Hadn't been to a Sizzler in thirty years. We stopped in for dinner at the Murrieta location. The service was excellent, super friendly server, and quick. We will be back again without a doubt.

Our server was Tiffany and the Manager was Guillermo. Guillermo stepped in and was pleasant while taking care of a few issues we had with the steak and fries. Will definitely come back since Guillermo took such good care of us. Feliz Navidad Guillermo!

WOW I have to say THE SERVICE we received from Lee was the best ever he really showed how much he Loves his Job and took the extra step of customer service he was way and beyond my granddaughter likes to go to sizzler in Murrieta because of LEE he left such a good impression on a little girl now that’s someone who should be acknowledge thank you Lee😊

Celeste and Devin are the so sweet and kind, everytime I get a to-go order, they both take the time to greet me with smile, I don’t think I never had bad time with them. The restaurant was cozy, comfortable, and up to date with the decor. Our waitress was very accommodating, they also have a small plate option and a one time salad option. Shrimp and bake potatoes was absolutely delicious.

The steaks are pretty good, I get the senior sirloin steak with a baked potato and a salad. Plenty of food and the steak is seasoned perfectly. The employees are all really nice, and we go there often. Really good food and really good service.

We enjoy coming here after church or work and the food is great, we usually get the salad bar it’s convenient if you don’t eat much and a dish we get the trio one the manager Guillermo is friendly and very super attentive to the people and goes out of his way to make the people feel welcome and comfortable. I came with my family to celebrate my daughters birthday, when we got it there and I got nervous because it was busy and and there’s no reservations, but we quickly got seated with Alex and we ended up having a really smooth, enjoyable visit. The place was clean, our food came out a little slow because the kitchen was backed up, Our server Alex was so lovely and made my daughter feel so special, she was so attentive and checked in just enough to make sure we had what we needed with out hovering too much lol.

I came into the murrieta sizzler with little expectations because I have been to many, and have never been particularly impressed. Lyndsey has completely changed my view on the service industry as a whole. She was very attentive and super helpful in deciding what I wanted to eat. Admittedly, she did convince me to get the more expensive choices but she was completely right in doing so. Everything was delicious and she was delightful! I will be returning soon.

This is the best Sizzler we have eaten at in California. Food was great, service was good, and the environment in eating area was clean. It was very busy but the staff was working hard at keeping up w all requests.The manager was busy assisting guests in order to keep moving guests to their tables. Prices like all restaurants have gone up but in my opinion I would often eat here again.

Yesterday we went to go celebrate my husband on Veterans Day and it was so busy at this location, but we had an amazing server. His name was Julian, he was so tentative and even came back to make sure that we were doing OK and if there was anything needed. I really appreciate him thanking my husband for his service. I LOVE this Sizzler. Servers are great, the hosts are always sweet and personable, and the food is always top notch. The manager is never too far away, so if anything ever goes wrong it is fixed swiftly and seamlessly. I can go on about this place. My husband and I are local so we refer to it as "our sizzler" and we have never been disappointed with a visit.

Overall a very positive experience. No wait when we arrived. Ordered a trio combo which included ribs a 6 oz steak and three breaded shrimp with a baked potato. Food came out perfect. We each had water with lemon, a glass of wine and a large Corona with complimentary buttered Garlic bread The salad bar was fresh and tasty as well. No dessert this time. We'll be back 🎊👌🤗

By no means, did we sacrifice a great time. It was a great meal, great conversation and Lee was so fun! I just grabbed a side of frozen yogurt for dessert. Lee came by and said “Oh no!! Just trust me! You can’t have this for your 42nd anniversary dessert”. He came back with this over the top dessert. Accompanied with a “Happy Anniversary “song!! Food was excellent (which I never used to be a fan of sizzler but this location is GREAT) All that said…. The best part was the service. Julian was our server and was FANTASTIC! While handling a busy rush hour, he never slipped up and never forgot anything. Extremely attentive and went above and beyond in all regards. Love this Sizzler in Murrieta. Everyone that works here from the cashier's, managers, wait staff and cleanup crew are awesome. We always get treated great here. Today there was an issue with our steak and Guillermo the manager made sure the next steaks were perfect. It was actually the best one I've had here. We don't come here for the food but for the people that work here, they treat us like family and you don't find that in too many places.

HOTDAMN!!!! ❤️ From the moment I placed the phone call asking if today’s hours were affected by Martin Luther King Jr. day to the very end with our six month old daughter spilling the water all over the table and in floor their customer service was amazing, we were very pleased with everything. Secondly , as we placed our order I made a mistake with my order but I did not notice until we had our table, as I walked around the salad bar I noticed my husband was at the register with the Manager fixing and making my order correct I was embarrassed, but the Manager was very professional very nice, Great customer service and even told me to not worry. Needless to say that man I believe his name is Guillermo made me feel even more welcome thank you for that. Thirdly our waitress, she was very kind. She was very patient and towards the end as we were getting ready to leave our baby knocked over a full glass of water and it got everywhere, she saw that and quickly went and grabbed the napkins and helped us clean it up no judging Amazing thank you. One thing definitely stood out primarily, the whole place is greatly managed. I saw a harmonious work environment. I saw workers were very polite, very attentive and quick, the salad bar was super clean and all the other areas of the restaurant. Plus as soon as a table was ready to be cleaned There was a man who came out and cleaned them efficiently and fast kudos to him too, when the young man at the register needed the manager he was quick to help and was very glad to do so. I have not seen anything like this in so long. To everyone in that shift (we were there at around 7pm) you all are doing amazing, and nothing goes unnoticed!!! Great freaking job! From the Manager Guiliermo, who greeted us very warmly and took amazing care of us. Our waitress Olga was awesome too checked on us so many times and brought us our items very promptly. The food was wonderful, the atmosphere was great, but the service was just outstanding. Lee was so helpful in helping make our friend feel special during her birthday and helped us decide what to eat while continuing to engage with us during our meal despite not being our official server. I was really impressed with how clean and organized the buffet was! So often you see salad bars where everything’s mixed together and the fixings are scattered all over—but not here. The staff clearly take pride in keeping everything neat and fresh. I even complimented the ladies working behind the bar because it was honestly the cleanest I’ve seen it! Great food at a low price. I had salad bar lunch until 4 pm price and for under $20 you get quite a feast. Their homemade Veggie Beef soup was exceptional taste, just like growing up as a kid.

It's a Sizzler, but a really nice Sizzler. We went on a Saturday and it was packed. Everyone eating there must have been 50+ years old. Salad bar had a great selection. Burger and fries were mediocre. For a Sizzler, this place was hopping , but the dining room is massive. Plenty of tables and service was the highlight. Waitress was so on point.

Full disclosure: I haven't been here since I was 11. I moved out of state then. But I clearly remember Sizzlers being one of my favorite places to eat. It was comfortable, the food was good, and staff at the time were sweethearts.

I recently visited the Sizzler in Murrieta, CA, and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The atmosphere was exceptionally clean and inviting, which made dining here comfortable. The staff was awesome – very attentive, friendly, and quick to check in and make sure we had everything we needed. The salad bar was fresh and well-stocked, with a good variety of options. I enjoyed the quality and selection. However, I ordered the chicken and rib combo, and while it was tasty, the portion size was a bit disappointing, especially for the price. The combo was smaller than expected, which left me wanting a bit more. Overall, it’s a solid choice if you’re looking for a clean, friendly place with good salads and attentive service, though I’d probably try something different next time!

I don’t know what’s happened to sizzler It’s just not that good anymore my steak was way too chewy the mashed potatoes were not good my shrimp 🍤 was pretty good the cheese bread was gross the spaghetti from the salad bar tasted like chef Boyardees ravioli (. Not Good. ). The salad was pretty fresh and really good the service was okay. But honestly I don’t think I’ll be going to any sizzlers for a while

Devin greeted us with a smile and provided friendly service. Our server was excellent however when my son spilled his Coke the manager and front end service offered no assistance or a napkin to clean up the spill outside of of "got find your server" coming from the Manager is solely unacceptable and has really made us think on whether returning to eat at this establishment would be worth it.

It use to be better. We were there for the salad bar and there was not much to choose from. Lettuce was wilted, guacamole was black, and beans look hairy. It was not appetizing at all. There are so many more options for$20/person. It's not worth it.... Sadly we won't be back.

Dear owners and managers, I am writing to formally complaint regarding the service we received at your establishment during our dinner visit on Saturday, February 28, 2026, at approximately 4:40 and 5:00 PM. While we enjoy visiting your restaurant, we have never experienced such disrespectful service as we did on this visit. Our server, Shelbee, delivered our drinks, but she failed to clear any plates from our table throughout the meal. We eventually had to place the used plates on a different table ourselves so that a busser could pick them up. Furthermore, we noticed that while Shelbee actively helped other tables, we waited a long time for refills and she gave preference to her other tables. Also, while we were going through this experience we noticed a manager walking around the center area of the restaurant. We hoped he would walk by our area so we could ask for better service; unfortunately, that did not happen. We value your restaurant and hope you will address this matter to ensure a better experience for your guests in the future. Thank you for your time and attention to this feedback.
