Magnificent dinner this evening! (Found out a lot of places are closed Tuesday evenings) ended up here and was delighted by the roasted Caesar salad and Pastor pizza. You just can’t beat a table along the street and taking in all of sweet Sayulita!

What a great place in the heart of Sayulita! Our waiter was Alex, and his level of service was impeccable. The pizzas and pastas were superb. The manager also assisted us with some food allergies in our big group, he went out of his way to help. What a great place! Highly recommend.

Man, wow. That’s all I gotta say. Italian food in Sayulita…no chance it’s good right?? Wrong. I was so surprised. The food was delicious, seasoned perfectly. The pizza was great, sauce to cheese ratio was on point and crust was perfect. The La Trufa pasta was an absolute banger. And the calamari was one of the best I have ever had. It may be Italian American cuisine but it hit the spot. Go here if you need a break from local cuisine for a night. (Sorry for the half eaten pizza and pasta, we forgot to take a pic haha) Service was great!!

A very good dining experience in Sayulita. The facility is very pretty and super clean. We ordered 3 pizzas and a steak. The pizzas came out fast and the crust was light and crunchy. Mine could have used a few more minutes in the oven as the crust was slightly undercooked. Overall everyone loved their meals. Service was also very friendly.

The food here is amazing. If your looking for lots of options like pizza, steak, Mexican food then I would recommend. Lots of options for drinks and alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks. Would recommend if you are planning where to eat.

WOW! What an amazing evening here. Everyone was friendly, from the hostess to my server to the busboys. Great environment, very open layout. Great for people watching! Food was out of this world. I was brought complimentary bread which was yummy; it was moist and light, like a yellow cake. But not sweet! I started with the mejillones; I could only eat this for the rest of my life and be happy as clam. No complaints here. The white wine sauce was amazing, and the lightly toasted bread served as the perfect vehicle for the sauce and mussels. I got the garlic shrimps next, the flavor was great. I didn’t love how the shrimp was prepared; sliced in half with the shell still on. Made it awkward to peel. The potato puree was decadent. Didn’t care for the red garnish on top, the texture reminded me of seaweed but without any flavor. The chocolate lava cake was the perfect end to the meal. The ratio of ice cream to cake is very off, but it’s hard to be upset with presentation like that. Margarita was delicious too! Very well balanced. Eating here again for sure before I leave Sayulitas!

The food was fantastic, and the service was even better, making for an overall wonderful experience. Keep in mind, the atmosphere leans more toward a casual café style. If you’re dining in the evening, you might encounter some road noise. While it wasn’t overwhelming, it was noticeable for a short time.

Watch out if you have shellfish allergies, even after telling the servers that you have a shellfish allergy they will still cook in the same oil/cross contaminate and luckily I knew what was happening before I ended up in a hospital. Thanks for the hives/swollen face. Nice atmosphere, friendly staff - but wow I could've died.

Not authentic Italian but great pizza. We waited 45 minutes for a table (with a drink at the bar so no big deal) but it took over an hour to get us two large pizzas… over an hour… mind that we have two small kids you would imagine the staff to serve the kids asap certainly after the waiter but that concept hasn’t landed yet at la rustica. Then the waiter was disappointed he didn’t get a big tip, well mate tips are for great service, not a given. Take care of the kids and the parents will take care of you!

Food is pretty average. The sushi rolls are decent. The pizza is also ok. Just ok. It's expensive 🫰 though for What it's. Ali's the margaritas were extremely soft. We could barely taste the tequila flavor.
