This place is incredible! The menu has a lot of variety and everything was very clean. Our waitress was an absolute legend! The food... I just cannot believe how good it is! The creamed spinach is so fresh!! This was the best I have ever had! Mom had the quesadilla which had a perfect cheese blending with chicken and such wonderful guacamole. And the creme brulee was so creamy and balanced, it really knocked me out. I will be back many more times!!

We've been there twice so far and will probably go weekly from here on out! We had burgers and calamari the first time and a few beers. The second time we went on Cinco de Mayo and it was a great time , great service, great drinks (thank you Milly Rock) and great food ( thank you Alex). From the owner to the bartenders to the manager to the vibe and other patrons. We felt at home and like we've been going there for years. I love this place! Update March 2025... Still the best! We went to bingo and had a ball. It helps that we won most of the rounds, but great drinks and food as always.

I have visited duck town restaurant multiple times, and have tried multiple items off the menu. I have yet to try something that I didn’t love. I would recommend this place to anyone who wants an amazing meal at a great price. Will be coming back for sure!

What a fun place, live music, art, great staff, great service, great food, and amazing wine.

I had the luxury of trying their food and having my husband’s 40th birthday party there. Tacos and quesadillas were both delicious, most likely the best I ever had. This restaurant has a party room to host your next event. It’s a good size room for about 80ppl on a quiet street. Space was big enough for us to even have a dj set up. I highly recommend this restaurant for dinner and your next event. You will not be disappointed

This restaurant is a hidden gem in the Newburgh-New Windsor area. We had a large group dinner at this restaurant and all of us were amazed by the food. The owners are very nice and hospitable. They have a beautiful clean restaurant with very pleasant professional employees. The food was awesome and so delicious, I highly recommend the Surf and Turf dinner, Poison Tacos, and the Crab Cakes. The bartender serves the best drinks in town especially the martinis. Will definitely return and recommend to others.

Had an amazing steak dinner while travelling from NYC to the Catskills for a hiking weekend. This place is quite the gem and highly recommend checking it out. We’re not karaoke singers, but everyone else there was having a blast with it. Definitely will be going back.

Ducktown Restaurant has such delicious food and the people are very kind and welcoming! Such great food - We love their homemade pizza, meatballs, chicken francese, calamari, poison tacos and especially any specials made by Chef Alex. For example, the Corned beef and cabbage on St Patrick’s day was excellent!! A really convenient and clean restaurant to go to for lunch, dinner, drinks, desserts. A+++

Alex catered a lunch for 30+ people at the restaurant for us. He was helpful with suggestions for the menu, very reasonably priced, and the food was great. His shrimp skewers and chocolate mousse cake were especially delicious! We were very pleased with the service, quality of the food, and Alex was a pleasure to deal with. We highly recommend Ducktown Restaurant for dinner or your catering needs.

First time here, and worth the review. Had the Surf and Turf. Excellent steak, excellent shrimp, excellent potatoes. I can honestly say, this is a hidden gem of a restaurant in the Newburgh/New Windsor area. The staff is incredibly friendly, local wine, I'm legitimately at their establishment writing this, right now, because it's worth it. Excellent pricing, perfect portion sizes. If you haven't been here, you're missing out. If 6 star ratings existed, they'd have it. Didn't take a photo of the food, too busy enjoying every bite.

A family owned and operated restaurant.The owners, Chef Alex, (yes a chef, not a line cook) and his adorable wife Ileana, who is the bartender hostess and waitress, make you feel truly welcomed. Now the food. The menu is eclectic from Poison Tacos to Chicken Picatta . Burgers, salads etc. AND in my humble opinion, perhaps the nicest pizza around. Do not link this with the old Ducktown Tavern, not in the same league or planet. Give it a try. Prices are very reasonable also

Good and drinks are pretty good! Service is just ok but it seemed like there was literally 1 person to service the whole restaurant and bar so it wasn't the waitress fault, she was very pleasant and got us everything we needed! We had a blast at karaoke!!

My son and I had a wonderful dinner at the Ducktown Restaurant at 246 Walsh Ave, New Windsor, NY 12553. I had a strip steak with a portobello mushroom sauce, mashed potatoes, string beans (usually served with asparagus but they were out which was fine with me), and six beautiful shrimp. He had a large Mexican pizza. The chef did a spectacular job on the food with everything seasoned to perfection. The service was excellent and the place has been remodeled and under new management. I give it 5 stars and will go again many times. With great food and value (the portions were perfect) for only $44 who wouldn't make it a favorite spot to eat at.

I give 4 stars bc this is the 1st time here. It's probably 5 based on food, service, atmosphere and most importantly customer friendliness. Looking for a great laid back place for great, fresh food, and a beverage? This is it.

Food is really good here. Service is pretty good too. The clientele noise they bring was unbearable tonight so we took it to go.

I'm not enthralled by this restaurant as they have a limited menu. The food was okay, but there are better options in the area.
