I used to work at Sbux 15 yrs ago and this store is in my top 5 of the most friendly, best overall Starbucks ever! Been coming here for years with great experiences. I just moved into the neighborhood so this is my new Sbux home base... You guys rock, keep it up!!! You are much appreciated.

Always really great people in here :) Lauren is amazingly sweet and really helpful, she took my order today and she was lovely. Matthew is also wonderful and super sweet every time we come in. Love going to this store ❤️

Great service. Staff was friendly and polite when seating wasn't available and when it was they came out to clean the tables. Everyone who works here was polite and preformed optimally. Best bet if your a walk in or pick up customer.

My visit was on a Friday around lunch time in the summer. Only saw one Barista at first and then a second Barista joined her. They still managed to get my drinks and snacks promptly. They deserved 20% tip for excellent service!

This is one of my favorite locations of the national chain. The staff are always cheerful from opening through rushing in at the last minute before closing. They patiently describe new, or seasonal, offerings, and welcome personal recipe adaptations.

I just love this place!! I miss some of the old bristas! Sammie is truly awesome!! I’m starting to get a positive vibe from Jules. Thanks for awesome making my drinks perfectly! Not all Starbucks are the same!!!

Excellent Starbucks. The crew was in great spirits when I visited which always adds to a positive experience. But the best part is this Starbucks has 8 or 9 comfy chairs! While a lot of Starbucks are dumping their comfy chairs for hard uncomfortable wood ones, this one has 9 comfy ones to sit in! So awesome! I wish this Starbucks was in my neighborhood.

I used to live within walking distance of this location, but sadly I moved a bit further away, and although this location is out of my way I particularly come here still simply because of the exemplary service. The whole team is so sweet and they make a concerted effort to remember not only my drink, but my name. That is so important and personalized when it comes to service. Although the whole team rocks, my fav employees are Collin, Will and Chance. Those were the employees that really make you feel welcome. Thank you Starbucks!

The service was great as always. Had fun chatting with another customer. They were able to customize our order to our dietary needs. My husband got the new Strawberry funnel cake frappuccino without coffee, he rates it 3/5 I rate it at 4/5. It wasnt his favorite tho so we will try something new next time. I got my pink drink again and they got my extra light ice right 😍 5/5.

Very slow. Very very slow. Slowest with food in the morning. Starbucks app is usually off by 5 minutes. Edit: still always packed, but barista with blue hair is on point. She gets drinks out correct and fast.

I was there 8:50 this morning, grabbing two travelers for a meeting. I was told to wait 15 mins due to heavy backlogs. I said ok because my meeting started 9:30. They didn't work on my order until 30 mins later when I asked for it. It took another 25 mins to finally get my coffee. I was so late for my meeting after almost an hour waiting. To be fair, I was offered half of my money back. I don't need it, I want my time back. Very unhappy customer...

Power went out, we were told we had to leave because of Starbucks' cold, sterile corporate policy. I called support to complain, they told me they won't do anything about it. Go to Raggamuffin instead, they will let you finish your drink in the shop even if the power goes out. Edit: To the "owner's" robo response: you are supposed to call me. That was what I was told after spending 90 mins on chat and phone. Worse than this little outage, I learned that starbucks customer service is absolute garbage. Too many multinational corporate policies keeping you from doing the right thing. How hard is it to issue a $5 gift certificate?

I don't like this Starbucks. They are a little too busy. They rarely clean the counter. There's always something yucky on the floor. The staff never greets to you when you walk in. I tried all of the Starbucks from Calabasas to Newbury Park and this by far the worst one. Instead of going here go on the other side of the freeway to the Starbucks on Kelly and Newberry Road. It is the best one, next in line is the one on Moorpark and Hillcrest.
