Not cheap but excellent food selección
Good food and service overall, we took advantage of the Wednesday promo and is was very fair.
Mr. Pampas offers one of the best Brazilian sword buffets in the area. The service is excellent, the servers very friendly, and the value is hard to beat (approx. $480 per person in 2025). The salad and cold cuts bar is very good, the desserts are adequate, and the atmosphere is pleasant, with clean bathrooms and even a children's area. For two buffets, a pitcher of clericot, and a couple of drinks, we paid $1,600, which I think is excellent considering the quality and quantity. I especially recommend the pork ribs and the picanha (the octopus is sometimes very good, other times not so much). Don't forget to order their cheese bread and pineapple with cinnamon; they are excellent and not to be missed.
Very good place, tasty cuts of meat, some dry, but good overall, great variety, excellent atmosphere, friendly staff, and the red fruit water was exquisite. Some desserts were dry and tasted stale. When you ask for the bill, double-check the charge, as the waiter who served us charged us for green wristbands, and one of my children was wearing a yellow wristband, yet he still overcharged us. We pointed it out, and they took quite a while to address it. They remeasured her wristband, but the waiter insisted on overcharging. We spoke to the manager, and they took just as long. In short, double-check the bill when you take your children. They have a play area, and the young lady who supervises them is very friendly; it's worth tipping her. Good place, I would go back, but to a different location, not the same one, because of the bill issue. If they're supposed to measure you upon entry, they should respect that. That was the only bad and disappointing thing.
Ok.
It was DELICIOUS
Every staff is so kind
Good service, delicious food, but for some reason some skewers never arrive even when you ask, the shrimp skewer for example. I don't recommend bringing small children; it's expensive for them not to eat. If you're an adult with a good appetite, you might find it worthwhile. Drinks are extra.
place is great just that when it comes to the waiter they lack on the service and they get mad if you dont give them a good tip they ask for the 15% when i provided a tipo of 200 other then that the food is magnifisent
The service isn't good. The waiter doesn't explain the concept and just tries to sell you what he wants, getting annoyed and making faces if you don't order what he's offering. The cashier—I asked about an event for my company in December—was very rude, indifferent, and inattentive. The guys offering the wide variety of meats are very attentive, the meat is delicious, the atmosphere is nice, and the salad and dessert area has a lot of variety, but I wouldn't return.
A lovely experience enjoying swords with various cuts of meat (lamb, beef, chicken, pork) in the Brazilian style (grilled swords, smoked, etc.). A large salad bar and a variety of food options are available. Pleasant decor. A personal opinion based on my experience is that the number of tables and staff with swords ⚔️ are limited. We waited for many minutes, too long for the picaña 🥩 and the pineapple 🍍 to pass. The service was very limited when the place was 100% full, which was a Sunday. Otherwise, this culinary experience was very pleasant. Wishing you continued success. Best regards
The bar food is good, with a lot of variety. The cuts are also delicious, except for the skirt steak. The only thing is that the desserts feel a bit old-fashioned, for example the brownie, and they don't have a great flavor; they should improve that aspect. Maybe they should offer fewer but better-quality desserts, so they don't feel so ordinary. The strawberries and apples with cream taste too vanilla for my taste. Oh, and the chocolate fountain tastes very cheap. I loved the berry salad. One negative point is that the servers aren't very friendly, only at the end when they want a tip. The place felt very hot; we asked them to turn on the air conditioning, and they said it was done. We were sweating.
lots of choice on the salad bar and a variety of food, some mexican but also you can find pasta o sushi, it is a bit expensive, so either you need to be super hungry to make the most of it or you need to have a good appetite. Lots of choice meat wise, my favourite the arrachera and pulpo adobado. Ambiance is nice, clean bathrooms.
Most of the food is good, the buffette has a lot of options, the servers are nice. They do need some extra training on service because they act like they're always in a rush. Also I had to ask for a paper napkin 4 times to 4 different servers in a 10 minute time spam, I take that as bad service normally however this time I'm letting it go because they were nice although they have to pay attention to details.
This is huge place! Food quality is modest, none or the options we tried were tastier enough to recommend, maybe picahna was the best alternative. Service is really good, all of the tried their best to provide a good experience.
Most of the times You need to ask for the Picaña and sea food. Alcohol beverage it's too expensive.
I'll go straight to the point: food is amazing (specially pastor negro, tomahawk, lengua, chorizo brasileño), but the service could possible be the worst of all Brazilian style restaurants I have ever been. Took almost like 15 minutes to get a sword/dish getting to our table, and that was the rythm all night. And worst of all, at the end the waiter kindly recommended us to leave a 15% tip... Even if they have done a remarkable job, asking/recommending/forcing tips is the worst thing a waiter/restaurant can do.
I will considered ir expensive vs the service and the quality of food but it is a food place for having food with friends if you have kids. The kids area is one lf the bests in the Satelite's zone
Wow what an experience, not a good one. The meat was not good. Quality was bad. We love eating at Brazilian steakhouse, but this one is nothing compare any Brazilian steakhouse we’ve been to. When the bill came, there was one waiter came with the manager brought us the bill and forced us to give him a tip. All the time we sat, he never served us. I was surprised the way he asked kinda pushed us. But again I was caught in the moment and didn’t want to make any scene asking him why I should give him a tip, So I put 10% tip to our bill. It was not a good experience to us. And it was our first experience eating at restaurant in Mexico City. We just arrived from the airport and our hotel was next to the restaurant. I checked this restaurant on google and so many good reviews but not to us.
