My new favorite smoothie spot! I drive down 25 mins just to get it. Their smoothie’s are just amazing. The consistency is out of this world!! It’s like a mix between soft serve and a slushie. Everything tastes natural and fresh not sugary at all. Pina colada is my go to with coconut water. Consistent, delicious smoothies. 10/10

Smooties were REALLY good! We got the Mango Passionfruit Lychee and the Tropical Acai and both were so good that we went back to get the Kiwi Apple which was my personal favorite not too sour, not too sweet. Service was super quick! Definitely would recommend.

I stumbled upon this smoothie shop while running errands and I am so glad I did! The staff was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable about their products. Not only did they have an extensive menu of unique smoothie flavors, but they also had a wide variety of boost options to add to your drink. I ordered the Detox morning smoothie with added matcha boost and it was delicious! The ingredients were fresh and the consistency was perfect. I highly recommend this smoothie shop and can't wait to come back and try more flavors.

Every time I go here they’ve run out of boba by 5/6pm…and for a bubble tea place that’s pretty bad…. The manager needs to be sure more boba is available later in the day. If not, change your hours..? If you want a bubble tea that’s mostly ice, this is the place. I paid $8 for a cup filled mainly with ice, even after explaining I had a sore throat and didn’t want much. Staff ignored my request, saying it’s ‘company policy”…when I went back to reiterate I wanted very little ice. My husband had a different drink, but it also had ice to the brim. The tea itself tastes good, but after the ice melts, it gets watery. Expect premium prices for very little actual tea.

My wife wanted to come here for a smoothie and we also got a boba tea. She liked her smoothie a lot, but I can't give this place more than 1 star because of their boba tea. We each took one sip and said it was by far the worst one we have ever had. The pearls were mushy and the tea didn't taste right. Never going back. If you are on the upper west side, there are better options around.

Poor experience and customer service. I had been a big supporter of this small shop since it first opened. One of the reasons were the flexibility and kid friendly drinks. My last experience I doubt I’ll be returning. The male cashier gave me one of the worst experiences by far. First insisting that I must be wrong in an order I had been buying since the beginning. If policies have changed - you start with that, not by telling a customer their previous order never happened and they must have been imagining it. Incredibly frustrating experience.

I got the brown sugar milk tea with bubbles today. The woman in charge today 4/6 around 4pm was EXTREMELY rude and aggressive. She was the one with the mask. There was a problem with my drink that I was explaining to her in a very calm and non confrontational way and before she could fix the problem with my drink, she gave me soooooo much attitude and was ridiculing my request. While the other workers were laughing. I kept my composure and left but I will not be returning.

I ordered a strawberry blueberry banana with no sugar, but I clearly saw you guys add a scoop of sugar! You can taste it , it was not a natural sweet, and when I ask you guys, you guys said there was no sugar added. and for the acid bow, the strawberry was rotten it tasted sour. $14 açaí bowl was topped with unripe strawberries and mango, the strawberries were all white and the mangos were hard. Also ordered the almond butter bowl and they didn’t put any almond butter in it. Skip this place and go to playa bowls down the street.
