We started going to Fattoush by Salma about three months ago. We used to visit Salma, but one time they were fully packed and recommended we try their new location—and ever since, we’ve been hooked! The food, the service, and the atmosphere are all top-notch, and the prices are very reasonable. The servers are amazing. We genuinely love being there and can’t stop recommending it to friends and family. Natalia, Marcella, and Gigi are unbelievably courteous and truly know their job well.
One of the BEST spots for a group dinner + birthday. Came here with 4 others and set a reservation the week before (call to do so). They were always super sweet and flexible and even have a bring your own bottle option (does require minimum purchase, for us it was apps and 3 platters). Even with 3 appetizers and 3 platters + tip, it was less than $150. Some of the best Lebanese food I've had in the city plus the coziest environment. Great service and people, plus they even helped us celebrate our friends bday with a little dessert (she had no clue and was surprised). Bonus if you are gluten free since there are soooo many GF options.
We had a very tasty and satisfying small dinner which consisted of an appetizer of perfectly spiced lamb sambousek with a chicken shawarma wrap split between us. The one chicken sandwich was ample and more than enough food for both of us. Our waitress Marcela was very elegant and explained all of our questions about the portion sizes, ingredients, etc. She was very accommodating, bringing sauces like gatlic yogurt sauce and red chili sauce to complement what we ate. I thought the decor was very tasteful and calming with beautiful muted colors and Middle Eastern touches.
We had a wonderful dinner here on a Wednesday night. The food was delicious and the space very comfortable. And the service was also very good and not pushy. We ordered the appetizer plate for four and the mixed grill supreme. Everything was perfect and easy to share. It is also BYOB at no charge. Highly recommended!
Every dish felt fresh and full of flavor. The wrap was loaded with tender meat, crunchy vegetables, and rich, creamy sauces. The mezze with hummus hit every note perfectly. The setting is welcoming with vibrant seating and a cozy, authentic feel that makes the whole experience truly enjoyable.
I almost don’t want to leave a review so I can keep this place to myself! The food was incredible - the muhammara and fig hummus were unreal. The fig hummus was sweeter than I expected so it was nice to have something more savory to balance it out. We also got the mint lemonade, jallap, and arayes with cheese and everything was delicious. The drinks were both in slushie form, and the jallap was made of rose water and not too sweet. All so flavorful! The service was excellent, quick and very kind. Looking forward to my next visit!
I’m stuffed like a grape leaf. Everything that came to my table was out of this world. Fresh, delicious, authentic, homemade and made with love. My compliments to the chef and owner. Staff is beautiful and atmosphere is beautiful and cozy and colorful. I’m bringing my family back.
We stumbled in looking for a spot in the West Village on a Saturday night and managed to grab a table, and WOW. Truly one of the best meals I’ve had in the city. Everything was divine, free glass of wine, and the chef came out to bring us different things he whipped up while we waited. The restaurant is too small for all of the people they need to have here!! There should be a line around the block.
Always a wonderful experience at Fattoush! The food was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented! the wrap was packed with juicy meat, crisp veggies, and creamy sauces, while the mezze and hummus were just perfect. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, with colorful seating and a cozy, authentic vibe that makes you feel right at home.
Authentic Lebanese food. The kibba and fattoush were my favorite. I really enjoyed the fig hummus which was on the sweeter side but oh so good. A must try in the neighborhood.
Came here with a few friends a few weeks ago (after a workout class so we were appropriately starving) and tried a smattering of things that were all wonderfully delicious. We had the beetroot hummus, tabbouleh, kebbeh, sambousek, and cheese rolls. And decided to split falafel and the shish tawouk platter which was so perfectly seasoned and cooked. There were still so many things we didn't get to try but I will definitely be returning. Also, side shoutout for the mint lemonade - refreshing!
Had an amazing time at Fattoush! The food was so fresh and delicious. Amazing service staff, owner and lovely decor. Overall a great experience and can’t wait to go back again soon!
We were starving in New York and ended up having Lebanese food — it was absolutely delicious and so satisfying! Every bite felt like comfort after a long, hungry day Liza was so helpful in choosing the meal she was humble and kind loved her kind gesture
Liza and Natalia were incredibly accommodating and attentive, the service here was 11/10 stars, the food here is beyond! We had the appetizer for 2 and the grape leaves were delicious!!! Just run!!! Don’t walk here!
Have you tried any Lebanese or Mediterranean food? This is YOUR place! Great service, magnificent food, and awesome flavors! Fresh salads, veggie rolls, juicy and spiced meats! You can indulge yourself with these Lebanese food and take a dreamy trip to Lebanon. 100% recommended even if you're not in the area! Thank you for an amazing dinner with my wife!
The food was so good, and so was the service! We got the appetizer for 4 people and it was such a great portion! The quality and variety were amazing, and the atmosphere was great! Come to this restaurant😄
Nevermind the delicious food, their hot sauce is to kill for. Marcela is very pleasant! I used to wonder why the place is always packed and now I know exactly why!
Everything we had was amazing! The four person appetizer platter was the best part. Marcela kept us happy and hydrated. Couldn’t ask for more.
Everything was amazing. Our wonderful server, Natalia, was incredibly kind and accommodating, and the owner personally made sure everyone was happy and well taken care of. This is one of my favorite restaurants, and I will definitely be coming back. I would recommend this place again and again!
My friends and I visited a few weeks ago and we all loved it! The portions were good for the price and we all really enjoyed the Korean-style pizza. The waiter so kind! He recommended the best pizza and drink. Sadly our fries came out SO salty we had to ask for new ones. And he was so nice to remake it for us. We ended up staying long after we finished eating because we were so caught up in sharing life updates. The waiter never rushed us and always refilled our water. 100/10 customer service. ⭐️ Thank you so much to our amazing waiter!
Adore this place. Korean pizza w corn crust. The sauce was SO good. The flavours impressive!!! One pizza is more than enough for a person. You can add two flavours to your pizza. The dipping sauce was delish. Mochi doughnut also great. I can’t wait to come back! Easy to get a seat on a friday night. Sweet potato pizza was really nice
i went for the first time with my friend to try their korean pizza, we got half bulgogi and half bacon cheddar pizza. the bulgogi side was absolutely delicious and savory, i couldn’t stop eating it. the bacon cheddar was indeed cheesy with the cheese sauce but it was not over bearing. the vegetables added such a nice touch to the pizza’s as well. their fries were perfectly salted and fresh as well! the atmosphere was very chill, especially towards the evening where they turn down the lights and put on atmospheric light. the customer service was 10/10 as well. after leaving, i came back with my friend to buy another dessert as their mochi donut was so chewy and delicious and they gave me a donut in the house!! i was so surprised and happy, they definitely made my day. definitely coming here again 🩷
Just tried Appas Pizza and it’s a must-visit! The hammelon smoothie🍈 is refreshing and perfectly sweet, while the pear juice🍐 is light and delicious. Their fried chicken🍗 (available in two flavors, or as a combo) is crispy and juicy—so good! But the star is definitely the pizza🍕! Perfectly suited for Asian tastes, the shrimp-chicken and bacon pizzas are loaded with flavor. Can’t wait to come back and try more! Highly recommend for a unique and satisfying meal! 👌
A small Korean pizza shop suddenly appeared in Manhattan, so photogenic! 🥹 Today, I was shopping in Manhattan with my friends and accidentally found a Korean creative pizza shop with fresh decoration style! 🥰My friend just kept shouting for pizza, so I ran into it. After taking a bite, it was so delicious! 🥹 Its main dish is Korean-style pizza. The two of us ordered a 10-inch double pizza, and chose the [Sausage&Shrimp and Kimchi Bacon] flavor double pizza. I really strongly recommend the Sausage flavor. It was the flavor recommended by the little sister, and the taste is really good! 🍕The edges of its pizza are not hard, and the dough is very crispy and soft! The sauce is delicious, and it is really delicious with the cheese powder and chili powder in the store! You must order their super-handsome PiZZA when you go there! 😍 In addition, we also ordered [KIMCHI OVEN PASTA], which made our taste buds swell just by looking at it. It was so delicious! 🍜This noodle with burning cheese was really finished in one bite! So delicious! Recommended! Their WINGS is also a signature dish! 😋We also ordered a combination of [Crispy and Sweet spicy]. I strongly recommend the Sweet spicy flavor. The one with all the sauces is really delicious! The taste buds swelled as soon as I took a bite, and my saliva went straight into my stomach. It was so delicious! 🥰 In addition, their cocktails and sparkling drinks are not only good-looking but also delicious! I strongly recommend [Princess Peach], which is good-looking and delicious! 🍸The fruity flavor is quite refreshing, and it goes straight to your head after one sip. It is very delicious when paired with pizza! 🤪 We also found that they have made a new move~ They are about to launch a new Croffle! 🧇Various fruity flavors to choose from. The manager gave us pictures, and I was drooling just looking at them! She said that it will be available next month~ I must come and try it next time when there are new products! 🙈
Oppas Pizza truly stands out with its creative fusion of flavors! I tried the Half & Half Pizza, featuring a Sweet Potato side with luscious sweet potato cubes and a velvety mousse, and a Kimchi Bacon side that perfectly balances the spicy kimchi with rich pork belly. Both halves were a delightful surprise. The appetizers didn’t disappoint either; the Corn Cheese was deliciously creamy, and the Crispy Fries topped with Parmesan Bacon were irresistibly savory. To top it off, the Melona Frappe and Korean Pear Juice were refreshing and paired wonderfully with the meal. Oppas Pizza is the perfect spot for anyone looking to try something new and exciting. The blend of traditional and Korean-inspired flavors makes every bite interesting and satisfying.
Order half and half pizza twice with kimchi Bacon, Buldak Ramyun, Bulgogi, and corn cheese. I also got a beer while dine in. Very impressed by the sweet potato puree on the rim of the pizza, perfect blend of sweet and savory. Overall, It was an awesome dinning experience. So happy to see many unique flavors like bulgogi, kimchi, corn cheese, coconut shrimp and more, I will visit again to try out more. My favorite ones are the kimchi bacon and corn cheese. The kimchi bacon is not typical sliced bacon, rather it is more like small, cubed pork belly, which I was pleasantly surprised about. The corn cheese is unique, delicious, and memorable. I was also quite impressed by the frozen glass for the beer that we ordered. The Buldak chicken has some ramen noddles sandwiched between the dough and chicken, it is an interesting topping, but I wish the noddles is flavored with buldak sauce for better flavor. Update: Also had the sausage shrimp and coconut shrimp pizza. But my favorite would still be kimchi bacon and cheese corn.
Came in on a Sunday around 2pm. Rosa greeted and seated us quickly, and was so polite and attentive even though she was the only server there. Was recommended a special that included a free 4-piece chicken plate, and their sweet and spicy style sauce was delicious. The somaek tower gave you just about 4 glasses, which is perfect for a party of 2. I came in knowing that Korean pizza is sweet, but it still threw me for a loop since it was my first time having it. The bulgogi was okay, but buldak chicken won me over! The yam-stuffed crust was so sweet but I couldn't stop eating it. The cheese dip went well with the crust. Overall, if the pizza is too sweet for you, I highly recommend the sweet and spicy chicken. Definitely coming back again!
My friends and I recently had the pleasure of dining at Appas, and it was an experience to remember! The Korean pizza is a delightful fusion of flavors, with a perfect balance of savory toppings and cheesy goodness. The creativity in the dishes is evident, and the taste is simply out of this world. The spicy noodle was irresistible, with just the right amount of heat and a rich, savory flavor that kept me coming back for more. The sides, like the waffle fries and the richly flavored chicken wings, complement the meal perfectly. The drinks are another highlight, with unique options like the iced Ube latte that was both refreshing and delicious. The ambiance of the restaurant is cozy and welcoming, with thoughtful touches like fresh flowers on the tables adding to the charm. And let’s not forget the owner – not only is he an expert in creating these culinary masterpieces, but he also has the looks and charisma that could easily land him a debut on the K-pop stage. His presence adds a special touch to the dining experience, making every visit memorable. Highly recommend Appas for anyone looking to enjoy innovative and delicious cuisine!
I don’t know who owns this place but they are very thoughtful. The coke cup came pre-frosted and every part of the pizza from the crust to the mid crust made from sweet potato to the cheese center had different elements and layers. The Parmesan cheese sauce on the side was excellent! And the personal pizza for lunch and ANY soft drink was $16. We got 1/2 bulgogi and 1/2 coconut shrimp.
My friend and I got the Cajun Waffle Fries, Bacon Kimchi Risotto, Half Potato Half Sausage Shrimp Pizza, and the Bulgogi Kimchi Oven Pasta. I wish there was more cajun seasoning on the waffle fries, but adding chipotle tabasco sauce makes it taste even better~ The risotto looked so good, I burned the roof of my mouth trying to eat it because I was too impatient 🥲 but super good, bacon and kimchi are amazing together! We got the 8”pizza since we had other dishes too and I’m so glad we did because it was the perfect size. I loved both flavors, but the honey mustard sauce on the sausage shrimp pizza really stood out to me. The pasta tasted really good too, the sesame leaves stood out to me here & went well with the sauce. Everything was super delicious and the staff are all really friendly :-)
Went there after discovering this viral spot on Instagram! Did not disappoint. Got the half and half pizza with spicy chicken and corn. The spicy chicken was delicious. The corn was a little too sweet for my taste. The Kimchi waffle fries were banging! Also ordered their peach refresher which was light but the Korean pear juice was amazingly refreshing-you could actually taste the pear. Service was extremely friendly and helpful! Would definitely be coming back.
Super kind staff, and the food is PHENOMENAL! The price may scare you compared to other pizza prices, but let me assure you, you are in for a special treat and an experience when you eat here! Such good mix of Korean songs, cute interior, and the sweet potato crust is one of a kind. You can tell that the owners really thought through the creation of the pizzas—you can also get half and half for no extra charge! If I remember correctly, there’s also GF options too:)) Highly recommend, and I will definitely coming back with friends and family to support a Family-owned business:)
Generous portions and a nicely designed, cozy restaurant. We arrived around 6 pm without a reservation and were seated immediately. At that time, the restaurant was about half empty, but by around 7 pm it became packed. I noticed a shift in service once it got busy—it was harder to get the waitresses’ attention—but they were still very friendly. The food was delicious—especially the cheese roll (puff pastry with mozzarella and feta) and the Shish Tawouk, which was perfectly grilled and flavorful. They offer complimentary tea served in a teapot, though it’s made with tea bags. Loose-leaf tea would be a nicer touch, but considering it’s complimentary, it’s still appreciated. Overall, a nice spot for casual dining.
Solid pizza joint with standout crust. I ordered 4 items: (1) Bulgogi Pizza, (2) Kimchi Bacon Risotto, (3) Ube Latte, and (4) Melona Frappe. The pizza here is a must. Its golden crust distinguishes Korean pizza from its regular Italian American counterpart. The sweet potato puree adds a sweet and more complex flavor to the crust, which was a unique experience for me. The crust itself was also perfectly crisp and fluffy, unlike locations with a more dense crust. My only gripe was that the toppings were sparing, as there wasn't much actual bulgogi on the pizza. Unfortunately, the risotto and ube latte were a pass for me. The risotto was too dense and monotonous in flavor. It tasted like everything melted together and was overpowered by the cheese within. But since this is a pizza joint, I wasn't too bothered by this. Separately, the ube latte was artificial in taste. Non-filipino establishments tend to miss hitting the ube flavor on the nose, so this wasn't a surprise to me. I would pass on both of these menu items. The melona frappe; however, was delightful! I didn't think I would like it, but it was surprisingly refreshing and paired well with the heavier menu items. Overall, I'd recommend any of their pizzas and the melona frappe in particular. Check out @chloenicholle more food reviews!
I visited Oppa’s Pizza during their lunch special and was greeted with a complimentary pear juice filled with real pear pulp—a refreshing and thoughtful touch. The restaurant was simple, clean, and empty at the time, which made for a quiet dining atmosphere. I ordered a personal 8” half-and-half pizza, opting for bulgogi on one side and buldak ramyun on the other. The bulgogi half came with tender marinated ribeye, bell peppers, onions, and mushrooms, while the buldak side featured spicy marinated chicken, buldak sauce, and crunchy ramyun noodles. While waiting, I got to see and smell some dishes being served to another guest. They looked and smelled incredible, which really heightened my anticipation. My server, Alex was fast, friendly, and unobtrusive, and the pizza arrived shortly after. It resembled a prettier version of a Pizza Hut pie but tasted much better overall. The toppings were fantastic—flavorful, fresh, and well-executed. The Parmesan-based dipping sauce, in particular, was a showstopper and paired beautifully with the pizza. That said, there were a couple of downsides. The crust was a bit “wet,” which affected the texture, and the pizza was served on a thin sheet of paper. By the middle of my meal, I found myself chewing bits of paper pulp, which was off-putting. Despite these hiccups, I’m eager to return and try more of their menu. Oppa’s Pizza offers a creative and tasty take on pizza with some truly standout flavors—I just hope they improve the plating for a better dining experience!
Was in desperate need of fulfilling my Korean pizza craving, and Appas Pizza was just the place to do so! We ordered half and half of the “potato pizza” and the “corn cheese”. The potato pizza was very flavorful, especially with the addition of the cheese sauce that’s given on the side. The sweet potato mousse worked well with the savoriness of the potato pizza. As for the corn cheese, I think it was a bit sweeter (which is normal for corn cheese) but paired with the sweet potato mousse it was just a tad bit overwhelming. The cheese sauce did help cut through the sweetness however! Overall I enjoyed what I tried at Appas Pizza, as well as the service and I recommend for anyone in need of Korean style pizza to visit!
Reminded me Little Caesar’s or Marco’s Pizza. Overly cheesy with dough and crust this is too thick. While the Korean flavors were non-existent (we thought the Bulgoi was a Supreme pizza for a bit) My advice would be to double down on the wings - those were at least crisp and nice to eat
