This was a great find last night. Delicious and comforting food for a cold evening. Had the signature Ed Sheeran cocktail too. Service was great. And luckily no wait on a busy night. 👍

Great food, good location, helpful and friendly staff. Steak was mich better than expected for a non-steakhouse - and cooked properly too!!

Great pub in Manhattan. Enjoyed great food and drinks. We had a big rain and water started coming into the pub and going down the stairs. They moved us to another table as soon as one became available.

I found this place around school. It's always busy and it has happy hour from 4 to 7. The variety and price are very good. If your visiting or just want a good drink stop by at the bar Tuesdays or Thursdays; Gloria makes a mean apple martini

Awesome! Ribs and Sheppard s Pie are my favorites. We split an order of ribs and they put it on two plates for us.

First trip I ever had to New York was at 10 years old, as an Auburn fan...however on my way to Times Square to kickoff my 35th birthday we Ran across this gem after being changed into a Bama fan! When in rome, you find home ... Aiden welcomed us with open arms and showed us what southern hospitality is all about... The Houndstooth Bar is by far the best place to encompass the Bear Bryant atmosphere in New York City ! If you are ever in NYC and need a place to watch the games... Here is where it is!!

Very nice place to have some drinks and grab a quick meal. The staff is super attentive and warm. I arrived a couple of minutes after the kitchen closed and they still allowed me to have dinner. The ambience is subtle but effective. Food and drinks were good. They serve fernet!

Amazing wings and beer. Oscar, my server, was phenomenal. We were seated quickly and the meals came out immediately. Really solid wings.

Salmon was delicious. Fish and chips also great. Great Hell's Kitchen choice for Friday in Lent.

We stopped for a cocktail🍸🍹 Our bartender was friendly and made the best Dark and Stormy and Gin and Juice drinks! The place is clean and staff is friendly! We’re visiting but we’d come back to try their food!

A better than average Irish pub, with a great location and fabulous service. I ordered a roasted Vegetable sandwich which was huge but not particularly flavorful. For some much needed roughage I had the side salad instead of fries but the lettuce was starting to brown at the edges and the dressing was too creamy for my taste. Still the service was awesome, location convenient and I'd be willing to go back and try something else like the

Nice atmosphere, and fun place. Food was ok. My son had the curry chicken and he wished it was spicier. I had the Manchester sandwich which was also good. The buffalo chicken wings were the best because they had the most flavor (and I was hungriest when I ate them). It’s a good place to eat if you happen to be in the area.

Giving 4 stars because of the very eager and very friendly service staff. I think that was the best thing about coming here. They have mostly bar stool or highchair seating but they do also have more comfortable low-top tables available in upper section of the bar. I just came back from a trip to England and was just randomly in this area of town, so decided to check it out. I was honestly really confused by them not carrying a single English beer. Like not even London Pride or Boddingtons? At least carry something English if you’re gonna claim to be a pub. Or more Irish beers, just do something! They do carry Guinness (irish)… their food menu is pretty basic. I wasn’t going for a full meal just a beer and a snack so I tried the potatoes in a jacket, I thought it was a really good deal for being $12 as it was a very large appetizer that took up an entire plate and had a lot of beef involved (beef chili). It was like 4 large potato pieces with chili and a lot of cheese on top. Ultimately I couldnt finish it because it had too much cheese and grease.

Cool looking Pub, nice to watch a soccer game with friends. Pub kinda food. The beer on top wasn't cold enough for my liking. Good vibe.

Awesome pub. And i would give 5 stars because the service and atmosphere are awesome and HIGHLY recommended. My one rebuke is for the deserts. $13 for a key like pie that was a 3" tart with a 3:1 crust to filling ratio was insane. It just really disappointed. But the steak sandwich and the spare ribs sandwich were amazingly good. Mind you, it's Manhattan so it's a little pricey ($9 beer!) But overall, a good find. Skip desert.

Good pub food. The sweet potato fries were my fave. I had the chicken sandwich, it was okay. The Ed Sheeran cocktail was pretty good too. I was feeling the music, mostly pop. Tvs were on as well... servers were courteous, Service was good. I might go back just because it's by my job. Went at 1pm, no happy hour anything at that time. Feel like more places need happy hour at this time to bring in more customers.

Good beer ($9 for draft Brooklyn larger) and really good shepherd's pie and brisket burger (I think!) consumed. Rather grumpy table service without a single smile, but then we all have bad days, so I hope the waitress was OK. Would definitely go back.

Excellent place, very spacious and clean, waiters and bartenders are friendly and even offered me a active military discount, I ordered buffalo wings and they were fresh and crispy but still juicy inside, the only complaint is that the hot was not spicy at all, mostly butter and Frank's red hot, but still worth checking out, it was 20$ for around a dozen wings, nice size wings also, I would recommend them.

Service was good but the food was just okay. Wings were overcooked and pretty dry.

First time in New York, waiting to catch a bus, wandering around and I found this great place. Perfect stop for a traveler, and I can say I’d be a regular if I was a local. I do still have yet to try their food, due to time, but the menu has something to offer for everyone. I’ll be here again. Until next time New York.

When traveling in NYC it’s always hard to avoid a tourist trap. Especially in Mid-Town. This was not a trap by no means was it amazing but it was a good place to stop and have a burger and beer. Thy have pretty good happy hour prices on beer.

Food was good. Atmosphere was busy and fun, but SOOO loud! Would be nice if there was a way to manage that, acoustically.

Stopped in on a whim. Looking for a place to rest our feet and to grab a quick bite. We were seated quickly. No issues with the service and food came quickly. Food was better than expected and we were pleasantly surprised. We'd go again and would recommend to others.

Convienent, friendly and nice looking interior. Food was pub food. It was good. Could have used more flavor. I got pulled pork sandwich had way too much BBQ sauce. Other person got steak sandwich which, was very tough. Cocktails were good.

We arrived upon opening, there was only one or two tables there besides us. The waitress was nice that atmosphere was good. Everything else seemed to move at a snail pace, which was ok because we weren't in a hurry. Everyone enjoyed their food. I got the chicken pot pie, It was very tasty, I wish the chicken and the potatoes were cut up a bit smaller as they were large chunks. I would go back as long as I did not have a time schedule that needed to be kept. My tab was $60 for two cocktails and my meal. Not shabby for NYC :)

I came to this cute pub last night through a recommendation of a co-worker. I just went for a drink and dinner. The overall look of the pub, including the downstairs bathroom was very clean. My waitress was friendly, but service was a tad on the slow side. I overlooked it since the place was really packed. My Bloody Tooth drink was awesome, but the Rack of Lamb was fair. It was cooked nicely and was tender, but lacked in flavor. The string beans and potatoes on the plate made up for it. Based off of everything I would come here again and try something different.

Decent place EXTREMELY LOUD. This place is not bad. Really good bar service. Good whiskey selection. Food was not bad. Shepherds pie was more than adequate. Bring some earplugs. Bathrooms [like many places in NYC] are downstairs. Strangely enough there is cool seemingly quieter, chill bar downstairs. There were seven of us for dinner. Service was fine. Not bad. Just not great and there are a ton of great places in this city.

This was a great visit when I received my my fish and chips. The AMF drink was on point and made by the lady bar tender. Unfortunately, two days later the tall male bartender absolutely refused to make this drink in the picture, so I left!

Atmosphere was good, and the place wasn’t too crowded for a Thursday lunch. The staff was friendly and helpful as well, but the food was a disappointment- tasting remarkably bland.

Wasn't a massive fan. It was dark and over crowded because it's on 8th. Servers didn't really care about us. Food was ok. I ordered the steamed broccoli to be healthy but it comes drowned in butter. Definitely better places to go, regret going here.

Came in on January 2nd for the great drinks, great food and ambiance I was told and was highly disappointed. The tall gentleman at the door was a delight! His energy was exceptional. We went to the bar for a couple of drinks while looking over the menu and the bartender completely ruined the energy and vibe. We acknowledged when sat and that is precisely the most she did aside from serving the drinks. Her energy and attitude were dump founding to the point that I questioned why was she even there. She didn’t respond whatsoever, brought out drinks and twice rolled her eyes when the gentleman I was with asked for a different drink. I asked for water after my drink and again rolled her eyes. I immediately wanted out. We paid for our drinks and opted to eat anywhere else. Management should hire personalities in line with the front door guy and ones who make people feel good about arriving there. Never going back. Energy is everything and this was the worst. The alcohol wasn’t enabling the ability to overlook the poor service.. this was bad. Go home girl.

Oh dear , is the chef having a bad day . Arrived at a busy lively pub and see rack of lamb on the menu. Yummy ! ...... unfortunately service poor food not even as good as that . Very disappointing. To the point my partner wouldn’t even leave a tip and that never happens . Oh a mint sauce is not fluorescent spearmint jelly just so ya know ! 1 star only because I have to .
