Opinions de Common Country New York
My friend took me out for a late birthday. We had so much fun the atmosphere was cool and chill. The music was good. For country. I sang along with the songs and the drinks like the bottomless mimosas were excellent. Will recommend.
So much fun. DJ good and love the acoustic music. Drink and food DELISH!
Walked by on a Sunday looking for a place that played a Lions game. (If you’re a New Yorker this may not be of importance. Haha) but I walked in and was immediately greeted and asked what I was looking for. As soon as I said Lions, the guy running the music quickly grabbed the remote and put on the game for us. Big screen all to ourselves on a Sunday afternoon. After ordering a couple beers, the bartender brought us out some complimentary biscuits. The space is beautiful and clean, but I would highly recommend it for the outstanding hospitality.
A great concept friendly service food was really good did the bottomless mimosas really worth it

Common Country is the best country bar in NYC — great music, strong drinks, and an unbeatable vibe. Whether you’re dancing, drinking, or just hanging out, it’s always a good time. Feels like Nashville in the heart of the city
Absolutely love this spot! If Post Malone was an establishment it would be Common Country. NYC needed a little modern country influence and this spot nails the classy-country aesthetic. The live music is a great touch and I like that it transitions to a DJ set later on. You get to enjoy well made drinks, a lively atmosphere, and some honky-tonk vibes.
Really really fun place to be. Reminds me of Nashville. It was packed but also very spacious and the decor was nice. Live music was also lit!
George and Ally were great! Came for the Sunday brunch, had an absolute blast. Drinks were great food was just as good! Highly recommend the sweet tea drink. Music selection was fabulous. Definitely will be back for Tuesday line dancing!
Came here to celebrate my friends birthday, and a time was had to say the least. The drinks were yummy and strong, Elizabeth recommended the Dixie marg and it might just be my new favorite drink! The food was delicious and the service was great, Elizabeth was so kind. I will definitely be returning!
Hosted my birthday here this past weekend and it was the absolute best time. Nadine and the entire team made everything from start to finish so easy and low stress regarding the planning process. Upon arrival they took care of everything and set us up in our section, allowing me to set up some balloons and decorations that I brought. My entire party loved the food platters and we also did bottle service throughout the evening. The staff here was honestly the nicest and most fun group of people - especially the security/bouncers, they were all so sweet. We stayed super late and got to experience both the live music and the best DJ - the whole venue was packed and full of energy. 10/10 experience and cannot recommend Common Country enough.
I have gone to Common Ground several times over the last year, my friends and I always have a good time. The food is good and the music is great. Looking to have my next work Holiday party at Common country and incorporate line dancing. Highly recommend.
We weren’t sure what to expect with a country music themed restaurant in this area but the live music was great, cocktails were really good, and I was surprised to see such a diverse crowd having an awesome time listening to country music and watching football on the big screen. The atmosphere was really perfect. Honestly, it was better than our country bars down South and I wish we had more bars like this one in Georgia. It felt like Nashville meets NYC.
Had a really fun Saturday night at my friend's bday party! The staff and security were so amazing and their jalapeño poppers were POPPING! A live DJ came on at 11 and I was on the bench dancing! Highly recommend for a party!
$30 for one cocktail beware(Gratuity is automatically included even if you only get one drink). Bartenders were rude and hard to get their attention even when they weren’t helping any other customers. However the live music was absolutely amazing. I think his name was Jon Divello.
This bar is one of a kind in NYC. First off the food is amazing, one of my friends had an allergy and the chef came and sat down to explain the menu and what she can have. And the food was 10/10. The night life is so much fun, they have a main bar and side bar, live music followed by a DJ. I highly recommend this bar.
Common country bar is extremely amazing ! Such great hospitality and phenomenal service. Came here for brunch and had a blast !
Elizabeth was so kind and sweet . Really took care of our table and went out of hr way to be helpful. We kiked all of our brunch dishes and the live music was great
Came for brunch, very attentive with the bottomless drinks. Best breakfast burrito I’ve had. Great atmosphere if wanting to get a little country!

Came here on a Saturday. There was no wait. Destinee took care of me and was very friendly and attentive. DJ also was great.

I recently visited Common Country Bar with my partner, and we had a fantastic time! The live music was great, and the bartenders were incredibly friendly (special shoutout to Stephen and Destiney), making us feel right at home. It's nice to have a country bar in the city, and we would definitely go again. Highly recommend for a fun night out!
Went here at a whim to have a good girls weekend - met with so much hospitality! Riley the bartender was amazing and put up with our stupid cheers toast to shots! Great place, amazing drinks, friendly service. A taste of Nashville in NYC!
Was my first time going. Went for my birthday yesterday and it was definitely fun! Our serve Elizabeth made it a point to help us keeping the drinks coming. She did an excellent job! Definitely would go back
So much fun! We went as a group of friends for the Tuesday line-dancing lesson. We arrived just in time for the last dance and were all wishing we arrived earlier as it was so much fun. None of us had ever line-danced before, but felt very welcome and included amongst the regulars.

Ordered one vodka soda and it was shockingly $27 (including 20% tip and tax). No “well drink” should be that much money even in nyc. Cheaper drinks would make this place more fun and approachable
DJ Forrest Taylor was one of the worst djs I’ve ever experienced. Horrible transitions and no country music. Why go to this bar at all? Also $9 for a corona is ridiculous.
Someone PLEASE tell this DJ more country artists than Morgan Wallen exist. 7/9 songs in a row were one artist. My guy…. Country music spans a lot more than him lol
Celebrated a friends birthday here. We made a reservation for 8 and when we arrived we were told our table wasnt ready. When we were sat 10 minutes later, they squeezed all of us at a booth for no more than 5 and didn’t even offer extra seats. I had to get up from the table multiple times to get our waiters attention to order food, drinks, and get more chairs since there was not enough space for all of us. The service was slow and rude, waitresses kept on saying taking our drinks orders or food orders were not their responsibility and we needed to wait for our dedicated server without even offering to find them for us. Everyone at the table had to participate in bottomless brunch which I found tacky as some members of the group are not drinkers. We had a 1:00pm reservation and did not have our food until at 2:15pm. I will say the food was good once it finally arrived. I would not recommend for a large group or special event where you want things to go well.
My friends and I decided to spend NYE at Common Country Bar. It seemed like such a fun idea, but unfortunately it turned out to be quite awful. It seemed like they didn’t have a cap on the number of tickets that were sold. I am very used to the crowds of NYC bars, having lived here for 13 years, but this was just on another level. You couldn’t move, let along dance in that place. If you are selling tickets, please have the courtesy to make it enjoyable for people who pay, instead of trying to rip as much money from people as possible. It might be a nice place on a regular day but the management did an absolutely horrible job organizing their NYE event. We ended up leaving before midnight and did not enjoy the perks of a paid-for ticket. Such a shame.
Party of six with a 2:00 PM brunch reservation. Seated at 2:30. Split between two tiny what amounted to barely bigger than a snack table situated so far apart from each other we couldn’t even talk. The Bloody Mary was a joke — vodka and tomato juice, zero effort. The brunch menu listed three options; only two were actually available. Completely disorganized, poorly run, and absolutely not worth it. Would never return.
