Hot and sour magic. I don't think I've ever had a better hot and sour soup in any other Chinese take-out joint. Try the Singapore mei fun too! A truly splendid experience...

One of the better takeout places in this area, they are quick, the food is plentiful and flavorful. The people that run it are very nice, it's my go-to on the block.

I want to ask them to clean the dust bunnies you see all over the menu photos on the walls near the ceiling and behind their gate, clearly hasn't been dusted in ages, but I'm too afraid to ask. The General Tso's chicken might have little actual meat but I think that's the standard for any Chinese restaurant. When I get small chicken and broccoli vs large, it feels like it's the same amount of food just packaged differently. I'm always satisfied with the small size.

I really despise gristle, it’s chewy and gross and I wish they would change the way they make the rice but I settle for the white rice which taste a whole lot better. I ordered dinner twice and never got the egg rolls but got the one soda when I was supposed to get two.

The first time I ordered from Splenid China the fries were over cooked and drenched in old oil. Today I decided to give it one more try, and I truly regret that decision. The rice was re cooked and hard, the chicken was bland, and the shrimp roll I could not eat because it had oil dripping from it. I should have learned my lesson the first time. Splendid China restaurant has the worst food around. I will never order again from this place.

Called to ask questions about prices, got a long explanation I didn’t ask for then got a story, was told to order elsewhere and before I could even say another word he hung up on me!!! I’ll never know if the food was even good since the service sucked so much!!!

I'm new to the Heights, but I've already ordered from a number of Chinese places. I typically get a spring or shrimp roll as appetizer, and chicken or beef fried rice. This place is the only one so far that I found really bad, even repellent. Everything was mediocre if not plain awful. Try either Amy's or No. 1 Chinese Restaurant - both are much better than this crap.

Ordered there, took over an hour for them to come. When I called back the man told me they were on their way. Nothing good came from me ordering there’.

On this day July 23rd 2019. I had the most horrible expiercien. Ive been coming to this place since i was 13 yrs old. Im 28 now. N the staff today. At 2:15pm. Was the most nasty disrespectful person ive met in my time coming here. I hope the owner and the previous staff does something about that person. Because he is very nasty to costumers

My first and last time buying from here do not recommend it, food had a weird taste and general tso's chicken is just flour fried up NO CHICKEN and if it had it was a very tiny piece covered in flour
