Normally not a great fun of writing reviews for fast food places but since I tried the new Impossible Burger from this location, I think I will come back for more.

I go here often to get breakfast, or lunch whenever I'm craving one of their burgers. Most are done through drive thru, and these days is 100% drive thru (obviously). One thing I really appreciate is the person taking my order always sounds so energized and friendly, and it put my trust on them. So far I've never had issues with the orders. The food is, well, Burger King food. There's really not much to say about it. My food has always been cooked properly, as for the taste, well either you like fast food or don't. I will definitely continue to go to this particular branch whenever I feel like having Burger King.

Burger King what can you say? Flame broiled taste beats that over the competition every time. Great staff great location and easy to get to on public transportation or by car.

Tried the new melts sandwich...Bacon and Ham. 1) they have less calories than the crosont ones. 2) my opinion they actually taste better. I hope they keep them.

Walked up to cashier asked for 50 crowns. Dude working there was chill and let me have as many as i liked.

The fact that someone can go in here, order (in my case) 35 dollars worth of food, ask for a ranch dressing, and be told that it would be 50 cents extra per ranch pack automatically wipes burger king off of my food list . RIDICULOUS

Mixed with this burger king. I often visit because I like burger king food, but the service isn't that great. Often missing something, sauce, drink, etc. I can deal with it since it's cheap fastfood.

Very sad about this. Went to try the impossible burger and my burger had so much mayo and ketchup that, that was all I tasted and on top of that my burger was burnt. I also got the mozzarella sticks and they were so sad and dry it tasted like the great depression

Food gets worse while prices get higher

This Burger king had me waiting for a long time and missed my no. Gave me a we are sorry had to wait for them to redo my order and it was not what I ordered didn't give me my drink and fries.

Either they do not have enough waiters, or they do not pay attention to customers waiting to order.

Slow, inaccurate preparation of the items ordered. It's not easy to access this building. The staff will help each other yet customers can stand at the register and ask to have their order taken and be ignored. Management is just as disinterested in their respective jobs

The manager should probably re-train the employees to not say rude, unsolicited things to customers. BTW, in case no one has noticed this Burger King is priced significantly higher than the Fremont or Union City locations. Identical order ends up being $10 more here. The prices on the receipt don't match what's listed on menu.

Worst Burger King EVER! We always say we’re never coming back because their service SUCKS! Unfortunately I was craving Cinnabon and cinniminis were the closest thing to it nearby, so we caved. For sure. NEVER AGAIN. There is always an issue when we come here. One night it’s “The credit card scanner doesn’t work, we’re only accepting cash”. Then it’s, our shake machine it’s working. MULTIPLE TIMES we’ve encountered this problem. Today, it’s we ordered our cinniminis at the drive thru and chocolate shakes. Drive up to the window.....oh we don’t have what you ordered. We get our shakes and it’s vanilla shakes with a small smear of fudge on the bottom of the cup. Not to mention I had to ask for everything the were failing to offer. Frosting for the cinniminis. Whipped cream on the shakes. Repeating my order to me repeatedly on the speaker. Never again.

They served me a burger with rotten tomato slices. it smelled moldy so I opened it and both slices of tomato where half black. so the saw they where bad and served them anyway. Do your self a favor and skip this place they have no standards

I just left this place I wanted to use the bathroom the woman treated me very badly she told me it was for clients I told her I knew I had bought an hour before she wanted to see the receipt she yelled at me very ugly that woman doesn't need to be the boss there she treated all the employees yelling at them, I told him in Spanish to shut up and he started yelling not to speak Spanish and he insulted me in English, I hope the supervisors check the cameras to see how he treats customers and employees it was 1:50 pm 05/ 12/2022

Both staff and supervisor doesn't behave professionally to the customer and refuse to license to their customer. I was refused to offer service by their supervisor after THEY messed up with my order. I was trying to explain and they said they have right to refuse service to any customer. Even thought this customer doesn't do anything wrong, I just want to have my order be corrected and get what I wanted. They never tried to resolve the mistake they have made, instead, they blamed everything to their customer and eventually refuse to give the correct order to the customer. I have posted the same thing to all my social media account and people who have agreed or had the same experiences will never eat at Burger King. We deserve a better and professional service. The BK corporation should be more conservative when hiring people and please learn how to serve a good customer service from other places like Starbucks.

Asked to use the restroom and they said “iTs 4 CuStOmeR oNLy” so I bought a cookie. 1 of the guys went to apparently open up another restroom or fix the door, not sure what it was. Beware! I placed a walk-in order for take out, two Whopper Jrs. With cheese. The manager took my order then handed me off to an employee for payment ( the manager quickly retreated to the back). The order came to 6.84, I paid with a 20.00.. I received my order, no napkins in the bag no napkins available anywhere in dinning area, weird. In a hurry to return to my long commute I knew I had extra in the car . After I got on freeway stuck in traffic I opened my order, first bite, the bun crumbled to pieces, they left off the cheese and the meat was charcoal, I concluded this burger was Very old and had been slightly reheated! I checked my receipt to see if they charged me for cheese, ( sure enough they did) and they shorted me 5.00 in change, giving me 8.00 instead of 13.00. I shouldn't of eaten it but I was hungry and had a long drive, thankfully I made it home before the VOMITTING began. My advice, steer clear of this place!

I would of thought that they would make my whole order large but gave me 6 flat soda and the lady who was supervising gave me a sprite when I specifically asked for cherry coke. I will never go back to that horrible place I'm sticking to Jack in the Box.

Good luck on ordering from here because it will take longer than expected! Did an online pick up order for breakfast this morning. Instead of asking to do it asap I gave them an extra 30 mins. I got here & the lady said they just got my order but how is that even possible when I ordered 32 mins. And mind you there was only one car in the drive thru. Like make it make sense. Maybe they need to hire more workers because this is unacceptable. Fast food is supposed to be fast especially at a drive thru. But BK here in Newark definitely ain’t it. Someone answers the phone but nobody speaks. I always have poor service since we moved to this area. Never again.
