Instead of feeling like a bar, it feels more like a vibe experience. I had a Blaze Toasted Rye neat with a Machinist cigar, which was a good pairing. The staff were very helpful! A definite must-visit again!

A Timeless, Refined Atmosphere – Perfect for a Lowkey Celebration Came in on a Saturday night to celebrate my brother’s birthday. He wanted something nonchalant, lowkey, and manly, and this spot perfectly delivered. To elevate the evening, we all dressed in Roaring ‘20s attire, adding to the classy, vintage ambiance. The service was brief, professional, and courteous, ensuring we had what we needed without unnecessary interruptions. The bourbon and wine selection was impressive, catering to both casual drinkers and connoisseurs. Most of us went for Old Fashioneds, while I opted for a Cabernet—a perfect choice to complement the atmosphere. As expected, the aroma of cigars fills the air, so if you’re sensitive to smoke, be prepared—it’s part of the authentic lounge experience. Their cigar cellar, though small, is well-stocked with options ranging from $6 to $50. While I don’t have the most refined cigar palate, I stuck with a classic and wasn’t disappointed. Towards the end of the night, we were treated to a duet of talented musicians—two ladies performing Spanish violin music with stunning vocals. This was an unexpected but elegant touch, enhancing the already refined ambiance. If you’re looking for a place to unwind, sip quality drinks, and enjoy a relaxed yet upscale atmosphere, this lounge is highly recommended. I’ll definitely be back!

Happen to stumble upon this place as I was in the area. My first time ever in Kentucky, I was warmly greeted by summer. She gave me a brief guide on where to find the cigars. Later, she made me an espresso and we chatted a bit about work, life in Kentucky, and great general conversation. She was warm and genuinely welcoming and I truly appreciate that . You guys have a gem on your hands and hope she is well taken care of . Atmosphere was perfect and ideal for a cigar shop , love it . Beautiful place . I’ve found my Kentucky cigar home . Thank you

Amazing place for a drink and cigar! Great and knowledgeable bartender; good cigar selection, and comfy places to sit with plenty of TVs and good music. Great for bigger groups too! Went here for a pre wedding trip and would 100% recommend it! Classy place to just get together.

Original review March 2020: After many years of coming to the Cincinnati area on business there is finally a nice cigar lounge. It is very spacious, good ventilation and a very relaxing setting. The staff is friendly and the drinks are very reasonably priced compared to other places I've been. Had a chance to chat with the owner Dallas who is a good guy and very knowledgeable about cigars. Check em out. Updated 4/11/25 - I had the pleasure of going back to Blaze Cigar Lounge this week and it is still going strong after my first visit 6 years ago. Summer had an amazing knowledge about cigars and a personality to match. And Shelly who is new is an amazing bartender and great addition to the Blaze staff. She is very personable and make amazing drinks. 🫡

The first time I came here I was in Newport for a wedding, we went to this lounge and everything about it was great from service to cigar. Naturally, when I was back in town for work I had to visit again and it was every bit as good. Their bourbon selection is fantastic and well priced, the cigars are great, the service is phenomenal, and the beer is cold. 10/10 will be back!

The service here is beyond excellent!! The staff members are always respectful and treat you very well. They are consistently knowledgeable about drinks, cocktails, and cigars. Plus they have deals throughout the week and live music throughout the month. Add on to some Neo-Soul R&B with sports and you got the best cigar lounge in the Tri-State Area!

Great cigar lounge in visit when traveling. The humidor has a good selection of your favorite sticks. Very friendly service and good air quality. Sometimes it can be hard to find a nice place to enjoy a drink and a cigar but this is a very nice place. You should give it a try... you'll like it, I guarantee it!

Brought my father-in-law there as a gentlemen’s hangout for his birthday, and had an amazing time! I didn’t know anything about cigars, but Summer was great at teaching and making sure I got the right cigar base off of my pallet! Shelly made GREAT cocktails and they both provided great convos that made the experience match the atmosphere! We really didn’t want to leave! A must go place if you’re in the area!

Been comin here for a few years every time i come to Cincy and I am never disappointed...best service...best bar and best cigar bar in the tri-state! Finally tried one of the Liga Blaze cigars and it was great! Great stick! Great burn and tasty as Hell! Keep up the great work Blaze! Ya'll are hands down the best around! You the man Dallas!!!

I was visiting from Wisconsin and was warmly greeted by Summer and Sierra. They made me feel like I was a regular immediately. The vibe was great, thr regulars were fun and welcoming and the house beand cigar was delicious. The only recommendation I can think of is to have matches, for those who forget to bring our own. I can't wait to come back to Cincinnati again!

Stopped in for a birthday cigar and the staff was excellent. Enjoyed some great whiskey with our cigars. Definitely a unique place to drop into!

Nice lounge, full bar and food. The humidor was very small and limited selection. Probably best described as a drink and dine that is cigar friendly.

Nice place for a after dinner drink & cigar outside during summer months. Inside was small & to smokey for us with very little ventilation. However, service was nice and attentative. Bartender made delicious drinks & wings were tasty. The gentleman manning the cigar room answered our questions and offered adequate cigar selections unfortunately cigar room was small.

First, the bartender made me an old fashion when I asked for smoked old fashion. She did apologize and fixed it. It was really good. Second, the music was abruptly stopped. I asked if the music could come back on and was told "football". What does that have to do with me?! Nothing. I came for the vibes, cigars, drinks, and good music. Not to mention, i spent almost $200 as well. Like most cigar lounges, the game could have played without sound and music could have continued as well. Not everyone wants to be forced to watch/listen to football at a cigar lounge, there's plenty of bars for that. And then decided to be petty and kept the sound on the TV an hour plus AFTER the game was already off. Take into consideration that some folks want to hear music while enjoying their cigar. Again, both could have been on at the same time.
