The most incredible place with the most incredible people working here. If you’re having a bad day or even a good one just come here and you’ll leave smiling. They are genuinely the kindest people and treat their customers like family. Definitely try their juices the zest and zaatar the halloumi sandwich on sourdough and of course the coffee. Everything is so delicious and they seriously have the best coffee beans. I’m sad I discovered this place so late but so happy I did. This is the type of place you end up choosing over any other even when you’re not near by it’s worth a drive back over I honestly have so many amazing things to say about this place.

I haven't physically been in the store in person but let me just say that they have one of the best top lavender coffee in nyc. For those who love real lavender floral flavors, this is your place. They use real lavender, not too sweet. I personally don't like syrup flavors. I loved it so much, I ordered another one later on that same day. And they even gave me a free macaron. This is Uber/post mates service and even that is 10/10

My coworkers and I work at the DOE two blocks away and this is our go to spot for sweets. The two guys at the cash register are very friendly to everybody who stops by and their smoothies are delicious (got the Green Monster smoothie, which is great for those who want their appetites satisfied while consuming healthily). They have a great assortment of sweets as well. I had their banana pudding a week ago and it tasted amazing. The combination of pudding with banana slices (I think there is a bit of cake in there as well? Not 100% sure) just brings a sweet tropical flavor that is sure to satisfy your sweet tooth. I could not have asked for a better nearby bakery. I will definitely recommend it to more people.

Great cute new coffee shop! Had a delicious spiced Yemeni tea (Karak tea), the shop also has wifi, a bathroom, and places to sit and work. Plus a discount for students and healthcare workers! Will definitely be returning and highly recommend.

Both “standard” third-wave drinks, and a number of traditional Yemeni coffee and tea offerings (made-to-order with spices including cardamom). Takeout or drink-in friendly. I chanced on the shop walking by on the street but will make it a destination stop when I’m in the neighborhood.

Very nice coffee shop around the corner from the Comedy club. I tried lavender 🪻 latte for the first time, and it was very good. I also had a fruit tart, and the custard was just yummy. The barista was very nice and friendly and welcoming! Overall lovely atmosphere, highly recommend.

I come here just about everyday for lunch. The food is so fresh. I love their pistachio latte. The workers really get to know their customers without being pushy. They really make you feel like part of a community.

Once in a while a place opens in the neighborhood that you hope will do well just so you can keep going there. That's exactly how I feel about Greenhill Coffee. The place is spotless and the food is excellent. I've never gotten any of their fancier pastries but they look like they would be great, especially if you were having a party. Aside from that, they are just the loveliest people. Always so welcoming and friendly. That's why I make a point of coming here for my coffee instead of one of the nearby big chains. If you don't believe me, check out the dozens of hand-written thank you notes posted around the place!

Greenhill is more than a coffee shop—it is a true neighborhood gem. The owner, Adam, is one of the nicest people you could meet, and the food and drinks are excellent. In addition to a wide assortment of coffees and teas, they have smoothies, pastries, and several lunch options. Some of my favorites are the Jubani chai, chocolate croissant, and spicy chicken sandwich. And don’t sleep on their soup—it’s amazing! It’s no wonder Greenhill has so many repeat customers, as well as thank you cards and hand-drawn pictures from kids taped all over their counter. It is truly a special place!
