I’ve been ordering from Papa John’s in Newark-on-Trent for ages, and honestly, they’ve never let me down. Every single time the pizza is fresh, hot, and absolutely packed with flavour. The crust is always perfect, the toppings generous, and the quality is spot on. The team are friendly and efficient, and delivery is quick without fail. It’s great value for money and consistently top-notch – this branch really knows what they’re doing. If you’re in Newark-on-Trent and want a pizza you can rely on, Papa John’s is the place. First order since reopening. Delivery on time, food hot and delicious. Sensible level of topping and cheese (not too much cheese, some people may want more, but thats never been how papa johns have done pizza). Easy to order on the website

Had a pizza from Papa John’s the other day and it was spot on. Arrived hot, tasted fresh, and the toppings were actually decent instead of the usual tiny bits you get from some places. The crust was soft but still had a bit of crunch, and the garlic dip just makes everything better. Delivery was quick too. Overall, really solid pizza

First time here with my wife to get a takeaway and we had a giant pizza (works), not only delicious but very reasonable. The garlic sauce was however inedible and we should have gone for the bbq sauce instead. We would gladly return here again when in town.

Barely any toppings or cheese on this Large pizza. It's sad and disappointing. We stopped going to Newark Papa John's because of a previous issue. I thought I would give them another try. It's edible but a local place that sells pizza wouldn't be so stingy. No wonder Papa John's is losing business left, right, and center. Closing down everywhere. It's just a matter of time before this one closes too.

Undercooked pizza, not even tomato sauce on it. Barely any toppings. Called and complained, dispatched with replacements received an hour later. Still undercooked but at least it had tomato sauce this time. Still hardly any toppings, got a free drink to apologise but considering how many times this PJ has got the order wrong, late or downright inedible now, we won’t ever order from here again. I advise you don’t either, if you want a decent pizza delivery, call Grilliano’s in Newark.

This is not online disappointing as it’s significantly less food but the item is significantly cheaper than the one we’d ordered. I called the store as I thought it was just a mistake or the wrong order but the person who answered was incredibly rude and gave half hearted excuses instead of actually listening. Will never be ordering again.

Ordered food for it to say 'preparing food' on the tracker for over a hour and when I rang up over 5 times no one answers with an automatic robot saying the store is closed. Why let people order from you then online? Papa johns is clearly open on a friday at 12pm. Been scammed and can't even get through to them.
