Thank you, Laura (our waiter)🤩 and the manager (Mrs. Robin 🤣) for making our experience there amazing. We had a great time. Our waiter was fast, gave great suggestions, kept our drinks filled, and kept checking in on our big party to make sure we had everything we needed. Ohh and she was also so patient with our kids. Thanks! We will be back! I had the $10 special -Cheeseburger, bottomless fries and drink. Cheaper than going to a fast food place. Didn't take pictures of my plate because I was so hungry.

My favorite turkey burger. Seasoned to perfection, nice and juicy. Gotta love their bottomless fries. I wish they had more locations. The one in Temecula is good too. I love it. Back in the days it was our favorite spot to meet up for lunch in Topanga Mall 🍟🍟🍟🍔🍔🍔 Lemonade is so nice and refreshing on a warm day. 🍋🍋🍸

Great service, the food is amazing. I really recommend this! Look at my burger it is so big that I can’t finish it. I am here to celebrate Mother’s Day and it was the best selection. The manager is on it all the time, I love to be here.

Red Robins has good burgers available with bottomless fries (unlimited re-fills at not additional price). The shakes are delicious, one is enough for two people to share because they give you the left over shake in an separate cup. The customer service was good and the ambiance was great. No complaints!

*updated. We returned for dinner this week and had a great experience! The food was made to perfection and our server Amelia was awesome! Kept our fries coming! Great dinner experience! So it's a mixed review for me. I haven't been here in over 10 years. We were greeted by an amazing hostess she must have been a manager she was so friendly and professional. We had no wait and were seated immediately. They have the bottomless fries which is great! Just order a refill of fries as soon as you start getting low. We tried the sweet potato and garlic fries. They are delicious!! We ordered the blue cheese burger and the BBQ River burger. The problem was when we got them the blue cheese burger had no blue cheese and the bbq burger had no bbq sauce!(before and after pics included) It was immediately remedied when we showed the waitress. She was decent but you can tell she was tired and was the only one in our section with a lot of tables to wait on. Other than that it was really good food! Clean atmosphere and mall parking out front.

Haven't been to a Red Robin in forever. My to go to is Costa Mesa. Liked the food, service was awesome..fries were a little cold but, eatable. Just had a regular bacon cheeseburger, mom had same with salad.

The restaurant was very busy and can use a deep cleaning. But the wait wasn't too long. However, we did wait quite a bit of time for a server after we were seated. The manager stopped to inquire and we told her we were still waiting for help. She proceeded to say that she could take our order which she did. Our server turned out to be friendly. The first order of fries was amazing. My burger 🍔 was beyond well done. It seemed as if the servers were rushed... Overall, not bad. Because of the fries, I'll be back...😋

We went in today for lunch and I tried to order something but was told I couldn’t substitute the sides so I ended up ordering something else with a side of garlic fries and it literally looks like they just dumped garlic from the jar on top of some fry’s also the banzai burger was soggy and slathered in mayo I did not even eat it

Went to eat there today and hmmm.. The atmosphere is okay and the furnishings are decent. We ordered a fish and chips, a bacon cheese burger and a kids burger. We asked the order to come all together but the kids meal came out first and our was a little wait. But that wasn't a big deal. Our other two orders came out. They looked good. The fried fish is a decent quality. But... The bacon was super weak on bacon, two very thin pieces inside. The name of this meal starts with "Bacon", so it's not a top 5 burger place for me and the rest is fairly basic. Steak fries were a 6 out of 10. The fish dish came missing tarter sauce and needed follow up. Same as the last time we ate at this place. The third piece of fish my wife ate revealed a 2 inch twisted piece of plastic wrap fried inside it. I also realized late they hadn't brought our kid's milk yet for his kid's meal. Upon sharing this fried plastic issue, my wife dish was taken with chips and all still on it. The waitress returned stating a manager would come. He arrived 8 minutes later and offered to comp the fish plate and give us an additional. We took the comp of course for it but refused to take home a free order of the same thing. I don't like making a big deal over things in public with bad food orders etc, and I felt like I was being sized up about how much of an issue I would make of it. In honesty, I didn't feel like being compensated $14 for my wife to pull large plastic out of her mouth was worth it. I felt like the manager would be ok with having his mother chew on a plastic sheet in a restaurant for $14. They should have just comped the entire inexpensive ticket right there at a minimum and not the single dish dish. Because frankly it's gross and just spoils the experience for the two of us to deal with this. I still gave the waitress her tip because careless prep and cooking is not her duty. But I do feel like the manager sized me up as someone to not put much thought into about it, or possibly it happens quite often there. I have been multiple times because the kids menu is actually very functional and decent. And we extend ourselves quite often for our kids, don't we? I'm not going to one-star them about one experience, but I feel it was poorly addressed and coincidentally I had photographed the meals to make a review today. Timing.

I’m very disappointed with our visit to Red Robin last Saturday 02/07/26 for my daughter’s 5th birthday. She chose this restaurant specifically because she wanted the birthday song experience, it's not even her favorite type of food, but she was excited for the celebration. When we arrived, I told the host it was her birthday and asked them to please let the server know. She assured me she would. Our server, Omar, never mentioned her birthday, and after we finished our meal (which was already disappointing since they didn’t have the Donatos pizza she wanted), we still hadn’t heard anything. My husband reminded the server, who said no one had told him. He offered an ice cream, which took about 10 minutes, but that was it. No birthday song. What made it even sadder is that we could hear the staff singing Happy Birthday to another table downstairs. My daughter noticed and said, “They’re singing Happy Birthday… maybe they going to come mami.” She left the restaurant heartbroken. On our way out, I explained the situation to another host, who apologized and offered a sundae to go, but the issue was never about a free dessert. It was about the experience. For a child, birthdays are magical, and this completely ruined the moment she had been looking forward to. We spent about $120, and the service felt rushed and dismissive. The server didn’t even make eye contact, let alone acknowledge the birthday after we reminded him. This was extremely disappointing, especially for something so simple that means so much to a child. I hope the management sees this and improves communication and customer care especially for kids’ celebrations. A birthday song may seem small, but to a 5-year-old, it’s everything.

I ordered a Ensenada 2 chicken breast entree , when it got to me it was a half a chicken breast cut in half with a small handful of salad, I had to tell my server to bring the Tortillas Chips that it was supposed to come with because they didn't put it on there "overall it was a $19 aptizer not entrée", I got a tower of onion rings that were greasy oily and dark like the oil was never changed, My wife's red double look like a kid's meal. Then I went to the bathroom it was flooded toilet paper was everywhere the stall was covered in urine on top and had dust all over it like it hasn't been cleaned in a week, Completely disgusting. For the price I paid I was very dissatisfied And disgusted, I have video of the bathroom I'm hoping it will let me post it on this review. Had a very bad experience Thinking twice about coming back which probably won't happen

Order was for 5:20. I arrived at 5:18. Young lady at the to-go desk said that my order was just about ready and she would go get it. After not bringing my order for 15 minutes, I asked where she was. They said that they let her go. What? In the middle of an order? This Red Robin needs a new manager. One that is more customer oriented.

Me my kids and a friend were sat jn the bar (not sure who wants kids in the bar but okay) the bar was not busy so I went with it. We ordered drink and i asked for a tanqueray and tonic. Alex the cocktail waiter said they didn't have that kind of gin (interesting i always order that there) then said okay ill do crown and coke , he then proceeded to say they d3ont have crown either. Okay ill just take a water. We order our food everyone's food came out one after another my children both had a pizza with bottomless fries and one kid had 2 fries and the other kid had 4 fries. The friend ordered a burger with bottomless fries and got 5 fries and I ordered my wings plain with dry rub on the side, ranch and bottomless fries. My fries never came out. We were never checked on after our food got to our table. So I went to find the manager and asked for refills on our bottomless beverages, along with fries and napkins. The cocktail waiter finally comes over after we were done eating and I said hey can I please have a water refil he said im trying to fix your issue the whole bar is waiting for your issue to be resolved and I was shocked. The manager comes over because I can't pay the bill on their tablet to leave because I'm just done. The manager is like we are working on your boneless wings and I was confused. I didnt order boneless wings and never asked for them to be remade. Needless to say I got my water on refills as I signed the check to leave. On the way out we 100% told the family walking in not to go in and they listened saying dang we were just going to give them one last try. And I said this was our last try at this location. The last time I came they messed everything us and gave me a meal coupon (I couldn't find it) the other family went ahead and walked out as well they said this location used to be their go to as well.. My chicken tasted like it sat out and was fried too fast the inside was so stringy and weird. I only left Alex a tip at the bar because the manager took care of half my bill with a weird attitude.. and maybe Alex should watch how he speaks to people becaaue im not naturally nice when spoken too so crazy. My whole table almost walked out without paying because this location has definitely gone down hill completely. It's sad we can't have good customer service these days.
