up. We ordered our order on their app for pick up. It was a short wait when we got there. We ordered our favorites: Dark Meat Special 4 legs & 5 thighs (comes cut up) limit 1 per order So juicy, tender and delicious! I would have liked crispy skin though. I love that they have this option for dark meat lovers like me. One whole chicken (comes cut up) for yummy leftovers! Broccoli Pasta Salad, which comes in different sizes. Since we love it, we ordered the large. Open kitchen so you can see them working. Good customer service. Great for a night off from cooking or for a get-together!! ************* Calif Chicken Cafe is a Go-To convenient takeout meal that you can enjoy at work, at home or on the run. They serve rotisserie chicken, salads, wraps and sides with a taste of home cooking in every bite!! Juicy and tender! The Chinese Chicken Salad had the green onions, mandarin oranges, Chinese noodles and dressing in separate containers. You can shake everything in the salad container to mix well. Definitely shareable!!

I love the food but the service today was disappointing. I arrived 5 minutes after the app stated my food would be ready and I was told they were finishing up the wraps. I waited another 20 minutes before I received my order. I understand that they were busy but I received no apologies or even recognition for the delay.

Never go here. Skip this place and go to any of the following places: Amazing Siam (Lassen & Topanga), Game N Grounds (Devonshire), Chipotle - everywhere. Why? The food at CCC is actually pretty great but ever since they converted themselves to a takeout only chain restaurant it’s the worst experience ever. I’ve never not waited less than 20 minutes for my food and that’s after the 10 minute process to order it through their clunky website. On top of that they don’t have signs or instructions when you show up so don’t park in the parking space! They won’t bring your food. Do you have to pull up and wait in front of the door. What if it’s busy? Oops you’re stuck out in the street waiting in your car behind a line of other cars. Don’t be confused. This is no efficient operation like In-N-Out or chipotle. Save your time and go to a local restaurant like amazing Siam which is one of the best Thai places in LA and amazing Siam cooks their food faster than you’ll be spending trying to deal with CCC. One star is too many for this experience.

I frequent at this location and today my five-year-old needed to use the restroom so I ordered our food paid and asked if she could use the restroom they denied my five year-old access to use the restroom when I have use the restroom in the past. Now because of ice, they told me I couldn’t allow my baby to use the restroom at this Location…. Shes just a kid that’s heartless and i truly feel they were being racist!!!! I will never come here again!!!!!
