The food was great! We came back the next day. A great place for brunch. The atmosphere was nice. I had the All American Beinget-wich on the first visit and the American breakfast on the second. The staff was hard working and efficient. They work their waffles off! Especially Jenna and Regginique! Love the place!

We went here tonight. Great happy hour. Appetizers were excellent. Brussel sprouts and Loaded Nachos were well prepared and very reasonably priced. It was a pleasure watching our bartender Chris mix his drinks and interact with the patrons. He is a true professional, the kind you usually only see at 5 star restaurants.

Monchelle was attentive and very friendly, made a delicious meal into an unforgettable memory! I greatly enjoyed the Legacy Filet it was cooked to perfection! The shrimp portion in the Firecracker Shrimp Toss was more than enough. Thank you Legacy Kitchen for kicking off our weekend in New Orleans.

The staff that works here is 100 all the ladies put in 15,000 steps waiting on and giving you the greatest Service New Orleans have to offer that's why I came back thank you

Love this place. Beautiful inside, they had a shuffleboard table which I love! The drinks were amazing and the delicious. I did get pictures because after walking everywhere I was to hungry to wait. The chicken and waffles were wonderful as were the beignets. My favorite by far was the Legacy Burger.. OMG! The bartender Amy was very knowledgeable and sweet! Highly recommend

Shoutout to my waiter / waitress Will & Cheryl. They went above and beyond making me feel comfortable and welcome at the restaurant as a tourist to New Orleans dining alone. They recommended the gumbo and red fish and it was the best meal I’ve had in New Orleans. Highly recommend!

The best breakfast I have had in New Orleans as a tourist. It has always been difficult for me to find a place to have breakfast when I come on vacation to Nola but here I found the perfect balance with multiple options. This place is located in a hotel but open to the public.

Loved the ambiance, wait staff was friendly and food was amazing! Highly recommend visiting here when in NOLA!

SO GOOOOOOOD! Bisque? Good! Fish? Good! Asparagus and crawfish cornbread? GOOD! I got soup, a cocktail, and the fish dinner for around $55.

We stopped in for a late breakfast on the last day of our trip. It was great to get away from all the crowds and sit down without having to wait for a table. We went with a simple eggs and bacon breakfast and finished it off with some beignets. The Beignets were the best we had while on the trip and we stopped a few times at the more popular locations. Overall, worth the 10 minute walk away from the crowds

Loved the decor of this place. Went for the chicken and waffles. While not the best I've ever had, it was still very good. Service was quick and friendly as well!

First time eating here. In town for a volleyball tournament, the restaurant is super close to the hotel. The food is amazing. The atmosphere was great.

Kay is AMAZING (: she is professional and a blessing! 10/10! Food came out fast and hot and her attitude was on point we came in late and she was still bubbly and pleasant i will come back the experience overall was a 10

Nice atmosphere. Food and drinks were great. We ordered a mixture of things such included the fried oysters, parm-truffle fries, brussel sprouts, and the Watermelon Crawl. Looking forward to returning for brunch.

Their traditional beignets are superb, larger and more reach in taste comparing to CdM competition. Crawfish + Egg beignets this is something exquisite, got emotional because it is so good. Picture doesn’t tell the full story, my taste buds got the whole full NOLA cuisine experience with this crawfish cream sauce, and the textures. Bravo!!!

A
Amanda Mohammed

Our server was amazing, had personality and had great recommendations (forgot his name!). He even went as far as to give is a sample of the crawfish sauce that was part of a dish, before we ordered. Such warm service that I didn't even notice this restaurant is part of a hotel. The decor is interesting. It was pretty quiet and empty like alot of the places around this area during covid.

J
Jesta Lemon

Absolutely loved the food here! I ordered the gumbo, and it was really good with the crawfish cornbread! My partner had the BBQ pulled pork burger and loved it. Also snagged a few of his fries, and they were perfect. Great experience for a first time in this area.

In the city from NYC. The food was great and our server, Kay, was amazing!! She went out her way to make sure I got what I wanted for the right price even got her manger to come make the food she was more than helpful we’ll be back. Got breakfast at 9pm. 👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽

Good breakfast here. Good strong coffee too. Beignets were a hit with our crowd as we had never had one. Staff was friendly and prompt. Will definitely stop again on my next visit. Pictures (Scramble with mixed potatoes, coffee & beignet )

We came here during the early afternoon on a Saturday. Not a lot of people at that time, which was nice to be able to take in the restaurant itself. Beautiful layout! Our waitress was very kind and accommodating. I had the Shrimp Tacos for my meal. A lot goes into each taco and the taste is great.

J
Juan Vila Rodriguez, Tampa Realtor

What an amazing restaurant. I started with pork nachos, followed by Tuna Tango salad, and rounded the meal with Beignet Bites. Everything was fantastic. This may have been one of the best restaurants in New Orleans. Staff is friendly, dress is casual and prices are fair.

J
James Goerke

Great food and service. You won’t be disappointed! Really good drinks too. The mojito and the smoked mezcal drink are particularly delicious and present well.

E
Emma Burlet

We were a bit hesitant because of the reviews, but man! This place was really great! We also had the crawfish Queso and it was awesome! But honestly the best thing was the garlic fries with the steak, it was ridiculously delicious. The staff were friendly and food got there quick. 10/10 would eat there again

Went to dinner on a Sunday night and had one of the best dinner experiences of my entire New Orleans trip. Atmosphere was lovely, the food was super good, and our waitress (Eva) was delightful! I ordered the Braised Short Rib and it was cooked perfectly. The mashed potatoes and gravy were delicious as well! The beignets for dessert were to die for and our waitress even gave us a 50/50 split of powdered sugar and cinnamon sugar toppings! Definitely go here for one of the best dining experiences so far. Fast food, great service, and even better staff.

I am so happy that I came up on this spot. It was recommended by a local and they did not disappoint. The bengiets are scrumptious and the bartender Richard was so amazing. He created an exclusive espresso martini for my friends and I. The best I've ever had. Definitely will return!

I thoughrouly enjoyed our visit here. I did not realize how big the servings would be otherwise my 2 kids that got grilled shrimp and fries would've shared 1 order between the 2 of them. The Gumbo was great. We loved the nachos and the shrimp pasta. My kids loved the atmosphere and everyone was very kind and polite from the woman who sat us, to the server who took our order to the manager who stopped by the table just to ask if everything was going well. Yes the prices are high but I have no complaints as to the quality of food and service. In my opinion it was money well spent...I would definitely recommend this restaurant.

My daughters and I came here fresh of the plane on our first night in NOLA. We didn’t know where to go and after walking around and around we settled here because it looked nice. I’m so glad we did! I had the best crab bisque ever, one daughter enjoyed her first beignets and my other loved her burger… having options for all of us was a welcome surprise after a long day. As a bonus there was a terrific saxophone player and attentive staff.

What a great place, the food is amazing and the service was outstanding. We had the shrimp Louie salad, the gumbo and the chicken wings, three solid Staples. We absolutely recommend it. The vibe was super cool here. Here take a walk around in the lobby of the hotel. You won't be disappointed.

M

Stopped here as a solo traveler and had the Red Fin dinner with the asparagus and corn bread. Delicious. It was delicious! Left with a bag of 3 piping hot beignets and about 1/2 pound of powdered sugar for the walk back to the hotel. They were so delicious and HUGE and nice and hot! Nice place and not too crowded and good prices.

Our server Reggie was AWESOME! the food was good, atmosphere was open and good views, but the service was 10/10, Reggie knew her menu and was great to talk to.

They are undergoing construction but the Hostess notified us before hand and it didn't bother us. Our waiter was wonderful and knowledgeable. Worked well with my children. Place was clean and decorated. Food was delicious. We all stuffed ourselves as we couldn't take left overs and didn't want to waste anything.

Great atmosphere for a casual eatery! Delicious late breakfast.. planning to return for dinner during my stay My waitress was one of the most attentive I have ever had. Thanks for the modifications to my delicious breakfast scramble. Did I say great beignets with the perfect crunch so you know they were fresh!!

4.5 stars A very good meal at Craft Tavern. Our server was great and patient with us as we chose our meal-attentive but not overbearing. The place was large and one part undergoing renovation but the eating area was clean. We had spinach dip appetizer which I thought was okay but my mates thought was great. We had the shrimp po boy, red snapper, short ribs, and gumbo with fries. The gumbo was not hot but was very flavorful. The fish seemed to be a hit and the asparagus was flavored probably the best I have had. The fries were also a hit and my short rib was flavorful with a very large portion of mashed potatoes. The crayfish cornbread was also very good. Overall a very good meal.

I stop in this place to have a quick bite and encounter such a tasty beignest and waffles, coffee is very good, they have craft beers and a nice bar to have a drink

We ended our first night in New Orleans by walking to this outstanding restaurant. The service was awesome and super friendly. We each had a couple of mixed drinks, and they were not only pretty but were made excellently. The food was authentic to the area and truly delicious. The atmosphere was beautiful and tastefully done. I would love to go back.

I came here with a group of friends for lunch. We had a great time, the food was amazing. I got the Shrimp Bourox Pasta and it was absolutely spot on. The presentation was excellent and the taste was amazing. My friends got caesar salad, steak (rare-well done), waffles, sandwiches. Basically everything on the menu. The price was surprisingly cheap. The 9 of us only payed $272 ($327 with gratuity that they include automatically to their bill). I tried their cocktails as well. It was good and all of them had a little extra surprise to them. For example my Negroni was steaming like a chimney. Our service was good, the lady realized that one of the stake a friend of mine ordered was not cooked the way she asked for it and she immediately took it back before even placing it on the table. They were truly professional and kind to us. The restaurant itself when it comes to it’s atmosphere was nice as well. The tables and chairs were spaciously positioned. They have nice decorations and televisions on the walls appropriately placed for good visibility.

Restaurant conveniently located by hotel so we stopped in for dinner. The food and service were fantastic. We especially loved the ribeye with the side of Brussels sprouts and the bread pudding! The decor is great with the warehouse look blended in.

The breakfast burrito was perfection. Great hash browns as well. Friendly staff and fast service.

If you are craving authentic New Orleans comfort food, then look no further. Our party ordered the iconic Roast Beef and Shrimp Po-boys. The gravy-soaked roast beef and crispy shrimp were both sloppy masterpieces. I had the Chicken and Waffles. This generous portion had crispy, moist chicken surrounded by crunchy waffles smothered in a sweet maple syrup. The service was super friendly and attentive. If you're looking for comforting, savory New Orleans treats, then you will not be disappointed.

landed new year’s eve and walked here from my hotel without doing much research cuz i was hungry and just wanted to eat. there was zero wait (around 8pm) but they were pretty busy inside but still a few empty tables. service was good, food came in a timely manner and was hot and fresh. liked my drink as well. 4 ⭐️ because the beignets were mushy inside. i’m back home now and still think about that catfish 🤤

I enjoyed Legacy Kitchen twice during my stay in NOLA. My first itme was for brekky. I got eggs benedict and beignets. This was my first meal in NOLA and it was AMAZING. The beignets were big and fluffy and covered in powdered sugar. The eggs benedict were on point, the hollandaise sauce was rich and creamy, a hearty way to start the day. My second time I got lunch to go. I ordered the Steak frites medium and the cook was perfect. If I had time I would've stayed to dine in and enjoy but I couldn't.

Really loved the food here - the portions are good sized, which is rare in this part of New Orleans. I had enough left over for lunch the next day which is a huge plus! The staff were very friendly as well, even though we were there in the off season and it was practically empty. Pricey, yes, but at least you get a good amount of food for it!

I was looking for place to get a quick bite to eat. The reception lady at my hotel suggested Legacy Kitchen. She wasn't wrong. The young lady that seated me was very sweet and courteous. I was seated quickly. Food is delicious! My server, Tyrell was very polite and helpful in assisting me in my breakfast choice. The only drawback for me, was I thought that there would be a larger breakfast selection. Other than that, I highly recommend Legacy Kitchen.

Wonderful reveillon dinner! Food and service outstanding. Kay was our server and was exceptional! First time here but we will return. Manager came to speak to us as well.

B
Brianna Murray

Wow. I walked in with less than an hour until close, after a very long day at a conference and exhausted. Kay offered a seat or to go, and immediately jumped in to help even as she was waiting on the other tables. Her attention to detail was so appreciated, down to her asking me to wait because they didn't include utensils in my to go bag. I could have left a 5 star review just on Kay's service, but the food was good too. I had the redfish and loved the seasoning. The texture of the asparagus was perfect, not soggy at all, and the cornbread was a great contrast in taste and texture. The bread pudding was packaged well to prevent melting or sogginess and a beautiful way to end a long day. I'm thoroughly impressed!

Great happy hour deals! Our food was tasty and promptly served. Our waitress (I believe her name was Kirshelle) was very friendly and helpful. Price was reasonable for the area.

Nice atmosphere and good food, we had the fire shrimp, a burger and wings with fries. I do wish that the fries were cut a little larger. Overall, there are very limited choices. However, the waitress was attentive. Would go again.

They were very understaffed for a Saturday evening three parade Mardi Gras event. However the two ladies working the bar worked their butts off and keep a smile on their face the best they could. Food was good and the prices very reasonable for a hotel restaurant and bar. Went down for some breakfast and this is it. Outstanding and amazing service

Really cute restaurant in the warehouse district of NOLA with great food and service. The food was delicious and the service was wonderful. Definitely get the chicken & waffles. You won't regret it.

Drinks are pretty good, but food disappointed us a bit. Can't say that it was bad but sandwiches weren't super tasty.

A

Such a great find for a quick lunch! The staff was friendly and helpful. The food was delicious. I got in just in time to get the Crawfish and egg beignets and they were awesome! The only downside is that they are currently renovating so it was a little loud at times.

M

It was a nice experience, really good ambience. We had a good bartender. Food took a little while but was pretty good. My cousin had to send something back because the menu didn't list all the ingredients but we enjoyed our experience overall

B

To be honest, we came here because we forgot to make reservations somewhere, there were multiple conventions in town so nearly every restaurant was booked. Being a bit off the tourist routes, this place had room for us. Are we ever glad we made the decision to eat here! Very nice atmosphere, which seems more upscale than the restaurant is...a nice change from so many restaurants that serve traditional fare at Michelin prices. The staff was pleasant and knew all about the menu on the items, and they didn't mind that we all needed separate cheques. We started with an dip that was incredible. Warm, cheesy, and crispy chips. There were four of us, but the serving was enough that we didn't finish it. I had a traditional club, and it was just that, thank goodness. I don't like something branded a "club" that is really just a sandwich . This was a traditional club, and it was delicious. I also asked for my fries to be crispy, and they WERE! I often have to ask to send the fries back to make them crispy. Legacy got them right the first time! You will not be disappointed.

Food was amazing. The staff were kind. The mini beignets were amazing!!!!! The price is decent and the restaurant is in a great location!

Great service good food. Horrible atmosphere one lady cussing a screaming at cooks about her food walking through the dining room. Beignets, were top notch.

I’ve always felt the host or hostess sets the tone for the entire dining experience. Unfortunately, our visit started off on the wrong foot. The hostess made us feel more like an inconvenience than guests. No greeting, no smile—she simply walked ahead of us, sat us without a word, and walked away. It was unwelcoming and awkward. As for the food, it was okay. The Steak Frite came with two very small pieces of steak and enough fries to feed a small family. The Shrimp Breaux Bridge Pasta was flavorful, though oddly cold on top. Drinks were decent overall—the Krewe of Cosmo was a standout and really enjoyable. What saved this experience was the exceptional service from Shemyra. She was warm, attentive, patient, and genuinely seemed to care about making our visit a good one. Her energy and professionalism stood in sharp contrast to how we were greeted. If I return, it’ll be because of her—I’d specifically ask for her again! Giving 4 stars purely because of Shemyra’s service. Otherwise, this would’ve been a much lower rating.

M
Mimi Shaheer

I went into this location for happy hour. There are cool choices that differed from the westbank location’s. I felt as though the bartender made my mom and I feel like we were an inconvenience (😕) but the food was just okay. I only got two things: lobster rangoons and crawfish dip. (smoke shrimp dip is served cold). the rangoons were fried too hard to eat comfortably and the cheese dip originally came out warm-ish and got cold fast. We were able to get it warmed so that was fixed but I would probably only revisit during another time of they day when more care can be put into the food. Look forward to giving another review in the future!

Went to check out breakfast while staying in the hotel. Food is okay. Service is good.

M
Marnye Moore

Good atmosphere. Great service. Good beer selection. Mediocre food. Not bad; not good. We ordered the voo doo oysters - the cheese sauce was too sweet. Next up Duck Nachos - cold chips and the barbeque sauce masked the duck. We ate it and had fun but not impressed.

B

Giving this place a 3.5 stars. Came in early on a Sunday and had to sit at the bar. The bar tender was very polite. I ordered the beef brisket with grits and potatoes. The beef brisket was very moist and cooked perfect. The downside were the grits. They were not that creamy(made with water) needed some more butter, salt & pepper. The breakfast potatoes were decent. Feedback, work on the grits please. These could be an amazing dish.

S
Sherry

Decent food. Waiter was a little over the top. Nice decor but all in all probably wouldn’t visit again if I was in town. We just happened to walk by while exploring the city and decided to try it out

C

Above-average hotel fare, but a bit overpriced. The service was good, but the floors didn’t look like they had been cleaned from the night before. We liked the aesthetic of the restaurant, however; probably a cozy, fun spot to spend a Friday or Saturday night!

G
Goar Mestre

The place is nice. I went there for breakfast. The coffee was really good although they spilled a good amount over the plate. They were out of hashbrowns but gave me fries instead. The whites omelette was ok. The beignets were really good. Service was mediocre.

Located in a great area in the CBD, this location is perfect for foot traffic & to drive in as well. This particular day, we stopped in because our original destination was closed, bah-humbug. So we happened upon this restaurant and proceed in our dining efforts. Upon entry we saw all the regular COVID notifications & postings... ok!!! The place was basically empty, so we had the run of the place. We were quickly seated, but opted to relocate to a different are of the restaurant, no one wants to sit near the bathroom. Smh. Once seated, our server was very pleasant & gave recommendations as asked. Food & drinks were ordered, we were enjoying the ambiance & one another's company. Food was presented & it wasn't as expected. We ordered: oysters, chicken & waffles, veggie club sandwich, wings & fries. Tips of the wings were burned, the chicken & waffle entree was not easily managed ie not easy to cut for eating and the fries were MIA & a few of the oysters were shriveled up & charred. It is to be noted, all the food problems were brought to the attention of the server & the folks in the kitchen were apt to "make it right", but for me it was quite surprising that this even happened as the restaurant was pretty empty. I was encouraged that a gentleman from the kitchen ACTUALLY came from the kitchen to address our woes. The rest of the food was ok & the night was stellar because of the company. Should I choose to return, I'd hope for a better food experience. Street parking is the call for the day. Pricing was fair. #diningduringCOVID #maskmandate #eatingintheNOLA #COVIDmandates

I had high hopes for this place and really wanted to like it. I got the chicken & waffles but the waffle was soggy. I don't recall what was on the chicken, it was sweet and somewhat spicy, however it was ice cold and therefore made the chicken cold. For me, that made the dish inedible. Our waitress was sweet so we didn't make a big deal of it and took it to go. It just made me believe that New Orleans isn't a place for foodies.

Would love to rate this higher, but the food missed the mark. The soup- crab and corn bisque, while tasty, arrived warm( not hot). That's always a food safety concern. The cornbread skillet was a fail- chewy overcooked in the middle, dry on the sides. It was cooked in a ceramic dish, not cast iron- maybe that was the problem? The wait staff was great.

C
Colleen Baumann

Ordered Nola tots. It’s saltier than the ocean itself. My husband’s lobster bisque soup was not hot it was Luke warm, they were going to microwave it . Ordered a coffee as well, waited 15 minutes for sugar for my Luke warm coffee. Then after I asked a waitress to take it off due to it being cold, another waitress grabbed the bowl and brought it back and asked what was wrong with it. We stated it was cold and didn’t want it anymore. Then she yelled at the staff where you can see. We are never eating here again.

J
Joe G

Everything was okay/decent. Not horrible by any means!! The chicken was so so. The potato salad was prob the best. Mac and cheese was ok. Maybe I got the wrong items? I still encourage anyone to try it though! Very Convenient location right near the botanical garden.

J
Jillian Ta

THEY ARE STRUGGLING! Entrees were 100% microwaved! My shortrib was "worse than Hungryman" as my husband put it. We left it uneaten. Our app was miniature; $15 crawfish skillet (pictured) comes in a souffle with no garnish. They were definitely underwater, but we couldn't figure out why. We saw multiple hosts, runners, (maybe a manager), and 3 servers. The only one with an excuse was the bartender who was flying solo. Staff is pleasant enough. We tipped, but these locals won't return.

I made a reservation for 10 about 4 days in advance, this was not an issue. We did have to have our whole party there in order to be seated. The atmosphere of this place is beautiful, which part of what attracted me to putting it on my ‘want to go’ list. I had the hook, line & sinker cocktail from their menu it was good but they did not have my ideal tequila brands, Casamigos or Don Julio. The food was subpar unfortunately. We ordered the crawfish cornbread skillet for $13.95. It tasted good, but it did not come in a skillet, it came in a cup. It would only be a big enough appetizer for 2 max if both people are not that hungry. I had the redfish st Charles, would not recommend it was rubbery not flakey. The shrimp breaux bridge pasta was good, I would get that again. One of my friends said the brisket was not the best, I did not try it.

E
Eric Gillum Jr

This place was selected because of the reviews. However, due to climate of our country with the pandemic shortage of staff is everywhere. Customer service should not decline. Our waiter did the best she knew how with a large party but because of her being new a more experience team member should have assisted her. Beverages had an odd taste as the safest option was a sprite and water. Arnold Palmer was bitter as the lemonade had a very sour taste. The establishment was clean and wait for a table wasn’t too long and food once it did arrive was I would recommend not coming here with a large party of 8 or more.

L
Lina Yasnó Ovalle

We should’ve checked reviews before going to this place. Atmosphere looked good and prices were reasonable but once we got our dishes we realized they were cold and taste really bad even if the amount was good. The shrimps of the pasta were old and taste like they’ve been in the fridge for a long time. The chicken gravy’s was greasy and mash potatoes was simple. Our worst experience in NOLA so far.

I went to dinner here with 3 other people. I went because I saw they were participating in the September Vegan Challenge. I ordered something off that menu. My dinner mates ordered off the regular menu. They were out of my first choice so I settled for the vegan burrito. To be frank my burrito was dry and bland. I added hot sauce to it and that made it edible. Mind you my burrito looked… a bit different from what’s normally classified as a burrito, but I try not to place too much emphasis on how things look rather it’s how it tastes. I chose not to tell the restaurant because one person in our party was already sending her steak back and requested it be taken off the bill, which they did. Kay was our server and despite the food being a miss for 3 out of 4 of us she made the entire ordeal much better.

Walking in, we were able to immediately get the attention of the hostess, Tracy, who went out of her way to re-print an updated reservations list for us. That was where the great service ended. After being seated, it took 45 minutes to get the attention of any waiter/waitress to place an order, and another 15 minutes to ask for water for the table. We had to physically go up to what seemed like the floor manager to ask for water. The waiter was extremely rude - one of our party was kindly waving to try to get his attention to order (after 40 minutes of being seated), and he mockingly put his arm up to wave back, then joked with the table he was next to that he had no idea what we wanted, that we were the ones being rude, and that he should “go and see what they want”. It would have been fine if he came over, but he never did. After placing our order, it was 45 minutes before getting our first dish, and another 15-20 before we got the rest. The crab cakes were really good! The tacos were a bit small but also pretty good. Chicken sandwich was tough and chewy, the shrimp po’boy needed a lot of Tabasco to add flavor. Fries were good, but warm at most. Overall, we were there for over 2 hours. Disappointed to say the least.

The wait staff is awesome. The food was good however 2 of us went for dinner. I was served my dinner 25 minutes before my husband. The restaurant was half full. The chefs were seen wandering the dining room. Leaning against counters talking. And not worrying about sending out whole tables complete orders at once.

My experience was overall nice but if you go to this place and you will need your receipt for something else afterwards make sure you leave with all you need so you don't have to call to request anything. I had lunch 11/10/2025 here and until today i tried to get a copy of my receipt from the restaurant manager and its been IMPOSSIBLE. 3 different people told me that the manager was sending this receipt... Phone called 3 different people, email address never answered, comunication ad in the website never contacted back either.

Went here last night for dinner with my parents and my sister. The host took five minutes to seat us. We waited fifteen minutes until the server even came around to greet us. We ordered a bottle of wine, soups all around, and two appetizers to share. After twenty minutes our soups were delivered. (Before the appetizers) The soups were fantastic! We waited another twenty minutes for our first appetizer to appear, which was also good. Unfortunately after sitting there another twenty minutes wondering where our other appetizer was, we waved down the server and cancelled the second appetizer. She acted surprised that we never received it. She went to the kitchen and was told they had run out of shrimp. The server should have been more aware of our table. How could you not know we hadn’t received our food if that’s your table? She only had three tables. Overall we were there for an hour and a half and we were only served soups and one appetizer for four people! Our server was one of the friendliest I’ve ever had; shame the actual service didn’t match that level of warmth.” “Five stars for the server’s personality, one star for the actual service. Regrettably, we won’t be back.”

My “poached egg” was definitely hard boiled and the avocado toast was bland. Wouldn’t recommend. The service wasn’t great either. They refused to comp my toast even though it wasn’t what was on the menu.

I stopped in here for a late morning breakfast and ordered what I assumed was the simplest thing on the menu, the "Classic American Heartland" which boasts 2 eggs, "Brabant potatoes", apple-smoked bacon and a biscuit. I ordered mine with over-medium eggs. What showed up were 2 eggs that were BARELY cooked and swimming in oil, potato cubes that were obviously dumped directly out of the freezer bag into the frier, 2 measly generic bacon strips and an inedible biscuit whose texture is best described as compressed sawdust. I might classify this as one of the worst breakfast plates I've ever had, and that includes those breakfasts you get for free when staying at a Holiday Inn. Certainly not worth the $20 it cost me. The coffee was ok.

Unfortunately there’s no zero star option. I have to select one star, which is already overrated for this restaurant. I ordered shrimp po-boy, which costed about $20. This was the worst sandwich I had ever eaten, especially when considering there were so many great restaurants/options in New Orleans like the one called Oceana Grill. Please see the photo below for the sandwich I had. There were 7-8 oily, small fried shrimps on the bread, which were not pictured, already in the trash bin. The service I received from the waitress named Nee was even worse. The story is to be continued.

Unica esperienza negativa qui a New Orleans.

First off, the place looks cool. Love the industrial vibe, but the compliments stop there. The food was not worth the price at all. The tots were the only good thing, past that, the burger was dry and was 100% a frozen patty. But worst off was the service. The ONLY smile we saw was the hostess. After that, the AC wasn't as chilly as our server. We were literally one of two couples there, so it wasn't a matter of being busy. Instead our server came to our table of her own volition once. The rest of the time she stayed on her freakin phone, in plain sight, for the entire hour we were there. Never once asked if we needed anything, never said hello or anything. The warmest she got was saying thanks as she dropped off the check and went back to her phone. We honestly shouldn't have even left a tip, but we're not like that, but she literally didn't do anything. Go to Lucy's across the street. I have no idea how their food is, but trust me, it has to be better, and I'm sure they at least treat you like people there.

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. July 24th about 2:00p My family and I have stayed at this hotel for years, and we’ve always dined at this restaurant because the service and food were consistently excellent. Unfortunately, that standard has completely gone out the window. We waited at the host stand for over 10 minutes before anyone even acknowledged us. The only reason I didn’t complain right then was because the waitress who finally seated us was kind and professional. I ordered a well-done burger. Simple enough, right? When it came out, I added my condiments and cut into it—it was still pink inside. Mistakes happen, so I politely let the manager know. He took the burger back without issue. But two minutes later, he returned with the exact same burger, now soggy, sloppy, and cold. It looked like they had tossed it in the microwave, condiments and all. The cheese was melted into a mess, and the plate was full of watery runoff. Not only was it unappetizing, it was completely unacceptable. The fries were the same ones too—now cold and limp. When I asked the manager why he’d bring back the same burger instead of remaking it, he responded rudely and condescendingly: “That’s how we do it here.” He then proceeded to argue with me, loudly, in front of other guests—insisting their policy is not to remake food, even when it’s their kitchen’s mistake. I told him I’ve been coming here for years, and that’s never been the case. His response was arrogant, dismissive, and downright unprofessional. I left feeling disgusted and disrespected. The way I was treated was embarrassing and completely out of line. I can’t help but feel that I was singled out, and I honestly don’t believe he would’ve treated someone else the same way. I will not be returning, and I don’t recommend anyone else waste their time or money here. This place has gone downhill, and it’s a shame.

Nice looking place. Food was just ok, typical bar food. But the service was about as bad as it gets. We had a larger party and it was absolute chaos trying to pay to get out of there. No manager in sight.

Terrible service. Had to get up twice to get someone to greet us once we sat down. I was given cold, poached eggs on the “avocado toast” which was basically card board. I sent it back and she came back 3 minutes later with one of the poached eggs broken, and claiming that she made a brand new order which is impossible. We were completely invisible. I get it, it is Mardi Gras but the restaurant was basically cleared out. There was another server, skipping around singing the song “I don’t care” which I don’t blame her. lol

We had a very poor experience due to rude service. The host rolled her eyes at us when we walked in, making us feel unwelcome. We waited 15 minutes for our waitress to come over. When she did, she abruptly handed out waters and asked what we wanted to eat. She then snatched the menu from in front of me right after I finished my order and later pointed at our table while talking to the cook. We received rude looks and poor manners throughout our visit. Very unprofessional and disappointing.

Went for brunch with my friends and the staff was so rude. The host gave us an attitude when we said we had a reservation and rolled her eyes and made us wait at the door for over 10 minutes, then she did not show us to our table she pointed and made us walk ourselves. The waitress took 15 mins to greet us and did not ask what we wanted to drink. She gave us waters and said “ what do you want to eat”. I have never been treated so horribly in my life going to a restaurant. I will never recommend anyone going here. I wish I could give this establishment a 0 star rating.

I recently visited the evening of Feb 15 at 6:30 with my family of 10 and encountered a hostess that was absolutely unprofessional and rude. Let me say that we ate here for lunch on Friday, Feb 13 and had a wonderful experience! We asked her for a table and was told the only table that could accommodate us was occupied but people were almost finished eating. When we could tell that they were taking a while,(25 minutes later) we asked if we could split up since there were empty tables. She exclaimed, “Absolutely not!” We were first in line at the podium She kept walking around the table, very dramatic with a large fan saying she was hot. She also told another person that she had only a half hour more of this! What hostess does this????? She leaves the podium for at least 10 minutes and no one saw here. The person behind us asked if there was even a hostess. Then, she proceeded to sit in the waiting area with obvious friends who had just walked in. She talked to them for at least 10 minutes! When she finally came back to where we were at the podium, I asked her if that was still our table since the people left and the table was cleared. She answered me, very rudely, and pointed her finger at me saying, “I told you that I would call you!” I told her she wasn’t calling anyone because we were leaving! If this is the best your restaurant can hire for a hostess, your business is in trouble. We are locals snd would have eaten here again. I can assure you that I will never eat at your restaurant again! It is very sad that tourists had to encounter her, too. What a bad impression she left! She needs to learn that customers are the ones who help pay her salary. Pathetic customer service!!!! Wish I could have left 0 stars!
