Oh my god, I loved the service and the quality of the food at this place! We went for the all-you-can-eat hot pot and it was incredible — the food was fresh and delicious, the staff were the sweetest, and to top it all off, they even gave us ice cream at the end. One of the waiters noticed we didn’t understand something and surprised us by speaking perfect Spanish — such amazing service!

If you’re looking for a premium late-night feast in Manhattan, The Dolar Shop is the spot! 🍲✨ I came here for their late-night all-you-can-eat hot pot ($45.99 per person, every day 9:30PM–12AM) and it was incredible. The quality of the meats really stood out—tender beef short plate, juicy chicken thigh, lamb flap, and pork belly, all sliced fresh and perfect for hot pot. On top of that, there are over 50 extras to choose from—seafood, veggies, noodles, tofu, and even desserts. Everything was fresh and kept coming nonstop. The vibe is modern, sleek, and fun—perfect for groups of friends or anyone who gets hungry after hours. Service was attentive and quick, which made the whole experience even better. Honestly, $45.99 for premium all-you-can-eat hot pot in Manhattan feels like such a steal. I’ll definitely be back whenever those late-night cravings hit!

I was here for lunch. This Dolar Shop is across from the AMC. They have a spacious venue. This is hot pot but not AYCE! I was confused how to order, but the easiest way is to get the set. You choose meat, soup, and appetizer. Then they give you a veggie plate. It's a lot of food. The flat iron beef set is only $26.99, so I think that's a pretty good deal for all the food you get. Each person has their individual stove and hot pot. You can adjust the heat yourself. There is a buffet-style condiment and dessert bar in the back. Those gummies got me!! I was eating so many gummy worms and gummy bears before the food arrived. The napkins and chopsticks are on the drawer under the table. Service was great! They were so nice. I was here to celebrate a birthday, and that's what we indicated on the reservation. They provided a scratch card and honored that promo for that meal! Bathroom is downstairs. (Elevator available, but it said staff only) No Wifi. Credit card/Apple Pay accepted. (3% credit card fee) ^If you fill out a survey, you get the 3% fee waived. We got this in addition to the birthday promo!

The hotpot here is one of the best quality in the city. It is a bit pricey but totally worth it. The dessert is amazing with various selections and even soft serve. The meat, the broths and the sauces all have very good quality. The atmosphere is also comfortable and welcoming. They also open until very late and with plenty of seatings. Definitely will make it a frequent visit hotpot spot.

I've been to Dolar Hot Pot near Astor Place a couple times recently and was really impressed. First off, the place is super clean and modern. Everything feels fresh and well-kept, from the tables to the ingredient bar. I liked that everyone gets their own individual hot pot, which made the whole experience feel more relaxed and personal, especially if you’re with people who have different tastes. I tried the creamy pork broth, expecting something rich and mild, but it actually had a decent amount of spice. Not a dealbreaker, but just something to know ahead of time if you’re looking for something completely non-spicy...esp for kids. All the ingredients were really fresh - especially the vegetables and sliced meats. The fruit and dessert bar is super nice and nostalgic as well (a lot of authentic Asian flavors and options), and at the end they brought over free ice cream, which was a great way to finish the meal. The staff was lovely. Super attentive, checked in at just the right times, and made sure everything was going smoothly. The only thing I felt was missing was crab. They’ve got a strong seafood selection overall, but adding crab would really round it out. Overall, I had a great time. The food was fresh, the space was nice, and the service was great. I’d definitely go back.

First time at a hot pot that wasn't all you can eat but honestly, this place was amazing. It was on the pricer side but good quality ingredients and they did have unlimited noodles (my fave was udon), dessert and apps for you to choose from. It ended up being more than enough food by itself. I really enjoyed the wagyu and the lamb. The staff was attentive and helpful, everything was fresh and the broth was so flavorful. I would recommend waiting for the $46 AYCE starting at 9:30pm. I also recommend you make reservations for this place. It was packed when we got there at 7pm. You can avoid the 3% credit card fee if you bring cash or use debit.

This place was a BLAST!!! The vibe inside was so nice and the tables were great. They accommodate larger groups which was perfect!! They had a bunch of “sets” which you could get that was pretty perfect. Comes with an app, a platter of your meat of choice, various veggies, noodles, and UNLIMITED SOFT SERVE!!! The hot pot was great, I loved that everyone gets their own personal small pot! As opposed to other places where the table has one large pot and you have to have a designated cooker and you lose track of whats going in lol. Here everyone got to choose their own items and their own broth flavors. I got the smooth pork broth which was very well flavored and creamy, as well as the spicy broth which had a nice amount of heat to it. Starting with the app, I chose the cucumber salad and it was pretty tasty! Sweet, salty, refreshing, fun to eat. For the meat I chose the flat iron beef, idk why this one was calling to me but it was really good. It cooked so quick like about 10-15 seconds in the broth. I chose the deluxe veggie platter for my sides and I’m so glad I did because it came with PUMPKIN and POTATOES!!! I put the potatoes in right at the start so that theyd cook about halfway into my meal. The pumpkin was amazinggggg so genius to have that in hot pot. The rest of the veggies were standard but really nice to have. For the noodles I chose the hand pulled noodles and they were really nice too. Very very long so I recommend ripping them in half before you put them in to cook because fishing them out was so difficult, but well worth it because they soak up the broth really well. They also had a sauce bar to make your own sauces. They premade us one that was pretty good but i’m all about that sesame and garlic sauce so I went and made that and it was so good. The sauce bar also had a bunch of other goodies like candies and little panda marshmallows which was perfect for… THE UNLIMITED SOFT SERVE!!! And it was my FAVORITE kind of soft serve like the one that is a bit watery and icey but still vanilla and delish. Wowww i could eat gallons of that. What a GREAT place I had so much fun here!!! This is a fantastic, and quite large, hot pot restaurant located right here in the East Village. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the food was noticeably very fresh. I would definitely recommend making a reservation, as it seems quite popular.

Delicious but pricy, we came as a party of 3 with a reservation. They sat us 10 minutes after the resy time. The servers kind of start rushing you out around the hour mark :/

This hot pot place is fun. Very clean and with wonderful furniture inside. Comfortable. Staff is very friendly. Portions are very generous. Salad and fruit self service area was decent. Not too fancy. Food to hot pot was ok, nothing to write home about. Meatballs were little stiff. But in general nice. Restroom were comfortable and clean. Overall nice and fun experience.

We came for the halal AYCE at 9:30pm and were satisfied. The halal meat was clearly labeled and there is a separate section for halal only utensils/plates/bowls. The halal AYCE came with our own broth hot pot and separate broth menu. I wish there was a spicer broth option available as the tomato broth did not have enough flavor

Great hotpot spot, though on the pricier side. The quality of both the meat and vegetables is excellent, and I love that everyone gets their own individual pot with unlimited soup refills. The meat had beautiful marbling. We ordered a lot of à la carte items, but after some quick napkin math, the set menus would’ve been a better deal. They also offer free vanilla ice cream at the end, which was the perfect way to cool down after such a spicy, flavorful meal. Definitely make a reservation beforehand!

Their dessert bar is basically a build-your-own Meet Fresh! And the “yogurt balls” are like popping bubbles filled with yakult- do NOT miss these; they’re SO GOOD!! In terms of hot pot- it’s solid. I’d say their menu is very meat focused though (as it costs the same amount to get a meat special as a vegetarian special). But the quality of ingredients is very good- veggies are fresh, sauce station is clean.
