The service is excellent; the staff, from the hostess to the waiters, are very friendly and attentive. Overall, the food is delicious. I highly recommend the shrimp chili chili, a true delight. On the other hand, I think the nigiri has room for improvement, and the drinks are above average in terms of price. Another thing I didn't like much was that we ordered a gift for my wife's birthday, and it ended up being charged to the bill. In my opinion, the place overall needs a bit more of a Japanese atmosphere compared to places like Suntory or Ryoshi.

The garlic edamame was delicious. The Chili Chili dish had too many árbol chiles, which wasn't proportionate to the amount of protein. The sushi cake, tuna cone, and coffee were all very good. The service was excellent, and the bathroom was luxurious. I didn't enjoy the music as much; it was a bit generic and very "party-like."

The food is okay, tasty but not something truly memorable. The service is average, like your average restaurant. The place itself is very nice. However, they charge you as if everything is top-notch.

Starting with the good: the atmosphere is pleasant, the portions are good, and the staff is friendly. There's no non-alcoholic drink menu, although it does offer a variety. The food is mixed; the ingredients feel fresh, however, the tempura tastes too oily and the ingredients are underseasoned. The udon noodles are excellent, but the chicken and mushrooms don't seem to capture the flavor of the broth. It's a nice, clean place; the prices are about 30% more expensive. The food isn't bad, but you don't miss much. I recommend it if you want to try something new, delicious, but not a true Japanese wonder. There are better options, but in the area, it's a good option.

Awful. High prices for mediocre food, minimal protein portions. The edamame serving dish looks like old Tupperware. More chili than shrimp, and it tastes frozen. The only decent thing is the cocktails.

We went to celebrate my daughter's birthday, and although the waitress at the door was super friendly, it was pointless for her to ask if we were celebrating anything since they didn't do anything special. The restaurant was almost empty, and the waitress only came to take our order; we had to go looking for her, raising our hands because she was chatting with her colleagues. We left a 10% tip because the food wasn't too bad, but I think they should pay more attention to their service.

The restaurant was completely empty, the food was nothing special, and our waitress, whose name I have no idea about because she never introduced herself, was never at the table except to take our order. I've been to cheaper restaurants with better service. The food was tasty, but I think for the prices, the service left much to be desired. The captain only came to the table at the beginning, and we had to raise our hands several times to get any attention.

The bill was $5,000 plus a 10% tip, totaling $5,500. And as for the service... we raised our hands more than 15 times and the waiters were just chatting. I wouldn't recommend it at all. For the price, I think there are better restaurants! I'll never go back. By the way, they asked if we were celebrating something, and what was the point if they didn't even come near us? This place is definitely not the best.

Pretentious, tasteless, flavors foreign to Japanese cuisine, cheap and tacky furnishings... the bathrooms: dark (all black), cheap and tacky materials, they don't give a sense of hygiene. Expensive and not commensurate with what it offers. The staff does their job and they're not to blame.

The restaurant may be beautiful and all, but the service is terrible. We were seated at a table with no one around and it took them over 20 minutes to even acknowledge us (the restaurant was empty). The waiter didn't introduce himself and arrived with his notepad as if it were a taco stand, asking, "What would you like to order?" We just held back and started ordering. We asked him what wine he had by the glass, and instead of asking if we wanted white or red, or if we wanted a bottle or by the glass, he literally pointed to the menu. We ordered a three-piece sashimi and asked what it was made of. His response was, "Whatever the chef decides." At that point, we got up and left. A terrible experience. The captain, watching everything from his chair in the corner, didn't even move. We left with a very bad taste in our mouths and a truly awful experience. We will never return, nor would we recommend it.

Absolutely not recommended! I just had the most unpleasant Japanese food experience I've ever had in Mexico. 4730 pesos wasted! The food was expensive, bland, tasteless, and burnt! The portions were way smaller than normal, and you practically had to fish the meat out of the mixed yakimeshi... It was my first time here, but if they don't make an effort to improve the quality of their food and their service, and make it a little faster and friendlier... this will be my last time!

Unfortunately, the service was far below the standards of the Tori Tori chain. I made a reservation through an app, and when I arrived, the hostess asked if I had a reservation. She couldn't find one, and I had to show the confirmation I received via WhatsApp. The place was almost empty, yet the food took forever to arrive. We ordered a light dinner (edamame, miso soup, yakimeshi, some rolls, drinks, coffee, and cake). Everything arrived late. The rolls arrived 15 minutes after the appetizers. The food tasted very basic. The rolls were poorly made and nothing like the quality offered at other Tori Tori restaurants. Incredibly, the best part of the meal was the chocolate cake. The place was nice, but empty and smelled of oil. The prices were high for the quality of the food served. It's a shame to waste the space.
