Great place to have a beer and chat or get some work done. Fridge with 100+ beers and a bar with 20-30 beers on tap. Beers in the fridge change. I do wish there was a bigger belgian selection (there are like 4-5 beers in the fridge at a time) but I know this is my niche haha. Overall pretty great.

Craft and Carry has the best craft beer selection on the UES. There may be bars around the area that offer certain unique and flavorful beers, but this spot beats the rest with its variety. You can also choose to order a flight of four beers, which is often times more worth it than a single beer since you can try different ones for $16.

$30 bill for two cans of cerveza seems a bit mucho to me

Wanted a beer to go with my burger from 7th St so I headed across 2nd Avenue to Craft and Carry. Walked in and the hostess asked if I need some guidance. asked her for a double or triple IPA with hints of mango and no bitter hoppy taste and she steered me towards a Lawsons Sip of Sunshine. Took it to the bartender and 12(!) dollars later he poured it into a glass for me. Took it outside to the seated area. Wasn’t really what I wanted and I find the price to be stupidly expensive for a $4 can of beer.

Got cut off by the bartender after one beer. Won’t be coming back or recommending this place after that unfortunate event. Didn’t have a pleasant experience at all. Beer selection is strong, but will find another place

I'm glad this place exists near me since it's different than other bars. With that said, I'll pay $7, $8, even $9 for a great beer. I went here and saw beers for $11 or even more and I was over it. Read the neighborhood and price your beers like everyone else so I'll actually go. Thanks

They did a nice job decorating the space, and I appreciate the effort put into the bottle shop, but the prices are insane. If you’re a casual beer drinker, this place will be too expensive, while the can selection would be considered sub-par to the serious beer drinker.

Really love this neighborhood staple but they took down the iconic pride flag can tops AND the raised all the beer prices. I’m bummed- this used to feel like a super safe, fun place but I don’t get why they took that down so it makes my wife and I nervous to come back. Used to come almost daily

This is a cool place, but I’ve never once had a check out experience that went well. Like they either wouldn’t take cash or they refused to separate bills or they would put all of your friends on your check without telling you. Like tonight there were three of us and I did tell them that one of my friends was on my tab, but the third guy was separate. Went to check out, and surprise surprise, they had put the third guy on my tab. Not cool. And then when we even asked that they separate him, they wouldn’t do it, and it’s just always a bunch of weirdness here whenever you go to pay. Completely unneeded because otherwise, this is a really cool place with a very relaxed vibe. You can have good times here, but just expect them to totally whack up the check and put a bunch of people you don’t know on your bill and not tell you.

Do not bring your stroller here. Parked a stroller near a back door. 45 minutes later was told to leave or else they will call police on me. Don’t bring your stroller here - they will not tolerate it.

This place has potential, but told me that I couldn't let my child out of the stroller, when the place was basically empty. This is the UES, which is full of young families and all of the restaurants and bars are very accommodating. Telling anyone to keep their kid in a stroller or leave is honestly so out of touch with the neighborhood and 2024 in general.
