Stopped in to get a large diet Coke. Service was fine, the facility was clean. The only concern I have is one large diet Coke was over $4. Maybe there is inflation but that seemed a bit pricey to me.

The floors are greasy where the customers eat & walk. Also, the gravy has changed. It was really bad. I won't be getting chicken strip baskets anymore. What happened Newton. I'll go to Effingham from now on.

Some drive-thru chick with the name Austin was really shitty towards me when I went up to the window. All I ordered was two small blizzards so I don’t know what her problem was.

We visited this place around 1pm and they were sort of busy. That is fine, I understand that. But the lady on the headset was pretty rude, was trying to rush us along. Also, we tried ordering about 3 different things that were advertised, but they said they weren't selling yet. Then, we had to go back because part of our order was forgotten. The only thing that helped was the 2nd young lady who came to the window to give us our stuff was nice. Also, the Chicken Bacon Ranch sandwich was definitely not worth the money.

My husband and I ordered chicken strip baskets. The fries were barely warm and tasted like they had been sitting out for quite a while. The toast was so hard, you couldn't even bite into it. The chicken wasn't hot and seemed like it had been sitting out a while too. We have always enjoyed eating at that Dairy Queen, but we're very disappointed this time

Waited 30 minutes for my food and when I went and asked about it I was given cold food. I don’t think this is the staff’s fault I think this is poor management and training.

Very disappointed. Walked in and stood and waited to give order because employees were to busy talking to wait on us. Got our food, 2 single cheeseburger meals. The burgers were cold. The buns were dry and hard. And the fries were cold. Couldn't even eat it all it was so bad. And to beat all, there was a sign on the wall where we set that said "Best burgers in town". I feel sorry for newton if this is their best.

I ordered a chicken strip basket with NO gravy, but I got gravy anyway. My fries were cold, and so was my chicken. The workers were slow. It took 15 minutes for my food to get out to me. Fast food? More like slow food. Fan food? More like I’m not a fan food🙄👎🏻

I went through the drive thru and placed my order for a medium s’mores blizzard a pup cup and a strawberry banana blizzard. I get to the window and paid for my items the handed me the s’mores blizzard and the pup cup. Then when they handed me my blizzard they said here is your banana split blizzard. I let them know I didn’t order that and I asked what was in it and they said it was basically the same thing but it has pineapple’s in it. I cannot have pineapple. One of the gals loudly said oh my god with an attitude. The one at the drive thru said they do not have a strawberry banana blizzard. I found it strange because I either get a strawberry banana shake or blizzard at this establishment. If I would have taken a bite of the blizzard they was handing me I would have had a severe allergic reaction and ended up in the hospital. What truly disturbed me was the behavior of the employee who made my blizzard and how she reacted in front of me and other customer’s inside the establishment. If this is the kind of people they hire then I will drive 20 miles out of my way to get great service and no attitude from Dairy Queen employees. I will definitely start getting my ice cream from effingham or greenup because they have never had any problems making my shake or blizzard and they always have great customer service attitude.

I wish I could leave NO STARS the place was so dirty every and I repeat EVERY table had not been wiped down customers were standing around because none wanted to sit at a dirty table the floors had napkins and food we ordered two peanut buster parfaits paid and left to sit in our vehicle we are frequent customers yet it might be our last visit we might take a few extra minutes and drive to Greenup or head west towards Effingham. My husband allowed us to stay in there long enough to get our desserts and leave or I'd have taken pictures it was DISGUSTING!
