Really excellent boba shop! Had the kiwi basil tea as well as the Oreo cheese cake, and everything was terrific! Though there was a bit of a line the service was super efficient! Super clean inside and I loved that they had a digital payment terminal with descriptions of all the items. So convenient!

The cakes are light and soft. I will need to try them all. The matcha breeze tasted like premium matcha.

This milk tea shop surprised me, and is probably one of the best in the Bay Area. I ordered dirty boba with less sugar - it has a strong tea flavor which I really like. The other drink kiwi green tea is also very good, and has real fruit in it. 5 star.

Really cool place. Well decorated, makes you feel you are at your living room. Perfect flavor of BOBAS right from the warm pot, thats what makes a great boba place imho. Flavor very similar to Sharetea so KUDOS for that!!! Love the cups! They are made of a somewhat durable plastic that you can even reuse for some time on many things (remember the 3 Rs) will most def come back

Fanciest boba place in Newark/Ardenwood area. Great selection of fruit and milk based teas. I've had their Thai milk tea with boba and grass jelly, and it was straight up the best teas I've had in a while. Definitely going to be back to try their other teas. The cashier was extremely friendly and made a lot of suggestions based on my liking.

I will start by saying the drinks are on another level here! You can tell everything is freshly brewed and made to order. The teas have actual flavor not that watered down sweetness you get at other places. Feng Cha manages to get the balance perfect every single time I visit. The sweetness level is on point everytime and ice options are flexible from milk tea to fruit teas and even hot drinks. The boba is honestly some of the best I’ve had in a long time soft, warm, chewy, and perfectly cooked every time. My personal favorites are creme brulee dirty boba milk tea and mango fantasy with lychee jelly added :)

We tried the taro milk tea and a fruit tea, and both were really delicious — fresh, well-balanced, and not overly sweet. Great place for quality bubble tea. Hopefully next time we can catch their cakes too!

Good Boba place. The Boba drinks and fruit tea drinks are good. Only a little too sweet (I ordered 25% sweetness but it still was a bit too sweet for my taste so if you usually order 50% sweetness somewhere else, order 25% here maybe). What I liked the most was their cakes, I bought Tiramisu treasure and sea salt pearl and they were yummy! The chiffon cakes were very soft with the yummy toppings. The staff was very helpful also.

Hands down one of the best boba I had in long time! I tried their Dirty Boba today and it was out of the world. They have caffeinated and non caffeinated option for the boba tea. The sweetness level was perfect! Also the boba shop is super cute! The ambiance is pretty chill. Definitely coming back to try other flavors next time!

Came here on a whim for my first time as it was just down the street from a wedding I attended. I didn’t expect anything spectacular, but oh boy was I wrong! I ordered a dirty milk tea with boba for me and just a regular milk tea for another. I have been a fan of dirty milk tea in general for months now, but their version blew me away!! It had this really really cream froth on top, and on top of that was this caramelized brittle, broken up in pieces, similar to the top of a creme brûlée!! I was like what is this heavenly crunchy goodness on top?!! WOW. WOW. WOW. Whenever I come back to the Bay Area I’ll have to visit and revisit this place (is it bad to come twice in one day?!) just for this drink?! Oh man how I wish they had this franchise in Utah! That’s one of the great things about the Bay Area - you get the best of the best authentic food variety.

My drink recommendations: + Mango Au Lait (great no caffeine option!) + Bursting Dragonfruit (refreshing, but lots of seeds) + Jasmine Apple Green Tea (tangy + good tea flavor!) The staff are kind and friendly. We requested if they could play K-Pop on the TVs and they gladly did! This is a nice, casual hangout spot with lots of tables inside to sit. They have a self-service kiosk, but you are welcome to ask the staff any questions.

The space looks clean and cool to hang out in with a huge cute bear to do a selfie 🤳 with. Service was quick and easy. Next visit maybe a tempting flavored cheesecake 😜!

I ordered taro milk tea (25% sugar & less ice) with crystal boba and sea salt pearl cake. The taro milk tea was nice & super creamy - I like my boba just a tad of sweetness so 25% sugar is perfect. The crystal boba was good! They're not as chewy as regular boba but they're sweet & have crunch to it. I remembered that I love their cake. The sponge cake itself was delicious & soft but the foam was a bit too salty. The boba (pearl) were good and still chewy when I ate it at home. I probably will choose different cake flavor next time.

Good Boba place. The Boba drinks and fruit tea drinks are good. New place that opened in January 2019. Good, fresh tea. They offer some unique fruit teas as well. I haven’t tried those specialty fruit teas yet, but I’ll come back next time for them. I got the peach oolong tea with boba and coconut jelly. Not bad! Taste was standard for most tea shops. It could probably use a higher tea to water ratio though. Space was clean, trendy, warm and welcoming. Right side of the shop is more for the tea shop and left side for the food shop. Service was friendly.

New teahouse in the Fremont-Newark area A bit out of the way compared to most teaspots, in the back of Newark near the 84 bridge. The place is clean and very spacious. Oddly enough, there's a wok kitchen inside so if you happen to want fried rice or noodles with your boba, it's there. The space seems to be separated such that the left side is for people ordering food while the right side looks more like a drink shop. The standard menu includes a good variety of milk tea (they have tie guan yin and osmanthus oolong), and they go through the customization and order very thoroughly so there shouldn't be any issues with ordering. Other than that, they have different panna cotta desserts if you want to couple your sugar with more sugar. For now, the boba is fine for what it is. I can't say there's anything particularly standing out, but if you're in the area, it's not a bad choice. Will come back to try the food.

This place was happening on a rainy and cold Saturday night. The cashier was nice in providing recommendations. This place offers some unique drinks. I recommend *Peach Oolong with Durian Cheese Foam and *Dirty Boba. Parking is trick, either park in front of the store on the road, or the parking lot behind the stores.

Got a standard oolong milk tea with cheese foam at 25% sweetness. Still couldn't really taste the tea flavor and it was quite sugary so can't imagine what other sweetness levels are like. Overall though, enjoyable drink. Hung out with some friends inside after dinner and it was a chill vibe. Drinks: 6/10 Vibes: 6/10 Value: 5/10

Cute shop for tea, and dessert it too cute to eat. For drink, I will recommend four season spring tea. For dessert, sea salt pearl cake is great, not too sweet!

Their dirty boba is delish! I tried the salted caramel boba cake, and it's good. Wish they use cotton cheese cake instead of a regular sponge cake though. Too bad the durian milk foam tea has a very light taste, almost no flavor. They have a quite spacious seating area, and overall the place is clean.

A little disappointed with my drink. I got the dirty taro milk tea and I ordered 50% sugar because of the brown sugar boba, and my drink was still overly sweet.

I got the Mango Au Lait. It was a good drink, but i think it had some kind of sweetener and nothing original. Milk foam and jelly were good, but I don't recommend the flavor.

On the menu, next to Classic boba milk tea says (w/ choice of tea) so I ordered a dark roasted black milk tea. I'm not sure if the cashier heard wrong or if the receipt just doesn't say what tea you order with the milk tea, but it just said classica milk tea. I get the drink and the sticker says classic milk tea. The drink was super bland, would not go back for the milk tea. On the other hand, I loved the Tiramisu Treasure. At first I wasn't expecting much because I am really picky with cake but it was great. The place was cute and didn't not feel cramped.

Menu is pretty limited compared to other boba places and tea was average. I would go here again because it’s near where I work but definitely not my favorite.

I ordered the Thai Milk Tea, which was advertised as a creamy milk-based drink. Instead, it tasted like orange-colored water with ice, with little to no milk present. I was very disappointed, especially given the price. For an approximately $8 drink, I expected a properly made milk tea—not plain brewed tea diluted with water.

Called at 8:45pm on Sunday to place order. They close at 10. Guy said won't take order over phone. Alright. So we went there. No calamari, no almond milk. Placed 2 food and 2 drinks. Food was done in 10 mins, Boba took forever. Got our to go order, came home to no Boba in Boba tea. How can you forget Boba in Boba tea ??? Every time I went there the waiting is so long with or without other customers. Yes, I keep going back to them because it's right by my house. I'm done hence this review.
