Their cinnamon bites cost four for $1.99 and you can go to Domino’s and get 32 for $6.99. It seems that sonic’s cost more than Domino’s when you figure it out but I love sonic they they need to change their price or give more for the amount if they charge.

Food was descent for what it was. (Fast Food) However, asked for mustard for corn dogs, and marinara for cheesesticks, didn't get either initially. Then got 1 packet each for 2 corn dogs after asking for a lot of mustard. Side note: I had to repeat my simple order 3 times to the poor girl. Geez.

I ordered though the website not the app, so I went to a normal stall. At this point everything was fine, But then I waited for 20 minutes. When I pushed the button the first time they said they were waiting on something, and that's why I patiently waited the 20 minutes. I had to hit the button again to remind them I existed. They realized they forgot me and apologized, but they did nothing for me. So I received my old food and went on my way. My poor tater tots! I rarely stop by sonic, and this is a reminder of why.

I ordered a 6 inch coney and I was told I meant the #9 when that wasn't what I asked for after that she was just very rude no peppermint in the bag and the tator tots tasted like some kind of chemical.Its time for the grease to be changed.

I ordered on the app thinking it was quicker than waiting and extra 2 min here. I ended up waiting for 15min for one medium drink!!!! They had 2 people bring out orders, all of the stalls full. Seems to be under staffed yet no one seems to show any rush to bringing things out. No reason to be waiting for 15 +min for one drink.

update: we once again decided to try sonic. Got my kid a plain hotdog. See attached photo. I’m shocked that they would even send it out like that. Every single time we go the service is horrible, they are very impatient and always cut off our order and we will have to wait pay for what we got to place the rest of the order doing two transactions. we have explained we weren’t done ordering and been told i realize that but continued to be ignored causing two transactions. some of the employees are beyond rude they act like they don’t hear you or just if or what you are saying and they get frustrated when you have to repeat your order and half the time if you are not using a stall the main speaker is like they are yelling at you and constantly when we are ordering we get asked at least for times is that all and before we can answer they cash out the order unfinished and are rude about it. this literally happens every time we go and if we didn’t like the food we wouldn’t bother going due to the poor customer service

I came here a few days ago on the way to College Station and I have regrets. I should have just gone next door to McDonald’s instead. Like a previous reviewer stated, Sonic has definitely lost its touch… I came the day a woman drove her car in a ditch. The employees were focused on watching the action instead of bringing out the food. I get it, you’re out in Navasoto and not much happens. But at least get the order right. That was too much to ask. My cheeseburger did not come plain as I requested. My coke had been siting out for awhile since they were watching the dead car in the ditch. The coke turned out watery with no ice. It arrived with condensation….The burger tasted rubbery and the fries were double salted. There are many other places to choose from off of this street. Sonic is not one of them. Do yourself a favor and dismiss these positive reviews. I’m sure they are fake reviews…

Sonic has just lost there touch. Everywhere I go, from Texas to Arizona. My burgers just come out nasty. I don't know where they get there veggies from? Always nasty, there drinks are the only thing good about Sonic. Done eating here

I’ve never had a “great” nor “good” experience here at this location. I made a google account just to express how much this establishment makes MANY mistakes. For instance, yesterday I bought 5 small mozzarella sticks and I had a hair in my food. I called, spoke with an employee when I strictly asked for the manager and she gave the option of a refund of 1 small order or a remake of 1 small order. I told her I would do a remake- now my second time going to receive my remake on the same day- not only was there ANOTHER HAIR FRIED with the mozzarella stick but the mozzarella sticks were “bite sized”. I’m sick of this location and this is not the first mistake nor will it be the last. By the way, there’s NO confusion on whoms hair it may belong to, my hair is curly and brown- the hairs were straight and black. Disgusting, lost my appetite and will never go to this location again.

They were beyond rude and disrespectful. One employee came for my kids basketball team because they had a lot of separate orders. THEY NEED TO DO BETTER !!! 😡 one of the kids ask “ do you have to pay for refills” she ( the employee Hannah ) simply ignored her and throw her change on the table and left. We told the manger and he said there is nothing that he could do. He is going to give her just a simple talking and that’s it .
