Applebees at the mall was too lazy to serve us. Told us there would be a twenty minute wait, while the entire restaurant was empty. So we walked across the road to LongHorn. It was our first time at the chain. The food was fantastic, comparable to many high end steak restaurants - and the service was impeccable. Jaime was our server. Top notch. And the the least impressive part was that it cost probably half or less than a steakhouse in Toronto. Highly recommend.

The waiter Jason was amazing.The french onion soup was the best I have had in years. All four dinners we cooked well. The only thing I would change is accessibility for mobile units. the space it tight.

One of the best stake houses i’ve visited and had decent stake. Even though the meet was little bit dry, it is totally worth visit i g and trying their stake. Big selection and very easy to figure out what kind of stake or other dish to pick. Staff very friendly and professional, providing full information and recommendations. Overall totally loved the place and will definitely visit them one day. Prices are totally acceptable. Thank you for great experience and most delicious food.

Service was great, very friendly from the moment we got in to the time we left. Definitely a place to go for steaks! We had a Porter house and ribeye. Which were perfectly cooked, medium rare. The steaks were juicy. Nicely seasoned. If you like flavourful and heavier on the seasoning they do a great job, you do have an option to ask for or it to lightly seasoned as well. All the sides we got were impressive. The Caesar Salad was great and the raspberry dressing was such a refreshing salad. If your into soups the lobster chowder was a great option. The rice pilaf was flavourful and had a touch of heat to it pairing well with the steak. The brussel sprouts was impressive, it's probably the best I've ever had. It was crispy, tossed in butter and honey. Would definitely get it again.

Excellent food and great service! Longhorn did it again! Our family stopped by Longhorn Steakhouse at Niagara Falls for dinner in July 2024. We've been to a few Longhorn restaurants before and we love their menu, juicy steaks, and delicious appetizers. Longhorn of Niagara Falls met and exceeded our expectations. All ordered food was scrumptious and we truly enjoyed it. Our waitress Jazlynn was polite and attentive. Steaks were cooked properly and to the asked temperature. Portions were very generous. We highly recommend Longhorn of Niagara Falls if you are in the area and are looking for great steaks. Food ordered Appetizers Chicken Wings - fresh and juicy. Cheddar stuffed Mushrooms - this is one of our favorite appetizers in Longhorn chain and we can't stop ordering it :) Strawberry & Pecan Salad - this is also our favorite and it was delicious as always Entrees - The pictures say it all! Steaks were flavorful, juicy, and perfectly cooked! Outlaw Ribeye 20oz with Baked Potato - even though all steaks were great, The Outlaw Ribeye beat them all! My son had it and others wished they ordered the same. Ribeye 12oz with Crispy Brussels Sprouts - delicious Longhorn special Brussels sprouts nicely accompanied the Ribeye. Renegade Sirloin 8oz with Sweet Potato and Roasted Mushrooms - this was tougher than ribeye though still good. Kids Sirloin - even kids steak was excellent! My daughter loved it and asks to visit Longhorn again.

We had an exceptional dinner here at Longhorn. The food was incredible. We had steaks, grilled shrimp, and the parmesan crusted chicken and we were all very happy with our decisions. Both steaks were cooked exactly how we had ask them to be prepared. You pay extra here, but the quality is WORTH every penny. Our server Dean was top notch. I highly recommend eating here.

I took my son and granddaughter out for my son's birthday dinner. We arrived shortly before 6pm. We were seated in the back which was good because my granddaughter had just woken up from her nap and was a little cranky so we didn't want to disturb other guests had she started to make a fuss. Our server Shelby offered us menus and asked if we knew what we would like to drink. We started off with a couple cocktails to celebrate my son's birthday. She brought us out drinks and we were able to order quickly. She brought us our bread and salad and soup and my strawberry shortcake that I ordered before my meal. My son ordered a 12 oz sirloin dinner and I ordered a chicken and ribs combo and the baby got some tenders off of the kids menu. We got our food fairly quickly and it was prepared perfectly. My son raved about the Mac and cheese which was phenomenal. I loved the flavor of my Parmesan chicken as well as the Mac and cheese. I did have a salad and part of my shortcake so I didn't eat much. My son tried the barbecue sauce and said it was good. He's also a cook so he likes to compare his food to others. Shelby was quick to take away our dirty plates and get us take out containers and bags. She checked on us several times to see if everything was ok. Overall we were completely satisfied with our food and service. I'll be returning next week to celebrate another birthday

Brought a friend here for his first "American dinner": steak and mashed potatoes haha. There was a long wait if you wanted a table but we were able to sit right away but choosing the high tops in the bar area. The waitress was amazing and super nice. Food was good. We had a great time.

20 minutes wait for a table for six in a Saturday evening which was not bad! Food and service were both above par comparing to similar restaurants in Canada! The back ribs was very nicely cooked and I would say flawless - juicy, tender and soft. Definitely would come back again when visiting the area again!

Been here a few times, had 1 bad experience, but I thought I would give this place another chance and it was well worth it, wait staff was great and the manager asked my wife and I to let him know how everything was, and it was amazing, we will definitely be back.. They're sweet. Tea is excellent! It's homemade sweet tea. Not out of a fountain drink machine. The Parmesan crusted spinach dip... Excellent! Their steaks were really great too! Sweet potato... Great! Mac and cheese... Great! The noodles are longer than usual which makes it kind of fun to eat! They serve a loaf of bread with butter at the beginning of the mill if you would like... Deliciousness! The staff is friendly and helpful. They anticipate your need rather than constantly having to ask for things as I have experience at other restaurants since I have been in New York for about a year. I'm from the south where anticipating the needs of your guests is mandatory. Up here. Seems kind of optional. She kept our drinks full. I wish I could remember her name! We will definitely be back!

Longhorn Steakhouse is my new favourite place to eat. OMGoodness!!! The salmon meal was a good sized portion & so flavourful. The mango lemonade was just so refreshing & the Asparagus which my husband shared with me from his dish. Now to Angela, the waitress! Talk about excellent service! She was cheerful, knowledgeable & had everything you needed in her apron. We will definitely be back!

During my trip to Niagara Falls I indulged in the full rack of baby back ribs at LongHorn Steakhouse, and it was nothing short of spectacular. The ribs were tender, falling off the bone with each bite, and the smoky flavor was perfectly complemented by their signature BBQ sauce-sweet with just the right amount of tang. Paired with their seasoned fries and a refreshing side salad, this meal was truly satisfying. The atmosphere was welcoming, and the service was attentive, enhancing the overall experience.

I know it's a steakhouse but can't stop ordering the ribs when we come. Ample portions & delicious every time. Had the Parmesan Crusted Spinach Dip for appetizer(enough for 4 people) a very nice salad & fresh bread. We ordered the Loaded Baked Potato without salt. The manager, Beckie, was delightful. She took the time to talk with us and made us feel very welcome. Definitely will be back !

Update: went again today for lunch, group of 3 ppl everyone enjoyed their lunch! Great value for money as the steaks include unlimited bread, a salad and a side! Ate dinner here Sunday evening after a shopping trip in Niagara. Family of 4, we shared the Onion crisp appetizer - it was awesome, even my picky son enjoyed them and he never eats onions. I ordered the Ribeye with a loaded baked and salad, steak was cooked perfect, potato was huge but a little under cooked. Wife ordered a sirloin (well done, don't judge) it came out undercooked and we didn't see our waitress after food was delivered so she didn't eat her steak. One kids meal was the steak and its an amazing value for the meal + a drink, other child had the kids fingers also a good portion and price. We do enjoy it here as the restaurants are always clean and service is good as is the food and prices. Waitress was very good about the steak not being cooked right and removed from the bill. We will be back for sure!

Food was great, the lady that brought out our meal was great, but our waiter was a jerk. He never gave his name, mumbled when talking to us, made brief passes asking how our food was and when we tipped him he gave a very snarky and rude remark. When dining there again would change seats if he waited on us again.

The Smokehouse Wings and mashed potatoes were really good. I would highly recommend. However, they lacked on refills. Also, be extra clear when ordering steak. My husband ordered medium well and his steak was medium rare.

This particular time, I ordered the bourbon glazed salmon with brussel sprouts and asparagus (although broccoli is pictured). Overall, it was ok. The salmon was cooked perfectly, but no flavor from the glaze. The asparagus tasted quite salty and oily. Same with the sprouts. Service and atmosphere were great as always.

I ordered the 12oz USDA Choice New York strips with fries and loaded baked potato. I asked my server to make sure my fries are hot and crispy. She offered seasoning on the fries and I was ok with that. My first bite to my steak was bold heavy flavor but very salty. The fries was super salty. I didn’t want to complain about it because I had a super long day and I was really tired. I couldn’t finish the meal because they were really salty. At the end, I told my server about it. She said that it’s because of the seasoning. She asked me to do light salt or no salt at all for the fries. For the steak, she explained that’s because of the bold flavor of the seasoning. I told her salty and seasoning are totally two different things. Anyway, our server was friendly and she asked if I wanted to speak to the manager. I refused to do it. It was a pleasant dinner overall. Hopefully I know how to order next time.

The steak itself wasn't the best i've ever had but was still good. Great service. I personally really enjoyed the french onion soup.

Excellent meal, excellent service, friendly staff. I recommend this location over the Cherktowaga one. Their competitor "Texas Roadhouse," in Cheektowaga is better, except the loaf of whole wheat bread is a nice touch for Longhorn Steakhouse.

Booths need cleaning, serious dusting and wiping off the sticky stuff would go along way. Some servers are really great! Others provide you with the wrong food, go missing for 30 minutes at a time, etcetera. It really depends on who you get. The food is really good though, everything is always fresh, and cooked well, which keeps us coming back even though it could use a good clean up and some of the servers could use a little more training.

Had a nice dinner the steak was cooked as ordered however it was a little on the cool side. The baked potato was about the same. The French onion soup was good and hot. Overall experience was good The waitress was not really friendly or engaged with us. Plates were kind of roughly handled. I have had better there.

LongHorn is consistent with good food. I'm not a huge fan of chain restaurants when there are other excellent options available. However, there is something to be said for consistency. They have a strawberry chicken salad that is a large portion and delicious.

The menu here isn't quite extensive so you'd think the food would be perfected when made to order. We got a new York strip which was cooked perfectly but the rib eye we got was over cooked! It is a thinner piece of meat so it shouldn't take long to cook. While it tasted good it was heavy on the salt. We paired It with grilled shrimp and mashed potatoes. The mash was good bit the grilled shrimp was definitely the star of the plate. We also ordered the chicken fingers for the kids but they toi were heavy on the salt and over cooked. Luckily this location had friendly wait staff. The restaurant itself was clean too. We didn't have to wait for a seat as we arrived shortly before 6 pm. But it does get busy. Next time we come back I will definitely try another type of steak with those mouth watering shrimp!

We were hungry and wanted a tasty balanced sit down meal. We found this Longhorn close to Niagara Falls and so glad we did. We were greeted promptly and the hostess was nice and took us to our table. We did have to wait a while for our server to come by, but she apologized for the wait and explained that there was a shift change and that she was taking over the area we were seated. The explanation sure was appreciated. We ordered the Renegade Sirloin and Redrock Shrimp and the Longhorn Salmon. Both were very tasty, filling, and we had leftover food. The Caesar salad and the House salad were fresh and the dressing and ingredients were balanced. A good meal and it was a good safe choice.

Great decor, ok food. Hostess brought our party of two to a booth, but we requested a change to a table and there were five empty tables we passed. They were saving them for a large party coming in, so we would have to wait a few minutes while she checked the other side, which also had five empty tables. After she talked server into taking us (🤤) we knew we were off to a rocky start. We ordered drinks, then our server came back to explain they were out of mint and they hadn't informed him. We had noticed communication is a problem here. Dinner was fine and adequate portions.

They had cute holiday decorations but otherwise it was a no-frills steakhouse. I ordered my meat medium but there was only a bite still pink, so I'd under order next time. Also ordered Parmesan crust which they forgot to add, and by the time they came to check on us, I had eaten most of it so it was pointless when they offered to "add it on quickly" so they took it off the bill. As you can see from the photo, there isn't any presentation involved in the meal, and my sweet potato was three times the size of another sweet potato at my table so I won that lottery. It was loaded with several healing tablespoons of sugar so be aware if you say yes to cinnamon sugar, it's A LOT of sugar. Salad was also quite large but had minimal Caesar dressing on it so it was hard to finish without toppings. Bathrooms were big and clean.

My good was very good. The cleanliness was something not to be desired. I didn't want to move my feet around for fear of getting whatever was under my table on my shoes and taking it back into the real world!

This is the 2nd time we attended this location prior to wonderful experiences at other Longhorns. The food is okay but both times service was poor. Hostess sat us at a table and told us Stephanie would be our server. While we waited we did not have a wine list but the Hostess was not to be found. When the waitress finally showed up, we asked for a wine list and this seemed to feel as we put her out. She got us one and again made us wait. Her attitude certainly made us feel not welcomed.

Food has seemed to go downhill over the past year, but they are very good with accomodations for allergies. Service was pleasant, however we felt rushed and there were lots of empty tables. Never offered more bread when we were waiting and finished the first loaf. Atmosphere was fine, could use a good deep cleaning one of these days.

I used to love the porkchops at Longhorn. On my last visit they weren't very good. They weren't tender and juicy like they used to be. A worker there mentioned that they are not the same ones that they used to have. I probably won't be back. Sad.

Great food! Good option if you are around this area and food is very good with good price for lunch as well. It’s just right across the Fashion Outlet so it’s a better alternative to Olive Garden and other restaurants. The bread is tasty while we had the free appetizer since we completed the newsletter registration earlier. Longtime to receive food for our party of about 15 people. When food came out something was cold on all our plates. Waitress seemed very irritated but towards the end when it was almost time for the check she try to be pleasant.

There was not a hostess to greet us, we had to wait for her to come from the back kitchen, my husband had to actually walk back there to get someone’s attention. Then our service was slow, that being said, they gave our waitress too many tables to look after and one of them was a party of 4. Overall the food was good and I would go back.

Typical longhorn steakhouse atmosphere, nice, simple, low light, not on top of each other, well suited booths and tables. Service was okay, sat quickly as the area isn't very busy and it was a Wednesday night at 6pm. Immediately took drink order, but put our order for food in wrong which wasn't great. Things do happen, but two items were absolutely wrong. Then the manage came over and said, "I apologize, okay" then walked away. It was very strange. One person in our party got their food after everyone was already done. Really wasn't happy with their response to bad service. Food that was accurate was made well except know that the new corn the cob was like eating from a seasoning jar with a spoon. Not great. "Loaded" means a teaspoon of sour cream, cheese and bacon, not of each. All together. Not the best presentation. Skimpy portioning. So ask for more. Stuffed mushrooms were great as an appetizer, Mac and cheese side is worth the up charge.

Went there to celebrate a birthday. We got there and got sat down at the same time as a basketball team. We waited 20 minutes and nobody came to get our drink orders. We were walking out and the hostess offered to call the manager to help us. The manager was rude but the co-manager Becky was so lovely. She had the best service, she was quick, she was honest and apologetic. Love our experience with her. We ordered a few things, pictures attached.

We recently went here for our anniversary dinner. We were sat right away with no wait which was awesome. But it kinda went downhill after that. Our server quickly said hi to us and then said she would be right back. Sometime went by and other employee asked us if our server had been to our table. We said yes and that we were just waiting for her to come back. She finally came back and apologized for the wait and said something along the lines of her computer being broken? We said no worries and proceeded to order our whole meal including drinks as we had enough time to decide while we waited for her to come back. . She eventually brought us our drinks and the appetizer and then disappeared for a while. I could see her at the bar on multiple occasions appearing to flirt with one of the customers sitting there ( for quite some time ) . Eventually she came back over with a Caesar salad in her hand and asked if we had received ours. We said no not yet, and then she walked away with the Cesar salad still in her hand and went through an employee door. About 10 seconds later another server came out that same door with which appeared to be the same cease salad and places it on our table. A short while after that our server brought out our meals. She checked on us for a brief moment after that and then we didn’t see her for the rest of the night. We finished up and stacked the dishes to the side of the table waiting for her to come back to see if we could have a box. About 20 minutes went by and the same employee from earlier asked if our orginal had been back to give us a box? We said no and he apologized and got us a box. After we packed the leftovers we waited patiently for her to come back so we could order dessert. Almost 35 mins went by and she never came back. Finally the same employee as earlier again came with our bills and apologized on her behalf and mumbled something about him“ having a conversation about everything with the boss” We hadn’t said anything about the situation we just kept quiet, so obviously they knew this experience and service was less then ideal. When we looked at the bill we thought maybe they would make up for it by offering a discount for the inconvenience or maybe comping our drinks ( a Coke and a Pip) but unfortunately they did not. They just offered another apology when we were leaving after we paid We’ve been here once before and it was great. However this time has us wondering if we will return. Hopefully they can give this server some training so she doesn’t miss out on potential tips from costumers ( we still tipped her , as we hoped maybe some of it would go to those that helped us)

Went here this wkend (7.2021) as I had no choice due to family deciding where we eat. Being in a restaurant that is basically surrounded by meats and myself being a vegetarian was sort of traumatic but never the less, I decided to have 2 sides for dinner. I had the mashed potatoes, which was decent in taste. But the stuffed seasoned mushrooms were definitely not to my taste. It tasted meaty flavored and was completely grotesque tasting. It was absolutely one of the worse meals/sides I've had thus far. The 2nd star is really for the waitress we had. She was very sweet and tried to make things right due to the fact that both meals of my dad and brother were done wrong..both were raw/undercooked.

The Food was ok. My steak was rare when I asked for medium rare. Food was not hot. My husband ordered the burger rare and it was well done. And missing all the ingredients he was offered with it.. like the Aoili and ketchup and even mayonnaise... and no bacon either!! They did how ever remade it for him to bring home! Which was a plus. My waitress was always nowhere to be found or talking with friends about another restaurant/bar everytime we needed any assistance... I would have rather cooked at home but my husband wanted to take me out for our anniversary dinner....

Not sure this place actually lives up to all the hype and I’ll tell you why … A) The Longhorn Porterhouse is for sure, Overrated ! We specifically Asked for the meat to be “Medium” and it came out between Rare n Medium Rare. The Loaded Mash was Blaaa… Kegs In Canada serves Better Steak. B) We asked for a Outlaw Ribeye - Guess What… Then Din Have Any 🙄 C) The Ribeye … Was Chewy They said, that all the steaks have some special seasoning 🧂, I guess someone forgot to season the batch on the 19th of Feb. 😬 All in All, Not Worth The Hype… Totally Overrated.

Uneventful!!! My meat was super tough but I understand that was the cut of the meat so I didn't make a big deal about it. The server suggested take it back to cook a little bit more but I don't ever send plates back. The place was loude and the atmosphere was not good. There was this blonde server that was helping the table next to me and she was YELLING at people at a distance making it so loud and Uneventful.

I recently dined at Longhorn, and unfortunately, my experience was far from pleasant. After waiting a long 50 minutes for my meal, the beef finally arrived cold. To add to the disappointment, when I politely asked the waiter about the long wait time, I was met with rudeness and a dismissive attitude. Given the combination of poor service and subpar food, I can’t recommend this place. There are plenty of better options in the area where you’re treated with respect and served a warm meal.

My friend and I went to have dinner after not seeing each other for a long time. At first the waitress was nice, but after we got our main course she rushed us out. It's almost like her shift was over and she was waiting for her tip. We both ordered the ribeye and we both had the same opinion...the steak was tough. My friend ordered hers well done and I ordered medium rare. The rest of the food was ok but what good is that when the thing you craved the most is a disappointment? Tonight my family & I were eating at the restaurant and something happening I never thought in my life would happen to me. As I wait for my salad to come out it finally came I took a bite out of it and bit into a razor which then my lingual bar for my permanent retainer came off the bracket. As I told the managers what happened and made the incident report and get insurance information for my lawyers to contact tomorrow I inspect the razor and realize it was rusted. Coke to find out it is a box cutter. Never in my life did I ever think this would happen.

My husband and I went to the steak house on milestrip road today.I can't walk far.because I have a disability. I told the hostess. And she walked us over to the other side/furthest table in the restaurant. We sat down.and the smell in the restaurant with disgusting.I told my husband I can't sit here and eat dinner with that smell.he said it smells like a gas leak or spoiled food.he said let's get out of here.so we left.this is not the first time.I brought to there attention about seating handicap people on the other side of the restaurant. Oh I forgot.the waitress said they only had on server.so we had to be seated in that area.really are you kidding me? Someone needs to get things straightened out there.

Unfortunately, all three of our steaks arrived burnt—not just one, but every single one. This was especially disappointing because we always make a point of stopping here after our stays in Niagara Falls. Due to this experience, we won't be returning.

Niagara Falls welcomed us kindly, except for this restaurant, which made us wait 30 minutes to join two tables when the restaurant was empty with employees chatting. We felt like they didn't want to serve us. So much so that we decided to leave after waiting 45 minutes.

The waitress I had was horrible. It's like she didn't want to be bothered. The food at the Niagara Falls location was probably the worst I've ever had at a Longhorn Steakhouse. I'd recommend getting gas station food before I ate there again.

Smells like dirty old carpet as soon as you walk in. Strange person greeting and seating, then they put us next to a hole in ceiling. Waitress was terrible, she didn't deliver the food and never stopped back to ask how it was or if we needed anything. Cook thinks medium rare is the same as raw.

I want to go back but , something was off with the steak. It tasted like lighter fluid. I wondered why. I should have said something but the server was really nice. This never happens with the hamburgers there. I just don't like to complain. If the Longhorn sees this review and looks into it maybe I'll try the Ribeye again.

My server(myashia or kyashia i think that’s her name) took forever to greet us, she was unprofessional and talked mess about another table to us saying how bad they smell, disappeared for long periods of time and talked to us in a completely different demeanor.
