Bbq is their best seller but i prefer cheese coz i like that flavor better. If you order a giga you can put two different flavors in your order. If your a five star member, be sure you give them your phone number because for every mega fries you get one point, giga 2 points.. if you have 10 points, you can get a free mega size fries.

Great seasoned fries, decent for the price, although a bit of a long wait since it gets really popular and you have to wait behind a lot of other's orders ahead of you. I always get the sour cream and onion flavor when I come to this place.

Fries and fried chicken were actually really crispy and delicious. However some of the spice rubs can be a little too strong.

Yummy fries! I went there yesterday, labor day, and i had to wait more than 30 minutes. The fries are freshly cooked. I always order the cheese seasoning. Good place to go if you’re craving those Filipino french fries.

I love the cheddar fries from here. I almost always get the giga fries, which is the largest serving. They're a bit pricey though, giga is $7~ and jumbo being the smallest at $4~ But they're good really. That is why there's a very long line everytime. I suggest them getting another hand at the store though. Most of the time, there's only 2 people in there even though there's a long line specially on the weekends

Great little food find inside of Plaza Bonita mall. The tater tots are not to be missed. There's multiple flavors you can choose from. The sweet potatoes were super fresh and well seasoned. A definite new food stop anytime I'm shopping at Plaza Bonita . Can't wait to go back and try all the different flavor options

It’s amazing if you get a person who makes it amazing! Last time I went I got a bad batch and there was basically no powder and I was highly disappointed. I was half way home by the time I realized 😅 Still good when you get a good batch and when it has plenty of powder!

Nice place to shop and meet friends. Only problem is people put their shoes on the dinning tables near the stores. I took a picture but can't put it on this review. I suggest that signs.."shoes off the table " be on each table.

The fries are fresh for your order. The people working were still so very nice and friendly despite the wait. They are very quick in making the orders.

Potato itself was also in a different texture, kinda harder and need to make some effort eating it. Well, either they changed the supplier or they changed the ingredients/seasoning mix.

They also don't have the buzzer to know when your order is ready so you would have to stand at the booth the whole time which also make the place more crowded. Hope they can make improvements.

Cheap food but not fast. I thought being in a food court it would be pretty quick to receive my food. Probably took about 15 minutes. In the future I'll grab a burrito from Burros and Fries or Tajima Ramen. They gave better food and it's quicker.

The waiting is Like waiting in line for Disneyland ride. I never waited this long for French fries I really want to ask for a refund but ended up waiting 45 minutes for a French fries and the line is Not even that long when I placed the order. I don't know what's happening. French Fries is really good though 👍

Cheddar fries are my absolute fav, but passed by today and noticed they changed the seasoning. It’s a lot different and doesn’t taste good, couldn’t finish my fries 😢

Disappointed. Ordered a chicken tender combo. They had no fountain drinks. They said they would make it up by giving me extra frys. They never gave me extra frys, and I had to get a fountian drink from another restaurant. Also had to wait 40 minutes for my order.

I like the cheesy fries but this spot stop taking orders 15-20 minutes before the close time. How does that makes sense? Change your time online and answer the phone when customers call then. Poor and slow service.

Not the same amazing incredible wonderful tasty delicious BBQ seasoning as it used to be. They changed powders recently and it is very noticeable. Sad.

12pm April 8th I went to get fries and never been here before and the lady at the register who was helping me was extremely rude and I could tell she hates her job , she gave me bad looks and when her questions about the food she didn’t want to answer me and kept sighing and rolling her eyes. The fries were good but the service was horrible !!!!

First and last time I will go there . Spent $10 and so dissatisfied in taste and threw 3/4 away even the drink! Ordered, waited, and waited and waited. Lots of people after me ordered and was served. Ok, because they ordered just fries. They dumped the chicken with the cold chicken and mixed them up. My fries were cold from sitting there waiting for the chicken. Chicken was bland. Some cold. Soda was off. Overall bad experience. I was still hungry but, couldn’t eat anymore of it. It all went into the trash. Wasted my hard earned money.

Wait for chicken wings (12 pieces) was 40 minutes. A ton of people crowding around the order counter because no one can hear or understand what order is being called out for pickup. Is it a name? A number? If this was audible, patrons can spread out and not crowd the order counter. Horrible service/organization. Never again!
