Opinions de Fresco's Pizzeria New York
This recently renovated pizzeria has truely stepped its game up. Even though they reheated the pizza... it was still amazing. So I can imagine that the pizza fresh out of the oven will leave you in utter awe. They've got all the toppings your heart could desire, and a healthy variety of drinks as well. I cant wait to visit again. Cheers.
I highly recommend the ‘Fig and Goat Cheese Pizza’---I have not been able to try many other food options because this pizza is so good that I always end up ordering it--I love this pizza both freshly made or chilled. Mario the delivery person is amazing. I ordered a pizza delivery a few weeks ago, and as part of the order he brought me a carbonated beverage instead of the tea I requested. Although I really insisted against it, Mario decided to go the extra mile and bring me an iced tea from a local bodega! He did not even accept extra money for his gesture and amazing service. Fresco’s Pizzeria has delicious food and great staff members!
Amazing food !! When I was living in the city it was my go to spot. I go to the city once in a while but I look forward to ordering food at Fresco's Pizzeria. The pasta is the best ! The workers are friendly and kind.
Hands down the best pizza in the heights!!! Their penne a la vodka is also great highly recommend.
Just a couple of Wisconsin girls exploring New York City. Perfect ending to a walk through Fort Tryon Park in the spring! Light crispy crust with super fresh topping combinations. I highly recommend the goat cheese, blackberry, basil, honey slice. Amazing!!!! Wish they could deliver to the Midwest!!!
Best pizza place around. Super nice guys, creative ingredients. Blackberry ricotta walnut was especially good. Great price too. 8 huge slices and three big salads for $51. Caprese was done right also.
Great pizza! We've tried a variety of their regular and specialty slices - all have been delicious.
Fresco's modest storefront has you in for a big surprise. They offer a huge variety of slices and full pies, and each one is a true delicacy. Superb fresh and tasty salads are also available, which can complement the pizza perfectly... Or your coul just skip it and save room to try more pizza! I can't rave enough about this place, one of my all time favorite in the city. Don't miss it!!
The crust is tasty and has a delightful consistency (not soggy at all) and the ingredients are up to my snobby food standards. The tomato sauce tastes fresh. I’m going back for more tomorrow and I don’t even live in that neighborhood.
This was the pizza spot that held us over during the height of the COVID pandemic in the hospital. We ordered a lot from them, and random kind families and strangers alike who wanted to feed the healthcare professional staff ordered from Fresco's. Whether plain cheese or specialty slices such as grandma's, figs and goat cheese, sausage, etc, their pizzas are all delicious! Their arugula asparagus salad is one of the best ones we order from them, as we always end up collectively ordering the tray size. It's expensive but trust me, you get delicious food.
Great neighborhood pizzeria. Cleanliness/service/atmosphere have greatly improved since the name (and possibly ownership?) have changed from when it was "Fivo's" a few years back. It's nothing fancy, but it's better than conglomerate/chain pizza and hits the spot when you're in the mood.
This by far is the best pizza i have ever tasted. Worth every penny and excellent service. Everything in this place is amazing and their grandma pizzas do not compare with anything I have ever tasted. Fresh clean and amazing. Trust me order out from this place
Favorite pizza spot in the city - HANDS.DOWN! Always great selection of bites that feels and taste authentic. Great for a quite bite or pick-up dinner. Another added bonus - they always have soccer playing in the background.
We live around the corner from Fresco’s and have sampled various slices of pizza which have been delicious no matter what was ordered. Tonight, we ordered three entrees and two salads. I had the kale and fig salad and pasta primavera. My husband had the asparago salad and linguine with meat sauce. We also ordered the pasta alla vodka dish in case the portions were small. Everything was absolutely delicious and the portions were very generous! Fresco’s is a neighborhood gem!
Simply one of the best-tasting slices of pizza you can get in New York. I know that's a bold claim, but I stand by it! Every flavor is absolutely perfect and just so, so satisfying. Such a treat in the neighborhood.
Best pizza in the Washington Heights/Inwood area by far. Price, quality, and service are also excellent.
There are several places in the neighborhood to grab a slice but Fresco’s has become my default. Their slices always tend to be fresh and whenever I’ve ordered an entire pie it’s always a quick wait. They also tend to serve the garlic knots ahead of the pie as we wait. This will continue to be my go to spot whenever I’m in the mood for a slice or pie.
Their vodka pizza is amazing! Great pizza in upper Manhattan. Also they have gluten free pizza which is very helpful. The salads are also very good and recommended.
Fresco's is a solid slice joint. Can't go wrong with any of the regular slices or Sicilian slices. Kudos to the staff that also cuts slices in little pieces for kids if you ask them nicely. Glad to have them in the neighborhood!
This place has what i call artisanal pizza. Goat cheese, prosciutto, arugula, caramelized onion is my favorite. All the good stuff. They always deliver quickly too. It's my go to place for lazy nights. The sausage mushroom is my side piece.
Excellent pizzas, with good quality crust and sauce! The specialty pizzas are definitely worth trying, like the grandma. You can also do individual slices like a typical NYC pizzeria. Good collection of usual and San Pellegrino sodas. Not much space for dining in with large groups. There are a few tables, but we do takeout.
Fresco’s is fantastic!! BEST pizza in NYC and the people who work there are wonderful. They keep you coming back because their pizza is super hot and uses the freshest ingredients. Their quality is CONSISTENT (always above average- great job!), it is such a local neighborhood place, and the people who run it are AWESOME. Their hard work is super appreciated and makes their place special. 2 guys and 2 girls who seem to alternate working there. Don’t know if it is family run but they are awesome. Keep it up!
Best pizza you'll find outside of the motherland. Unbelievably fresh, high quality ingredients elevate each slice to resemble fine-dining. Great value, great people, awesome pizza. Take home a prosciutto / arugula pie with goat cheese and put a good bottle of white wine on ice. Congratulations, you just turned your apartment into a Michelin star restaurant.
Fresco's has excellent pizza! I came in here for the first time last week to pick-up a pie after work and I had a great experience. The staff are really nice, too! I will definitely be back, this is a really nice little neighborhood spot!
Second time ordering from here, they make really good pizza! Fed my friends on my birthday and our pies were delicious. Thanks!
One of the best pizzas spots in Washington Heights. Eating pizza here makes you feel somewhat healthy of your choice because they use greens and fresh real ingredients. Good choice of garlic and olive oil. Their signature is the Nonna and definitely worth trying. I also live their Paninis, especially the eggplant which is healthy but hearty. Great local spot. Hopefully they keep it up.
This is the best pizza in WAshington Heights and definetly on the list of the best in all of NYC. They use quality products. The cheese and crust it all tastes good and you know it's not cheap products used even by looking at it. My favorite is the margarita pizza which I always order. Don't waste your money on any other pizza shop in Washington Heights. Order from this place you will not regret it. Always good service on the phone and the food is great. I am very happy.
So it’s been a hit or miss with their classic cheese pie. It’s obvious Avmi (pizza maker) really knows what he’s doing- the cheese is very generously spread and the crust light. This pie is so good that I consider myself lucky to be in the neighborhood because it competes with all the big NYC names. Will be ordering consistently this year and update this review once I’m a regular.
I do not think I can accurately describe my relationship with Fresco's pizza in a google review. When I moved into this neighborhood I tried many different pizza joints until I found the cheese pie from Fresco's. From that moment on I have compared all other pizza's against Fresco's. When I have family come in from out of town / state / country, I feed them Fresco's, and then they understand NYC's obsession with a cheese slice. When I diet and don't eat bread I literally dream of a large cheese pie from Fresco's. It may not be the "Most Hip" pizza place in NYC or on any fancy list or food magazine but Fresco's makes quintessential NYC pizza. Their Vodka Pie is crazy good too if you aren't feeling like a cheese pizza. Honestly this pizza is crazy good. Stop thinking and order some.
I'm so lucky to live near this place. The pizza here is delicious!! They have great new pizza concepts as well as your must have classics. They have ample space to dine in or can deliver. I have eaten here 4 times in the last week. Definitely recommended.
Best place for garlic knots and pizza. Only issue I had was that my mushroom truffle slice was soggy. Update 2023 We have been consistently ordering over the past year and the quality has increased. Changing review to 5/5.
I order deliver 2x a month and every time its a gem. These are not mere pizza makers, they are artisans. My only hesitancy in writing a review is that it will increase the delivery time. But alas I cannot be selfish, must spread the FrescosLove!!
Good people making very good pizza - higher quality ingredients than neighbourhood comparables, and they manage to get a decently crispy crust, which normally is achieved only get in slice pizza - not a one hander hold, but decent. My only issue was ordering from Fresco's was the Slice App, where I got a smaller than normal pizza for only a slightly smaller price. Slice takes 25% of their revenue - so do yourself (and them) a favour and order directly from the restaurant, it's their own delivery guys either way. Also, I know a good food, trust me on this one!
If you're looking for a place to enjoy authentic Italian pizza, Fresco's Pizzeria is exactly what you need! The atmosphere is incredibly cozy and modern, and the service is top-notch. The pizza is made with love and attention to every ingredient, and you can taste it with every bite — a crispy crust, flavorful sauce, and perfectly balanced toppings. One of the highlights here is the prosciutto — it’s absolutely delicious, adding a perfect salty richness that pairs beautifully with the other ingredients. The menu is a true celebration of Italian flavors, and Fresco’s Pizzeria does not disappoint. The prices are quite reasonable — for such delicious dishes, it's a real gem. If you want to truly savor authentic Italian flavors, don’t hesitate — visit Fresco’s Pizzeria! 10/10!
Always a joy to get a slice here. I've tried many different types of pizza here and they're all good
The vodka sicilian slice is bomb as well as all the varieties they have. The penne alla vodka pasta is very good and comes in amount that is great.
10/10 pepperoni pizza with hot honey. Super fast service very kind people and very welcoming atmosphere. I did not have to wait very long for my food. Check this place out you won’t regret it!!!
The pizza is AMAZING. It's better than fast food pizza. Their Employees are very helpful and almost always get the order right. When they do, though, they are very nice about it and fix up the order. They have all the drinks I could think of in their drink coolers. The place is very nice and I love the wall of the bills they collected. It's very nice. Their bathroom is well kept and clean. Overall amazing place
The vodka Sicilian slice is the best slice in the menu. Recommend 11/10 everytime.
Some of the best pizza in NYC and my favorite! Yup, those are some bold statements from a born & raised NYer, but Fresco's is just THAT good!!! Their plain cheese slice never misses and I crave it more than I wish I did! Every single slice is amazing, from their margarita to their specialty slices with prosciutto, mushrooms, white cheese, pepperoni, etc. etc!!! I've also had their pasta and salads, which are excellent too! I'm definitely a regular here, and you should be too.
Awesome authentic Italian pizza is freshly made and real ingredients! Love the place expect on Fridays after-school can get hectic but overall awesome place to chill before school is out in the neighborhood and weekdays that is non busy and can sit and enjoy a slice or slician of all kinds of pizza. Delicious . Does not disappoint.
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ One of the most consistent pizza spots I go to — hands down. This place is always packed, especially after school, and that alone tells you something. I come here all the time, and it rarely ever misses. The variety of specialty slices is crazy — this is not a regular-slice-only spot for me. I usually go straight for the specialties: Buffalo chicken Mushroom with truffle oil Vodka slice Golden veggie Grandma slice And honestly, there’s always something new or unexpected that hits When you bite into these slices, the crunch and crispiness is elite. That texture is really what separates this place — it’s just done right. I’m not even supposed to be eating cheese like that, but when I come here… I’m not asking questions 😅 Service-wise, it’s a working environment. Sometimes you’re greeted warmly, sometimes it’s straight to business — “What you want?” — but they’re busy, so I get it. It’s efficient, not unfriendly. They usually have a soccer game on, the drink selection is solid, and the food comes out consistently good. Delivery is normally smooth too. One time I accidentally placed a pickup order thinking it was delivery — they called me, cleared it up, and still sent it out anyway. That meant a lot and showed they actually care. Another underrated bonus: if you walk down toward the George Washington Bridge, you get a beautiful view of the Hudson River. It’s a great summer spot, but honestly, it’s a great neighborhood pizza place year-round — whether you’re eating in or ordering out. Consistent, flavorful, and reliable. I eat here any chance I get. — Teyvon 🍕
Absolutely love this local pizzeria! The pizza is always fresh, flavorful, and made with high-quality ingredients. The crust is perfect, the sauce is delicious, and the toppings are generous. The staff is friendly and welcoming, and you can really feel the neighborhood vibe every time you walk in. It’s consistently great and has become our go-to spot for pizza. Highly recommend supporting this local gem!
BEST STAFF TEAM. BEST PIZZA EATS IN THE WHOLE HEIGHTS. AMAZING ATMOSPHERE. GREAT PRICES. FRESCOS ALWAYS SHOW LOVE!
I ordered a small regular pizza for delivery. The order came in fast and fresh! The order with tip and tax came down to $30 - very reasonable for the area. I ordered a small pizza which brought 6 slices. It's my to go pizza spot in the neighborhood. Every time I pass by, I grab a slice. The service is always fast and friendly. Until next slice!
As you would imagine, pizza in NYC is a very big deal. Most places here would be rated a 5-Star by non-New Yorkers yet the standard here is much higher. I guess I'm saying that a New York 4 is a 5 anywhere else😃 Having said that, Fresco's is an awesome spot. All the staff are friendly and remember you. The pizzas are excellent. They always have the latest game on the TV and pies are done pretty quick. They keep things simple...its a pizza joint. They aren't trying to be an Italian restraunt although they do have a few non pizza dishes that are good. The only reason I rated a 4 for food is because while tasty the crust is not the kind that complete stand stuff and airy...but it is crispy and taste good. This is my go to spot.
GREAT food! The Pizza is real New York and the sandwiches are amazing. I have the Meatball Parm or Eggplant Parm Panini...both very filling and tastes. They also have great salads. My favorite is the Kale & Fig Salad. Also try the Garlic Knots! Prices are very affordable. The staff is super friendly.
Me and the guys at work all agreed that this would be the best place to order pizza and we were all correct. Pizza was hot& fresh. Service is on point and their restaurant is clean and has a warm atmosphere. Great spot for sure
Great place for cheap, diverse, good quality uptown slices. Not the bext pizza in NYC, but the best pizza on the block for sure. They do a great job, and my family pops in or orders from often!
Best pizza in Washington Heights, no question, but absolutely not one the best pizzas in Manhattan. It’s a solid 7/10. A bit too heavy and the cheese pizza is kinda wrong idk..
Updated 2024: the food has increased in quality and deliciousness. Something over the years has changed and I'm sold. Their plain slices are good NYC pizza -- cheesy, good sauce, nice crust. Their vodka slice, if you're lucky enough to grab one, is ridiculously good. I really like this place.
Pretty good slice of pizza. They have about a dozen different varieties and they all look pretty good. Service was on point. Would definitely go back.
Only good for take out. That’s how they like it too. Very uninviting with pizza boxes stacked up on tables. For such a quality ingredient small neighborhood restaurant, with good food and pricey they should add more to the community. Perhaps take over the ever failing restaurant next to them and share a kitchen and add quality dine in Italian. Banquettes, carpet, music. None the less, their Penne a la vodka (add grilled chicken) is a dish I’d put up against my Italian great grandmothers in a blindfold test. The arugula and prosciutto pizza is sublime. Once there was a pineapple and bacon pizza I still think about. It’s never returned. Which brings me to the staff. They seem always overwhelmed and unhappy which is surprisingly because the food is so good. No one smiles, it’s almost like they resent you for being there, hence the take-out. They aren’t in it for the joy of being restautanteurs.
A pretty good Italian place, but in Manhattan that designation is very positive. The proportions and value were great, and the fig, feta, walnut, and arugula speciality slice was top-notch. The meatball panini was a little bit more of a mixed bag: the quality of the ingredients was pretty good and the proportions were gigantic, but the filling and bread ended up being so large that it was a little unwieldy to eat. Nothing super special but overall it was tasty. Recommended!
My wife likes the regular pies here, and they are more than adequate if you want an old-school NYC slice. Not heavy on the cheese--I know some prefer it that way--but good sauce and crust. Tip: if you're after a new-school Neopolitan type of pie, order the Margherita, which has fresh mozarella and basil, and then order any other ingredients as extras. The only sandwiches are paninis which are not bad, but I would definitely prefer an old-school chicken or meatball parm sub and they don't make them. The salads are fine. The Italian dishes are not diverse but taste good. For some reason the "Order Now" button on the home page sends you to a delivery service (Clover) while the "Start Order" button takes you to Fresco's own system, which is well-designed and easy to use. If you eat-in, prepare to watch a football game. Easy to find a seat, very kid-friendly, very neighborhood. Really more of a take-out joint. You would have a tough time getting a wheelchair in without help. Staff is friendly and helpful.
Good pizza and paninis. It's taken years, but the service has improved and is almost friendly. Cash payments are preferred and a slight discount is given. The seating area is large enough but is often cluttered. The bathroom is closed (or at least the sign says it is) and given that the food is hand-held, it'd be useful to have a place to at least wash one's hands.
Pizza is great, the meatball sandwich not so much, but I can just order pizza there and be happy
A local pizza place, with specialty pies beyond your basic cheese, pepperoni, etc. not tons of seating, very crowded on Fridays and weekends, but always a good vibe. The one problem I have with this local establishment is the prices; $6 before tax for a speciality slice (basically anything not cheese) is shooting way over the average city price, especially because you can go a few blocks away and get a reasonably priced slice of slightly lesser quality. Restaurants are not immune to inflation, but this place seems to be taking it to a new level, and disregarding the actual value of their product. Because of the prices, I am a less frequent customer.
Fresco's is a reliable, no frills neighborhood pizza joint that you can rely on. They're consistent, but full disclosure, they're going to charge you out the wazoo for just about everything. Even a basic slice is as pricey as you'd pay down on Bleecker Street, so don't expect any uptown discount. But their Vodka Slice worth every damn penny. The wife and I prefer to come in and get various slices between the two of us, because a whole pie can set you back over $30 at times. Pro Tip: Pay in cash. Pay a little less. As with most other spots in the 'hood, you'll be left supplementing your own salt and seasoning, because the aging demographic has a stranglehold on every restaurant in the area in regards to sodium content. The white-haired rabble generally want the bare minimum. And they complain about. A lot. I guess they're salty enough. Fresco's also has a nice spread of different slices--especially white pies--which is pretty unique to most other spots in the city, who only offer red pies. They're absolutely a class above most other pizza joints in the neighborhood. It's a family run shop, so you'll see the same people behind the counter time after time. Most of the time they're pretty friendly, especially the dudes baking your slices, they go the extra mile to keep you returning and will make small talk if they're not overwhelmed. Good fellas. If you haven't been inside and only walked by outside, you've assuredly dodged the swath of bikes and delivery guys outside that make it look like a post-apocalyptic bicycle gang occupies their space, but it just turns out they're one of the most delivered pizza joints in the entire US, so I can only assume they know what they're doing to keep people happy. I sure am.
I was extremely wary of ordering their gluten free pizza because I couldn't find anyone who tried it so hopefully this helps someone else: the pizza is cooked in its own tin (which then goes into the box), the pizza arrives uncut and they include a sealed plastic pizza cutter for you to use! As for the pizza itself, the sauce is great, toppings are great, but the crust is suuuuper dry, I mean, that's gf pizza for you I guess but I'm happy to have takeout options
Pick up order was below expectations, not well. Pizza not baked through, no taste. It’s so overpriced, why not do a decent job so people don’t feel money was wasted?
I took my guests from South Korea to eat the delicious pizza at Fresco's Pizzeria. The place is charming and very clean. Pizzas are the best. I would rate the place with five stars, but one of the guys was very rude to us. " my guests felt like they were not welcome." The guy was very nice to other customers, and when talking to us, he looked scared and upset when we spoke to him. Other than that, I feel delighted with the service in general. I would highly recommend the place to my colleagues. In conclusion, I would like to advise you to correct any racial or discrimination behavior among your staff. Every customer deserves respect and dignity. It's not good for a business to have a team consumed by prejudice. Kind regards. Your neighbor Luigy Alba.
Pizza is definitely very good, but be cautious when you call in for pickup/delivery. The lady is absolutely explosive. I told her that I wanted to place and order for delivery, and she practically commanded me with the following: "Address", "Phone Number", "Credit Card or Cash", "Card Number". Very plain and explicit, and entirely rude. Considering the fact that you cannot see what square pizza options they have on any website, I asked what square pies they had available today. She said "Sir, I'm not gonna go over the square pies with you today". How nice of you.
This is a hit or miss. Since this inflation aspect, their food quality has gone down hill. I ordered a Sicilian Pie to be delivered. I've had Sicilian from them before. As before, the pie crust is usually thick & chewy. In this case, it was so thin, the crust was hard, and broke into pieces. I called them & they said, "this is how we make it". Since then, I've ordered a Margherita Pie. That pie crust is also VERY thin, crunchy, hard & falls onto pieces. For me, the cost of their food is exorbitant for quality of their food.
Pizza is quite good and tastes like it has better ingredients compared to most of the other places in the area. Place however is very dingy and dark inside during evening hours and could use better lighting and decor. Also a gluten free pizza option is available but you have to buy a whole pie, which for a single person is an expensive option when you just want a slice.
Hello Fellow Pizza Lovers🫡 I have actually ordered this same order of a Vodka pie and the pie with pear and walnuts…3 different times besides this last one and was worth every dollar but recently I got the same order and got a Vodka pie with Spots of Vodka sauce on Top of a regular (Red) pie and at first I was like maybe it’s just me but as I ate spots that didn’t have Vodka sauce I tasted a regular pie with fresh mozzarella like that was good enough make me think otherwise. The Pear pie was ok but just not as good as previous ones. Just because People, maybe this was a one off but I don’t like being deceived so I won’t be placing another delivery anytime soon
This has been one of my favorite place to grab a slice in Washington Heights for more than 15 years. With a car, it's also one of the rare places were there's decent odds you can grab a parking place, now that the meter plans are in place. This pizzeria has the standard slices ready - I usually get the "meat lovers" . They also have an extensive menu, too much for the chalkboards on site. The staff has always been friendly and eager to please. The NYC neighborhood is reflected in quite a few trendy pizza styles. There are a couple markets and restaurants in the immediate vicinity.
I usually order and their pizzas are very good and usually hot at time of delivery. Today pizza was delivered cold. 🤦♀️ I called back and was told there were no delays, but the pizza was delivered cold.Nothing worst than a cold pizza. Hope to have better luck next time.
You charge $28 for a full Margherita pizza and $5 for one slice, which comes to $40 That’s a rip off
Their Margherita Pizza is not cheap to start with but lately the quality have been heading downhill until the other day we got a watery Margherita pie. We decided to just throw it away and not order ever again. I have pictures to prove it. You can see them in photos. They have gotten to comfortable knowing they the only one in the neighborhood. Anyone have any suggestions where to order from?
It took over two hours for my pizza to arrive and it was cold. The pizza used to be delicious but they have started to take way longer to deliver and when it arrives cold it just doesn’t taste good. I just spent close to $35 for a Margherita pizza. This includes, fees, tip and tax. It’s not worth the price nor the wait. Don’t waste your time. I called and the person whom I spoke to didn’t even apologize but much rather told me why I had to wait and that it was going to be leaving the shop in ten minutes. It still arrived cold and the cheese tasted rubbery. Very disappointing.
Walked in on a Friday night at 10:15. Door is propped open, several pies on the counter. Counter guy says they’re closed. Restocking the fridge guy says they’re closed. I point to the door, which says closing at 11pm. They won’t take my order, even when I show them I can see the pies there in front of me. What kind of neighborhood joint does that? I hope customers stop coming and they close. There’s better options down on Broadway.
FOOD POISONING! DO NOT order from here! SICK from this under-cooked, cold pizza. Management was desperate. Hung up on us. RUDE. GO ELSEWHERE!
If you eat from here please do pickup not delievery, The pizza here is great but the delivery drivers are terrible and the restauraunt will call you and lie to your face if you complain about your pizza, I ordered a pizza and when I received it the delivery driver looked upset and had an attitude and when I opened it it looked dropped normally I wouldn't even complain but the delivery driver gave me an attitude so I decided to complain. I ordered through the Slice app so I tried to get a refund and they refused and only offered re-delivery. they sent my new pizza with the same driver and he argued with me at my door as if it was my fault that he had to re-deliver a pizza he dropped. then the restauraunt calls me and argues with me about it saying they always have issues with me when I have never complained before. great pizza just bad staffed won't be oredering from here again.
Reviews are fake. Bad place to get food from. Ordered a pasta and it Came in a small salad container which meant to be for cold food not hot ones. The sauce was separated from the pasta itself and they slap a huge basil leaf on it. No meat, no cheese, no Butter, no bread, and no utensils for $12. Pasta is hard and the sauce is so water down. There is a girl behind the counter is doing absolutely nothing but staring at costumers in a rude way and telling them what to put on their food while they ordering. The cashier guy was so confused about everything I said. No masks, no gloves, no respect for costumers and no order line system. Mexican pizzeria would do a 10 times better job than these idiots for $9. I want my money back.
To management: both delivery driver and cashier are EXTRAORDINARILY rude. Delivery driver asked my girlfriend for a tip and then told her to eat shit. Called to ask for a manager and the cashier was such a sarcastic attitude and then hung up. Never again.
Yo. I just called for a delivery and was told a 2 topping pizza that last month was $28 is now $47. That is the most insane price jump I have EVER heard of. I get that costs have gone up, and an increase of a couple of dollars, hell even $5, would be somewhat understandable, but an increase of 68% in one month is so ludicrous my jaw has hit the floor. The pizza is good, but this an absolutely disgraceful business practice. I will never buy a pizza from this place again because of this grossly disrespectful treatment of its customers.
I usually like this place, but there is one FEMALE CASHIER who makes the whole experience terrible. She is extremely rude, disrespectful, and talks to customers in a very unprofessional way. Yesterday she even overcharged me for two slices — almost $14— and I only noticed when I got home. I paid with a credit card, so I didn’t see the total right away. Her attitude is unacceptable. I hope the management pays attention to this, because customers shouldn’t be treated like this. UPG: Please listen to me for a moment. I completely understand that you are a family-run business, and maybe this cashier is your relative — your sister, daughter, or someone close. But that does not give her the right to speak to customers in a raised voice, be disrespectful, rude, or make personal comments. To be honest, I really like your pizza. I like the place, the atmosphere, everything. But I will never come back again — not because of your food or prices, but because of this one cashier. And as long as she continues to work there, I personally will not return. I have also spoken with several neighbors in our area, and everyone says the same thing — her rudeness is not only toward customers, but also toward delivery workers and even other staff. It creates a very unpleasant experience. Please don’t reply with a standard template message. Just take this seriously and pay attention to the situation.
Edit: it is fractured! Now, it's 1:06 PM, and I was able to inspect my tooth in a mirror. I can't believe it. Mushroom pizza! Two fractures on adjacent teeth. This is terrible. Nothing so hard should have been in the pizza. Something extremely hard was in my mushroom pizza, which could have easily fractured my front teeth!! I've never, in my decades of life, ever eaten food which had something so hard, so suddenly. It felt like biting down onto a stone. Extremely upsetting. Even if it wasn't a fracture, biting down on something hard like that must cause damage. I had removed my review regarding an excessively burned breadstick to remark positively on the varieties of pizza here, but felt the need to update the review based on me biting down on something extremely hard within the pizza.
