I like this place and visit every now and then. I like to get the falafel wrap. With 4 toppings. I never really bought anything else from here. They are getting expensive, just like everything else. The place is clean from what I can see and the workers have on gloves while preparing the food. This place is only a take out spot. Much too small to have customers sit down and eat. Customer service is okay. They seem to have a huge turnover. Many different faces can be seen working there.

I recently had the pleasure of trying Chickpea in Penn Station, New York, and I must say it was an unforgettable experience. The Vanilla Chai Latte I ordered surpassed all expectations – the flavors were an exquisite dance on my taste buds. The perfect balance of vanilla and chai created a delightful and memorable drink. Chickpea has truly mastered the art of crafting an exceptional warm beverage on a cold day. I highly recommend indulging in their Vanilla Chai Latte for a taste sensation like no other!

Really great food and service! Don't look at anywhere else in Penn for grab and go sandwiches and wraps; chickpea does it right. Super flavorful and filling. And the gentleman working the shop was so kind and helpful! Definitely check this place out if you need a bite while passing through Penn.

Stopped here running to my train. I wanted something healthy and quick and Chickpea did not disappoint. I asked for a recommendation from my server and he whipped up the most delicious wrap for me that was packed with flavor. Thank you for the great food and even better service!

Late last night, my friend and I got the Mixed Berry Frozen Yogurt parfait while waiting for our train, and it was delicious. Best part, it was made with all fresh fruit. We watched the server slice bananas for each parfait. This was our first time at Chickpea in Penn Station, and would definitely return.

Was in Penn station and kids like Mediterranean food . Of course there are some food options outside Penn station which are much better in terms of taste ,…. But when you are in the station waiting for train and you have 15-20 mins then chickpea is a good option !! They have goood options - salad / bowl / felafel / chicken etc etc ! Service was quick .. the food was a little cold though. We got felafel bowl and it was not the best — but good for a food inside station . 🚉 they also have other drinks and few other snack items here . No place to sit and eat . Had to sit in the stairs and eat ! Wish they had atleast a couple of chairs inside. Overall an average experience but gave 4 stars ⭐️ because of the existence of such shops inside Penn..

I come to this chickpea quite frequently and usually do not have a problem. The gentleman that took my order for a falafel was very helpful and polite. My sandwich always taste fresh and delicious. My issue didn't occur until I went to pay for my food.

I like the food. But the service I beyond terrible. I order a hummus plate and they put 2 spoon fulls worth of hummus which amounts to a very thin layer of hummus on the bottom of the bowl. This isn't the first time either, it's been going on for years and it's always the same cheapskate dude putting as little hummus as possible. I would love to grab a bowl everyday after work but they make it so hard to want to give them my business. The hummus is suppose to be the heart of the meal!!! Not a measly dressing or condiment.

Trust me it was the most worst ever hot chocolate I have ever had in my life. It's a sheer waste of money. Staffs should be trained properly on recipes rather than taking a toll on customers. Customer once gone will never return.They also charged $5.99 for a 1 ltr water bottle of Poland Spring. Is this the real price or have we been cheated?

Pretty damn terrible. Got the falafel wrap. 2/10 You would think with all those options to choose from, the taste would be great but most things except the hot sauce are pretty alright. The worst part, it’s not even grilled or heated up and it feels like you’re just eating a falafel wrap straight out of the fridge.
