If you are a fan of Mountain Mike's, well this one is special. You won't know it by the appearance of the place, but it's the best Mike's I have ever had .They know how to make pizza.

Daughter has quite a few allergies and staff was super patient with our family. They even texted photos of the ingredients. Pizza was great.

Love the pizza here even thought im a simple man and only get a Large pepperoni pizza. I like how they are smaller slices than other places and as good as other places. Theyre pepperoni is "flipped up" like one of Round Table's pizzas if you like that style. I wished they had a cheese crusted pizza (i havent checkdd if they do) but nonetheless; top 5 for me.

Hot, fresh and delicious pizza. I had the chicken club pizza and jalapeño poppers. The pizza was loaded with toppings and the crust was tasty. The poppers were perfectly cooked as well.

Mike's Pizza was really great and they had indoor seating employees were very friendly and nice and it was very family-friendly atmosphere. I definitely enjoyed spending time with my friend and his family

I ordered for delivery to Union City, pizza arrived hot, and delicious. I know we have a mountain mikes in UC but there's is cold, order is always wrong, and tastes like cardboard. If you live in tri-city order from this mountain mikes!!!

I recently moved to the area and have been searching for spots to patronage and I definitely think I found our new go to pizza place. So far I tried 3 other pizza spots and they have been either bad from the start or lacking in quality consistency. I've ordered from MM 3 times so far and it seems they do their best everytime. Toppings are fresh and generous and I can always find a good deal (their mailers are the best). So in other words, so far so good. Definitely recommend.

Wow, I'm shocked to see all the bad reviews, today was my first time at this location, I ordered a personal size pizza with a beer. It was out within 15-20 minutes the beer was good customer service was great and the price is right. I really hope they don't have a bug problem which I read in one of the reviews.The facility was clean, I love Mountain Mikes pizza I've been a customer for 4 years now, I hope this location has improved their service since the bad reviews a couple years ago. I really loved the pizza here. Pizza was served hot and fresh. Service was fast and friendly. The environment was welcoming they have like 4 or 5 big screens. They have a lot of parking spaces very convenient. My family had a good time and experience here.

We used to think Roundtable was the top tier of the pizza chains (and we still think it is great), but Mountain Mike's is better. The amount of customization offered on the website (which is both intuitive and easy to navigate) make this the perfect option for picky families. The two halves of any pizza can be ordered with completely different sauces, different amounts of cheese (with multiple levels, not just "extra"), and there are even vegan options (including the "cheese"). Every topping is full of flavor, so the ingredients are top shelf.

I haven't had pizza this good for a long time. This pizza place is super clean and the service is fast. Highly recommend this pizza to everyone. I got a really good deal buy any large pizza and get a small free perfect for a family with kiddo that wants their own pizza.

This place is right off the 880 freeway, they offer tons of specials on their menu. The pizza is always hot, and quick. Not to mention great tasting, they dont skimp on toppings. Affordable for the family and if youre lucky lunch the next day.

This particular Mountain Mikes is a jewel. The all you can eat adult lunch is $12.99. The food was fresh and hot and a good selection. The salad bar is fresh. They overheard that I am not eating meat and they made a cheese pizza just for me without asking. The place is clean, the service is amazing!

Have been going to this place for a few years, and their always on point. Nice customer service, quick turn around for our pizza every time. My favorite is the Garlic Tuscan with white sauce, 2nd favorite is The Everest. Both are by far the best, and they make it so delicious here.

A bit expensive but good pizza . Took my entire family and the dine in place was adequate. Will likely come here again.

Ordered a Veggie pizza today for dinner. Too good !! Cashier didn't seem to be very friendly . We asked for a change as kids wanted to get a toy out of the coin machine and his replies were not so friendly but the pizza was too good !

Pizza is better than most around these parts. Went for the All you can eat buffet. There was plenty of pizza available, and the salad was OK. Seems like they freeze the lettuce overnight. Fresh would be better.

Ordered a thin crust veggie pizza. Pizza was pretty good as usual. But I went right on pick up time and the pizza was already cold(almost). I used a coupon code for the first time and noticed the toppings were noticably less than usual :). Their pizzas are usually loaded with veggies, that's why i like them. But his one had less toppings than a domino's. Not sure if it's just a coincidence.

I love this pizza place so much!! I order it literally once or twice every week it’s the best tasting for sure. I really hate to say anything negative about it but the last 2 times I’ve ordered, I noticed the pizza has been un even almost like someone took a slice out and then tried to fit it back together. I didn’t mention it last week however it happened again this week so I wanted to bring light to it so that hopefully there can be a quality check before they put the secure seal on it. The pizza was well cooked but by the time it got to me it was warm instead of hot like you would expect a pizza to be. The wings had a jello like texture. Other than that the service was great and employees welcoming.

I went there on my lunch break for the all you can eat lunch buffet, it wasn't too busy but the tables that were available were all dirty. I asked the guy behind the register if they had any clean tables and his response was no we're pretty busy. A good manager would have came from behind the counter and cleaned one I've worked in restaurants before it doesn't take long to clean a table for one person. It took him 10 minutes before he came out to clean it. Pizza was average. Price is good tho. Your better off going to round table or shakers.

Great pizza place, one of the best looking ones where I live. The only downsid to this place is that the owner always looks at you when you're trying to enjoy your food. He gives you these "I'm watching you Wasauski, always watchin'" type vibes.

Went to this location for the lunch buffet. The food was delicious 👌 but the cashier was kinda rude. We got there right as the restaurant's lunch buffet was starting and my fiancee asked if the food was going to take awhile to get out. I hadn't eaten all day and wasn't feeling well. The cashier rudely said 5 minutes. He was just really unprofessional. Kind of ruined my day. The management was very nice.

Longtime customer. Pizza quality has declined over the past year. Service can be quite unfriendly. The chicken on the chicken bacon pizza this last time was super chewy and had an “off” flavor. And the interior of the restaurant is getting to be disgusting. They need to invest at least a little money into cleaning, reorganizing, and remodeling the interior. It currently screams “we don’t really care.” Things are literally held together with cardboard and tape. They are cutting corners. I don’t blame the hardworking employees. I believe when things get this bad, it’s 100% a reflection of the ownership. Do better. It’s simply about making good pizza and providing friendly customer service in a clean, enjoyable environment. That’s it. It is not rocket science. It’s pizza. DO BETTER.

This review is for a take-out pizza. Looks like a lot of people enjoy the lunch they serve but I've never had it. I've been to Mountain Mike's locations all over the South Bay and the pizza I got here was a shocker. Never had a pizza that had so little topping before (see photo). Still tasted like good Mountain Mike's pizza, but I'm never ordering from this location again.

Waste of money and time. Owners don’t care about your order. Thousands of MM exist. Take your money elsewhere.

I just ordered a large Pike's peak pizza with extra cheese, he gives me a 30.00 piece of bread. This place is a rip off and I will never come here again!

Wife place the order she make the mistake of ordering on fremont location and she send me here i was told by her it was $26.00 for 2 pizzas conbination large When i got there the lady told me she had no order so i told her im already here i order the same she told me she will give me 50% off. And end up with $34.00 bill 🤤 wow that is crazy so without the 50% off it was $68.00 ? And the pizza was greasy and hard edges never again 😝😝😝

Ordered online, pizza came and was wrong, garlic bread was just burnt pizza crust and did not have any marinara with it. Tried to call the store and they had no idea what I was talking about. Girl on the phone was very rude and unhelpful. Will not be ordering from this store again and will be speaking with corporate tomorrow.

One of the meats on my Everest was bad, the small round topping not the pepperoni but the meat topping that is smaller in circumference and thicker than pepperoni. It smelled bad, tasted worse and was visibly brown, whereas this topping is usually like a red pink. Hopefully this was a one off, but this type of thing is unacceptable and can get people sick. Not to mention a waste of $32 and change

It shows that this closes at 1 am but thats just bogus the day i went their after a movie it was closed at 12:00 am infact the open tags were put on …really disappointing

If I could give no stars I most definitely would. Me and my employee just came in for lunch. We only wanted a couple sliced. The older man at the register was about as rude as anyone could be. Short demanding and condescending. No wonder the entire place is empty. Wouldnt tell us his name or his managers. Steer clear. You've been warned.

I came here for their salad bar buffet. I was really craving the cottage cheese with the Jell-O but extremely disappointed that they substituted it for shredded Monterey Jack cheese??? I feel like the manager or Owner thought this was a bright idea but it’s the dumbest thing I’ve ever seen. Service: the owner in the front didn’t even smile. Terrible service. Atmosphere: they were playing the Donald Trump convention on the TV. The radish was expired I almost yaked it & the fries didn’t hit. Go to the one in Irvington!

I ordered a pizza for pickup at 9:30pm. We arrived at about 9:22, and there was probably 20 people standing on the sidewalk in front of the store talking, which we had to wade through to even get in the store. The guy running the front looked like he was mad at something, and was very dismissive. The dining room was the most disgusting dining room I have ever been in, there was beer and pizza trays on every table in the dining room. There was not one single table to sit at that was not dirty. In addition they had WWE on the TV very loud, and the only table that he finally cleaned for us, was right in front of the TV. When our pizza finally arrived at 9:35, it was not even cut all the way through so that we could eat it. I will never be back to the place, and I recommend that you go to one of the other places in the area.

I regret coming here. To begin, the guy I talked to on the phone had the quietest voice and mumbled the whole time. I found it incredibly rude. It was nearly impossible to understand him and I had to ask him to repeat himself quite a few times. When I arrived at the store, I had the misfortune of speaking to the same man. Once more, he barely opened his mouth when he spoke so I was forced to ask him to say the same thing over and over. The pizzas are cut weirdly. It looks like a classroom hit some goal so all the elementary school kids get 1/3 of a slice. The sauce tastes cheap, like you would get in a cafeteria. To be fair, the pepperonis were really crispy and tasty. But it certainly wasn't enough to save a horrible pizza. The pizza's quality made me feel bad, but the high price made me feel worse. I did not receive anything close to the quality I paid for. All in all, I would not recommend it nor return.

They delivered to wrong address and I spent 15 minutes on the phone trying to get a replacement or refund only to have them consistently pass the phone around back and forth between the delivery driver and cashier and refused to be given to a manager while they themselves argued with each other. Eventually they just hung up on me refusing any assistance. The staff is very argumentative and unprofessional would not recommend.
