This place is a pizza buffet. I loved the pizza here. When we asked for a veggie pizza, they really piled on the veggies!! They weren’t stingy with the veggies - at all! The crust was good. Both their Alfredo and Marinara sauces were great! The salad bar was OK.

Absolutely cannot remember when I was in a Round Table Pizza in the last twenty years, but today at the Napa Round Table Pizza on Solano, I had a combination, extra toasted thin crust, medium pizza, and it was fresh, fresh, fresh, properly baked, and delicious! Trafton was the chef who prepared this pizza, and it was terrific!

The guy with the poly tail hair is great at taking care of his customers. He accommodated our special requests as well as made sure we are completely satisfied with the order. Highly recommended!!

Last week I returned to the Solano location for dine in after a hiatus of 5 years. I found this location clean, had a fast working staff and delightful manager. Before I finished a fresh salad, the delicious pizza was brought to my table. I noticed a steady stream of customers coming in for pickup pizzas that were always ready when the customer arrived. Food was hot when delivered. Driver was super nice and friendly. Everything seemed to be cooked perfectly and was good. I think the pizzas are just a tad overpriced for what you get, but overall was good.

We had the lunch special with salad bar. The salad bar had all the vegies I liked. They had a pretty good variety of pizza, but not really hot. I get it, it's hard to have a variety out under heat lamps for very long without them getting a little cooler.

The service was great! The waitress kept checking with our group to see if we were happy which was very nice. The buffet pizza didn't offer much selection nor did it have much flavor. It was just past 1pm so I believe their lunch time was ending & that could be it

I ordered a small pizza to be delivered to my home with a small salad. David who took my order forgot to tell me the amount. I thought this was ok as long as I received a receipt with the delivery. The delivery person arrived early without the receipt and promised to return right away at 5PM to my home. (I live 5 minutes from Solano.) She never came back. So I called David who told me the total was $28! I was shocked at the amount. He said he would have someone come right over to bring me the receipt. 20 minutes later I called and spoke with the delivery person who told me it was my responsibility to generate a bill and he'd get there momentarily. 30 minutes later, no receipt & no call to let me know when I could expect it. I had to leave. I have no idea how much these individuals charged my account for. Would I come to RTP in the future? not at this location. Will I do all I can to spread the word about the terrible service I received, you bet I will. Don't go to the Solano Round Table Pizza, customer service is a "F"! The owner called me back got me the receipt and offered me a free pizza he went out of his way to straighten out the matter

About a month ago, I tried to order my usual Round Table pizza at their Lincoln Ave, Napa location, only to find they are "temporarily"(?) closed. After doing further research, I found that the Corporate Office of Round Table had filed bankruptcy so that it may financially restructure RT's debt. Certain, corporate owned RT locations are being closed. Local, franchise owned RT will not be closed. Recently, I tried to place an online pizza order at the only other RT location on Solano Avenue. The RT website WOULDN'T allow me to place an order & provided me a local number to call (I assume it was the Solano location?). When I called this number, it immediately went to an answering machine that told me, "we are unable to answer the phone at this time. Please call back later." After trying unsuccessfully to reach someone by phone to place my order, I just gave up. I bought a pizza at MOD on Soscal Avenue instead. I don't know if the Lincoln & Solano Avenue RT's are corporate or locally, franchise owned. If they're both corporate owned locations, it's possible RT's Corporate Office may decide to close one or both locations in the near future. Who knows what's really happening with the two RT's in Napa? I know very little. I am just sharing what I have experienced lately at both Napa RT's.

Pizza was just ok. Salad bar was awful. As I ordered the salad bar was being tended to, ie someone was adding fresh salad. It was far from fresh....brown and slimy. Saltine crackers.... VERY STALE, I think a wooden pencil would break before the crackers. Had to bus our own table and workers on break hovered around the soda fountain while I waited to get my drinks. They saw me standing there and carried on with their conversation.

They told me my pizza was out for delivery and should be there soon.. ok, that’s fine.. another 45 minutes go by and I have to call again… same thing, call center and transferred… a very rude woman answered and I politely asked if there was a problem because I still hadn’t received my pizza. She rudely says, nope.. it was delivered and I say, no.. ma’am.. it wasn’t.. and all she kept saying was yep.. and I’d say.. umm.. nope… no apologies or anything. I tell her that I wanted it refunded back to my card and she said,… yep. Ok.. and hung up… I can’t believe that is how calls are handled now and it’s sad. Round table is a very good quality pizza, but this was a big disappointment in costumer service . I went in to the actual restaurant a few days later and ordered in person and waited.. I recognized the woman’s voice from the other day. She was rude to a lot of customers picking up pizzas and was bragging about not having to take calls anymore and how it goes to a call center now… i understand things get busy and sometimes places are under staffed. But, this was ridiculous.

Guys in the back were rubbing their sweaty faces and noses with their bare hands and then making the pizzas. They not only got my order wrong but two other people's orders wrong. There was no sauce on the pizza and I think it was a gluten free crust...

The salad bar was messy. The pizza was bland. Tables were pilled with trash, which clearly would have been ignored had we not cleaned off one table to be able to sit down. Never before had we seen the employees handing boxes to buffet customers and allowing those customers to load up boxes, emptying the entire buffet bar of pizza before leaving. Employees claimed it was because they customers had to wait for pizzas and didn't get to fully eat because of that. Well, the rest of us had to wait too because those others had stripped the buffet of pizza. They employees seemed very disorganized as to even working both orders and the buffet.

They just can't get together here. Under staffed everyday, unapologetic poor service. Nearly 2 hours to pickup an online order. Should be plenty of time to make a couple of pizzas. Didn't happen just once, it's everytime I've been here. Not 2 hours everytime, it's just way too long. Whatever the website or app tells you, add at least an additional 20 minutes before you go to pick it up. They still make a good pizza, nevertheless.

Usually get delivery but am now living outside of their range. So stopped in to order to go at about 4:45 pm well ahead of the dinner rush. After 40 minutes of waiting for a pizza with very few others waiting, besides pick up orders. I had to ask if this wait time was normal, gal at counter asked another gal in the back and was told it was in the oven. Was eventually offered a soft drink of which neither myself nor my 2 yr old daughter drink. Or a salad from the bar that looked as if it had not been reserviced since their lunch rush. Nearly an hour wait to be informed of a mishap with my original order and was not offered anything to compensate except a few yet endearing "So Sorry" Luckily a nice gentleman advised me about the other store on the opposite side of town. Will not return to this site for the lack of customer service. On the upside the pizza was good.

We were 2 out of the 3 guests dining in the restaurant this evening, and there were 6 people in the kitchen/behind the counter. Despite this: our orders came out more than 10 minutes apart, they messed up my husbands order when it did arrive (not what he ordered), and told us they'd be "over in a sec with the blue cheese dressing". 5 minutes later, we had to go up and request the sauce and were casually told we could do it ourselves from the salad bar - information which would have been useful several minutes prior. Skip this place and save your money!

Dining room was dirty. There was garbage on most of the tables, and the dining room smelled like urine (coming from the bathrooms, which were also dirty). Pizza was alright, but not the best Round Table pizza I've had. I was not immediately greeted when I entered the restaurant.

Ordered food here on the 18th around 4pm what I can say is that the delivery was fast the bad thing that happened is that I live in clearlake but visit my boyfriend in napa so the 18th I definitely bought food here for 70 bucks but on the 20th two days later while I was sitting all the way up in lake county where I live my card was charged 90 dollars for food and 10 dollars for a doordash delivery fee which I did not order so the only way that could have happened is if my card was charged twice once on the 18th and once on the 20th for two different amounts such a waste of time and money to buy food to get robbed from whatever person charged my card two days later for 100 bucks which means I spent well over 180 all together never ordering from here again my boyfriend and I ordered wings garlic bread and one pizza and I was completely over charged the 1st time and the second time was just theft I reported the charges to the card company

Ordered my pizza upon my arrival I was greeted by a disgruntled employee who refused to give me paper plate be it wasn’t requested on the order. FYI I paid $45 for a pizza and wasn’t given anything besides cheese and pepper packets. Don’t go here and be treated like this.

I could not believe how crappy the service is. I paid over the phone for deliver. I was told 45 minutes for delivery. I got the pizza 1 and a half hours after that. When I tried calling in for a refund last night the management was unreachable. It was like they were ignoring the phone. By the time we got our food it was cold. Based on whether or not the management ever gets back to me on this we will not be returning.

I placed an order on the phone at 10pm for a small pep. Pizza it says online they don’t close until 11pm everyday except fri sat 12am and I show up at 10:20 exactly when they said it would be ready in 20 minutes and the whole place is closed lights off nobody answering the phone and this isn’t the first time this has happened never go to round table in Napa they went downhill years ago waste of time especially disappointing when I just got off work was excited they were the only place open so late

Monday 1/20/2020 during lunch buffet time, arrived around 12:40(lunch is from 11:30-1:30) only had 2 slices of cheese pizza and 3 slices of pepperoni, about 6 little pieces of cinnamon bread for about 10 person that were eating during lunch time, i'm not counting all the person that were in the restaurant since some obviously had order an actual pizza. I had to go up and ask if they would be placing more pizza after 10-15 minutes of waiting the cook seem mad and told the girl I asked to move with his hand then few minutes later brought a combination pizza and that's all, we still waiting and later on another family is waiting for more pizza so they bring another combination pizza out, there was no twist bread or pepperoni pizzas. very upset that we paid for buffet but there was hardly any pizza to choose from.

I had to wait 30 minutes past when the online time said it was going to be done. That’s over an hour to cook a personal pizza and 6 boneless wings. They still managed to forget the sauce. And after the only (literal) 3 min drive home the food was cold. First time there, last time there.

Awful. Placed an order 2 hours prior to them closing. They confirmed the order and of course took my payment. After a hour and 45 minutes I gave them a call to check on the order, the woman who answered clearly hates her life and had the worst attitude like it was some how my fault I haven’t received my order yet. I only said “ hi I’d like to check on my order” in which she responded “ we’re closing soon. No orders” like she’s some sort of cave woman. I proceeded to let her know I already placed an order and was charged and told her I had an order number. She let me know she has no idea where my order went and maybe the driver took it home. I said “home?” She said “ yea we’re closed no more food for you” it’s ridiculous and she offered a refund like she was doing me a favor after not fulfilling the order. Do better round table. At least make sure they pass an IQ test or let alone high school.smh first world problems.

Ordered a pizza for delivery. Was told it would take approximately 1hr. However, after 2.5hrs still had not received it. After calling multiple times and being told they were short drivers, the final call I was told they would reach out to the driver and call me back. I never received the phone call. The worst business I have ever experienced. I hope many read this and stay away from them for business. 3hrs hours in and I have yet to received what I ordered. Really Round Table? I would be embarrassed at your customer service. You should seriously re evaluate your staff at this property as they clearly cannot do their job effectively. I will be calling to get my payment reversed. Upon calling to get my payment reversed, was told that someone knocked on my door and tried calling me which was an outright lie. Do not go to this place to do business unless you want to set yourself up for disappointment.

My order was wrong, it was missing a topping and I called to get it corrected and they had me bring my other pizza back so I did and the girl accused me of taking the pineapple off. The girl was very disrespectful and wouldn’t stop accusing me, pretty shocking. No one apologized for making the pizza incorrectly and kept arguing with me about it. I won’t be back.

5:5/17 ordered a large pizza and Cinnamon Twists. According to the description on the website the twists are supposed to have a powdered sugar glaze on top. When I opened the box I saw twists that were dark brown in spots like it was over cooked and no glaze at all. I thought I could live with them being over cooked and tried to eat them without the glaze. They were terrible! I rarely complain but I was agitated over the glaze so I called. I was lucky enough to get this RUDE man who when asked about the lack of glaze he said, "thats why they call them Cinnamon Twists". He was unaware that they were supposed to have glaze. He asked me if I wanted to talk to a manager and I said yes. The manager asked me if there was glaze in the box in a container. I told him no. He said there is supposed to have glaze and the guy who made them said he put glaze on them. So basically it was my word against his. The manager took the employees word. He did not offer to give me glaze or anything. I ended up making my own glaze. I won't order pizza from there again. Very RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL!

Placed a phone order for pickup. 30 minutes later I arrived at the store gave my name to verify order and paid. Waited 30 minutes before a customer who walked in after me. Placed order waited got his order and left. Cashier asked the name on my order. I heard them say they messed up twice. They would remake a third pizza a.s.a.p. I went out to my car to write this review. Needless to say I'm beyond angrily waiting.

Ordered for pick up at Solano Ave store, Napa but the call center somewhere overseas sent my order to Lincoln Ave store. After about 1 hr of running around and phones with call center I picked up my pizza Lincoln Ave. I had no choice but to pickup because my guests were waiting for food. We have been ordering Pizzas from this location the day they opened 25 years ago but under the new ownership the service has gone downhill.

My husband walks in, orders a pizza with extra sauce. It’s handed to him, he opens to look at it and asks “I asked for extra sauce please?” A grouchy older woman says “that’s extra” Husband looks at it again and says “doesn’t look like much sauce. Sure?” The lady rudely says “that’s extra sauce, I made it myself” husband says, “ok it barely looks like any sauce” and the lady says, “well, it is” He assumed maybe it was just hidden under the cheese. Well, barely any sauce was correct. Disappointed! This pizza is expensive!

I have ordered my last 6 Pizza's from this Round Table in Napa on Solano Ave. I ordered with delivery service and the last four times they have neglected to put the sides of ranch with the parmesan twists, the pizza was under cooked, the twists were over cooked, they have also forgotten the crushed red pepper and parmesan cheese packets every time. I have tried calling for correction and they want discount me 3 dollars or have me to come to them because they use door dash now for all of their deliveries. They also use an answering service to take the order. So these businesses are no longer responsible for their lack of follow through and preparation. They keep blaming the other guy. Well, I am done after tonight's many errors and omissions from this poorly managed restaurant. When all the sides are missing and I have to go back to fix the problem, my meal has been sitting for over 45 minutes by the time I can sit down to eat. That is unexceptable, so I brought it all back and got my money back. I am no longer supporting this joke of a business while they continue to fail their customers like this. If I could give less than one star, I would.
