Opinions de Rainforest Cafe Niagara Falls
We went there for the kids bc it's fun and I was pleasantly surprised by the high quality. The food was great, a lot of proteins. The food was much tastier than most of restaurants of similar prices. The volcano cake is good but the brownie could be a bit improved. Service was great. And of course the decoration is amazing.
This place is fun, and very themed. While the hostess seemed a little cold, our waitress was wonderful. The manager had to come to our table for a coupon, and she was wonderful as well. While the food was a little more expensive then I normally would like, it was worth it all the way around.
The food and service were AMAZING!!!! We ate her twice and both times our servers were over the top friendly!!! We could not have been happier. I was skeptical of the food at first, figured it would be typical chain quality at an inflated price. I was pleasantly surprised!!! The prices can pile up but the quality of the food was really really good!
All of our kids love Rainforest cafe! My husband has a special spot in his heart for it too. Lala was a phenomenal server. We are from Phoenix and the cafe we have there is not as entertaining or beautiful! Thank for you the lovely visit!
Today was my first time as a customer. Four of us went and enjoyed a great meal with no complaints. The desserts were very good too. The staff was excellent. Our waitress Angela M. Was the most personable who just wanted to make sure her customers were happy and had everything they needed. She went well above and beyond highly appreciated as if things went a little longer in the kitchen She would let us know. This weekend was leading up to the 4th of July on Tuesday so they were busy. Overall it was a great experience. Will be back again.
Great place to visit and have a meal. Nice family friendly atmosphere, and great location-especially if you're staying in the Sheraton. Prices a little high, but decorations and frequent thunderstorms and animal movements make it more like a dinner show. Burgers were great. Will probably return.
Finally, I found the best foods and services around NY. Rainforest Cafe at Niagara Fall is the BEST. * The staff in any direction are awesome with a good attitude and friendly with a smile on their face. The waiter will stop by to check if everything is good every time they passed our table. * The meals are fabulous and very tasty. * I really recommend that all Niagara Fall visitors should eat here vs. Hard Rock Cafe and especially the Cam Building that's by Niagara Fall, Maid if the Mist. Rainforest Cafe is about 10 minutes walk from Maid of the Mist.
The food and atmosphere was great. A bit pricey but it is kind of expected in a tourist zone. I got the ribs and they were delicious will come again if visiting Niagara Falls. I love all the scene in the restaurant. Favorite is when they dim the lights and have a thunderstorms. So cool.
We ordered Ribs Steak Shrimp Trio to share between and it was really good. The steak was cooked perfectly at medium rare. The ribs were almost fall off the bone tender and the coconut shrimps were alright. Saw a lot of reviews about poor service, they were not completely wrong. The waiter checked on us 3 times which was a fair amount of visits. However when we needed someone to bring us extra plates or the check, we had a hard time getting a waiter. Overall a very fun place to dine at.
We were hesitant to come based on all the reviews we read on here so I figured I’d add a good one as our experience was nice. We made a reservation and when we got there it seemed slightly disorganized at the hostess station but I think that’s because it was so busy that day outside and big groups were trying to get in without a reso. We were seated in front of the gorillas that move. It was a hit for our 1 year old. It was the first time he’s ever sat in his highchair from start to finish. The food was good. We got the chicken sandwich. It was higher priced than we expected but it did have 2 chicken breasts on each sandwich. The kids meal was great and very large. The service was pretty quick for how many tables there were. Our toddler enjoyed the fish tank and walking around the arcade. I read a review that the cups are disposable plastic but that is incorrect. They are plastic water cups but the kind you put in the dishwasher. Likely smarter than glass when dealing with a majority of kids coming in. Everyone was friendly and it was very kids oriented. Would I go there for a romantic adult dinner? No. But this place is curated for the kids experience and kids at heart so you need to keep that in mind as I feel many reviewers don’t expect this.
My experience was really positive! The food tasted amazing and the portions were big, the service was great and the wine they recommended me was the best I've had honestly. Food is somewhat pricey but I was there for the experience and I completely understand it. Only downside from my visit was that the thunderstorm never really happened beside some light flickering, but overall I loved it!
Destiny was our Safari Guide and she did a fantastic job guiding us through our Rainforest tour! The service was amazing and we were treated to a fantastic experience! Destiny suggested the Fusion Margaritas and wow! I had two and the jungle was alive! Thank you, Rainforest Cafe, for an amazing addition to our vacation and thank you, Destiny, for guiding us through the evening!
Expensive, but what isn't anymore? I got the steak, shrimp and ribs. It was great. Steak was perfect and melted in your mouth. Shrimp were very flavorful and the ribs fell off the bone. The onion rings and beer didn't disappoint either. All fantastic! Worth the trip! Great atmosphere.
Very interesting experience. My husband and I were unsure what the rainforest cafe intels. When we walked in it felt like walking into a jungle. Cool experience for kids. The gentlemen that brought us to our table (Darien) was very nice and asked if we needed any special conversations for our little one. We were sat down and our waiter Calvin took amazing care of us. Very speedy, polite, and all around amazing with our requests or questions. 10/10 would recommend. As a customer who works in customer service - I hope/recommend/nominate Darien and Calvin for a raise!
Visited Saturday at around 815pm, November 30, 2024 First time visit and would revisit! Highly recommended. The atmosphere was wonderful. Our server was awesome! Breana or... started with a B. Sorry! She was very friendly and attentive! The food was super delicious! Ordered steak, burger, nachos, rasta pasta!! I regret not having taken pics of the other dishes!! My family loved it!! I sampled every dish and each one tasted amazing!!!! Stayed for a couple nights from out of town and found this place on my last night in town!! I wish I'd have found it at the beginning of my vacation!!
Excellent place. We almost didn’t come bc of a review we read, but are so glad we did. They were super busy but our waitress Brianna was very patient and kind! The food was amazing as we shared the ribs, steak and shrimp and were full when we left! It has a very neat rainforest theme and the animals are animated.
This place was a 10! We were so happy to find a restaurant that was open a little later than the rest - we were so hungry! Our waiter Keenan was friendly and helpful! We ordered a burger, ribs and the appetizer platter! All were delicious! Everyone was so kind to let us finish up dinner even though it was closing time. Thanks so much for being a happy memory from our trip to Niagara!
Jewell was our server. She was very pleasant and attentive. This was our first time at a Rainforest Cafe. I had the salmon and grilled shrimp, my husband had ribs and coconut shrimp. Both were delicious! The glaze/sauce on my salmon and shrimp was incredible. I asked for more of it to put on my rice.
Rainforest Cafe is always a fun place to dine! The last time we went to a Rainforest Cafe was around 10 years ago and our boys were much younger but we still enjoyed it. As far as menu, you know what to expect. They have a large variety of choices, and the items are large portions and very tasty. This specific location- they were on top of things. The service staff was exceptionally great, very fast, attentive, knowledgeable, and friendly. The facilities were clean and in great shape. The food was great, hot and not over or under cooked. Overall a very fun and pleasurable dining experience, which is what you expect from Rainforest Cafe.
This is a must when you visit the Falls. The atmosphere is perfect for families. The staff is always friendly, attentive, and accommodating. We visited in off peak season without a reservation and were seated fairly quickly. There's something on the menu for everyone in the family. They have a full bar with good beer selections and all the spirits needed for a day of family fun. Food was served fresh, accurate, and full of flavor. Whether you visit the Falls for the first time or you have visited many times, The Rain Forest Cafe is always a safe bet for a meal with the family
Food was excellent. We ordered the Pastalaya , Creole Mac and Cheese and the chicken sandwich. Everyone was very pleased. We topped it off with the brownie volcano dessert to share. Kids loved it and the service was excellent.
This restaurant is located on the first floor of the Sheraton Hotel and is an ideal spot for kids. The walls are decorated with large animal figures, creating a fun atmosphere. The animal figures occasionally moved or made sounds, delighting the children. The menu features basic options like steak, seafood, and pasta, but the flavors were good, and we enjoyed our meal. The draft beer was excellent, making it the perfect refreshment after a long drive. Although the staff seemed busy, the service was sufficient. Being located inside a hotel, the restaurant is fully accessible, which was ideal for families like ours with a stroller.
Great place to stop specially with kids. Food was good, drinks were good. Id highly recommend.
The food was absolutely delicious and filling! I really should have taken home leftovers but it tasted waayyy too good, I devoured it and left no crumbs! They also offer gluten free pasta which allowed my partner to indulge. The quinoa noodles had a perfectly soft texture and Rainforest Cafe did not skimp on flavors! We were seated by the elephants where they came alive and the storm fully engulfed you into the experience! The drinks were potent yet tasty! We came on a thursday so parking was only $10. It was such a great time and everyone was so friendly, we're already planning our next visit back! Thank you so much for the experience and tasty eats! Rainforest Cafe did not disappoint!
The Rainforest Cafe will always be my favorite restaurant and I love it every time I go. The atmosphere alone is worth the visit having forest trees and plants, fake animals throughout the restaurant, sounds of the jungle, and random lightning storms that flash through the restaurant. It’s such a fun and immersive experience that you can’t get elsewhere. You would think the food wouldn’t be the best considering how much detail is put into the atmosphere, but this is not the case! The Rainforest Burger and Safari fries are so good, and it’s one of my favorite meals from any restaurant. This is the kind of meal you think about later in the week and want again. One thing that disappoints me though is the service. I remember going as a kid and having my server put in a lot of effort to try and sell the idea that we were on a safari adventure, but this location doesn’t seem to prioritize that. I completely understand not going above and beyond if you are an adult group at this establishment, but I have brought children a few times and it has been the same as when I’ve gone without children. I personally would like if they could experience the same service I had at the Rainforest Cafe when I was a kid. But, the rest of the restaurant has no complaints! Who wouldn’t want to eat a great meal inside of a themed restaurant? Overall, the Rainforest Cafe is the best having great food, an amazing atmosphere, and an experience you can’t really get anywhere else. I highly recommend visiting!
We celebrated my parent's 65th wedding anniversary and my Mom's 86th Bday here. This place went above and beyond to make my parents feel special. The food was excellent, and the staff was helpful and kind. We had 8 people at dinner (6 adults and 2 kids). Everyone ordered whatever they wanted. We also got appetizers for the whole table, and all the adults had one to 2 adult beverages with their meal. The whole dinner cost $402. It was extremely reasonable considering how much food was served and how big the adult beverages were! The kids even got souvenir cups. Our kids had a blast at dinner and then at the arcade attached to the restaurant. I highly recommend this location.
We came here for dinner, and it was an amazing experience! The animals move and make sounds, and the fish tank looks like it’s straight out of Finding Nemo! The drinks were delicious, and you can take their signature glasses home with you (great souvenir). The food was so good we were chowing down, and the portions were so big that we packed it to go because we just couldn’t finish no matter how hard we tried. I love this place!

Great food, the ambiance was cool and China, our waitress, was attentive, personable and friendly!

Amazing food and even better service!! Would definitely recommend to anyone visiting the beautiful Niagara Falls attraction.
Great food and even better service! Kamaria was our server she gave excellent menu suggestions and I’ll definitely be back for another bbq bacon burger lol :)

Food was yummy loved everything about it. Especially the burger the onions were particularly oniony! Nev was so sweet she’s an amazing server! Would come again! Nostalgia mmmmm!

I preferred this location over the Canadian side of the Falls Very bright interior and things were clean. We sat at the bar for drinks and appetizers so I can’t say much about the food but it was a fun time and animatronics seem in good condition (except for Tracy Tree, someone PLEASE help her) Also it can be a little confusing coming in from the street entrance since there’s no one to direct to your seat
The service was not good in the fact they had my server running the bar as well as other areas which is not his fault, made sure he was tipped well though. The food was good but pricey.
It's showing its age but still a hit for kids and big groups. Extensive menu with something for everyone, although could use a few more vegetarian options. The animals are quite loud so prepare the little kids!
Excellent food and service but a little pricey. If you want to eat cheap this place is not for you but the food is amazing and the atmosphere was fun. Plus they really sanitize each table and the chairs well. I will add photos but forgive me I forgot until we were half way through the meal.
Our children enjoyed the rainstorm and all the animals. The children's food came out first and super quick so that was great. The side of fruit was disappointing as it was about 3 apple slices per child. We ended up having to order more fruit. The adult meals were overall decent but definitely pricey. The hot honey chicken sandwich was very disappointing. It was literally 1 chicken tender folded in half on the sandwich. Overall we would go again because the children enjoyed it but that would be the main reason.
absolutely love the ambiance. The entire family will love it. Staff was great. The food is the only reason it did not receive a 5star. It is a simple menu catered to larger partied and family gatherings and hotel guests. There was nothing wrong with it but if you desire a good meal and creative dishes this establishment will not be your first choice. We loved it .
The food was great, the restaurant itself was great, it was busy, but still can give it 4 stars. I took a star away because the bartender (Veronica) this Friday night was terrible. When seated she greeted us, i asked for water with lemon and a moment to look over the menu, she just walked away with a blank face. Tended to everyone at the bar, never brought me my water or came back to us, I had to flag her down for every thing. She literally double checked on everyone at the bar but ignored me and my husband. We are on vacation for our anniversary, this should have been a pleasant experience, I flagged her down to order or food, i mentioned we would order drinks after our food order was in and asked her again for my water please. She went to everyone at the bar then sat my water down, no straw. Never came back to take our drink order. I waited maybe 15 minutes, flagged her down again, ordered our drinks, waited for her to do some miscellaneous things then she made our drinks, brought them to us, again no straw. My husband tried to ask how they were made, she gave him a blank answer with a shoulder shrug. She clearly served the man next to us too many drinks because he threw up all over the bar. We were moved to a table and accommodated by the managers who were absolutely amazing. They remade our drinks. I wish I could tip them. Being in the service industry before and a bartender for 10+ years, I understand when things are busy and stuff happens. I also know when a persons attitude is just poor. Sad to say, im kinda happy our experience was saved by the poor guy vomiting.
The wait is pretty crazy.. my son and mine was an hour and a half.. my food was pretty good (steak, shrimp, ribs platter, and mashed potatoes) my ONE drink I was able to get during my entire meal tasted really good. But my son didn't care so much for his (chicken tenders and fry's) staff was friendly, food kinda took a while to come out, my son kept asking me when is our food going to be ready, and our waitress didn't come over hardly at all to check n see if we needed anything, we also waited 15 minutes without out touching our plates or getting another drink waiting for our bill and to ask for boxes.. the restaurant it's self is really cool and fun to eat at. Some other things could use a little attention to make this a completely great experience.
Atmosphere is very fun for kids, with lots of things to see and hear. Gift shop has good quality merchandise. Excellent kids menu but found my shrimp platter a bit tasteless and high priced. Very fin to order the special volcano dessert. It feeds 4 people and costs $25.
You definitely go to this restaurant for the atmosphere! The kids will love it. Animals move every 15 mins and thunderstorms every 30 mins. Service was good. Most of the food was good as well, but the kids meals were a joke. For $12 they got boxed mac and cheese. And ice cream sandwich was even served with the wrapper still on ! The adult food was good, and no complaints.
Very busy Everyone seemed friendly but it took a bit to get served. Waitress was very nice. They gave us a birthday cake and sang. No thunderstorm like the rainforest Cafe in Minnesota. The kids loved the decor. A little pricy. One drink and appetizer cost $35. Nice souvenir glasses with the drink and they did bring clean ones to take home.
We had such a wonderful experience at Rainforest Café Niagara Falls celebrating my husband’s birthday! 🎉 The atmosphere was amazing, the food was delicious, and the service made it extra special. A big shoutout to Danial (if I got the name right!) — she was absolutely fantastic! So friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect. Thank you for making our celebration truly splendid! 💚🌴
Food was good but not great. Service…same. The atmosphere…well…that is the reason people come here. So by it being stuck inside a building that is shared with other businesses, it kinda ruins the purpose to a certain extent. I really enjoy the stand-alone versions of this restaurant much better. Also the prices are a bit steep for what you get, but I guess the animatronic chinos need to get paid too.
The environment is very good, the service is good, but the food does not match the environment, the food selection is limited, the food is very ordinary, not delicious. The beef is too dry, the chicken is also too dry, the drinks are satisfactory. It only represents my personal taste.
We had a great time, quite enjoyable! The food was decent, very well portioned. A young Anthony was our safari guide and he had great service! We walked in on a Friday night (first one) in November and had no wait at 5:30 pm. Soup of the day was probably my lowest food rating, but my entree was delicious! Burger was cooked to correct temperature and fries were good (not too salty and not soggy).
The hostess tried to sit us next to the fish tank where all the kids were climbing around, trying to take pictures with their moms so we asked to move to a different area. Which they were more than willing to accommodate. Both of our dishes was fantastic. I didn’t take a picture of the fish and chips, but it was fried perfectly golden brown and tasted delicious.
Very cool and interesting place to eat and enjoy the ambience. Every half hour, the thunderstorm goes off and all the animals go wild lol. The coconut shrimp was definitely some of the best! And the butter sauce that they serve with it was amazing! I would recommend the philly cheese steak!

I had a $50 gift card for this place and they would not accept it as payment. Said they were not affiliated with other Rainforest Cafes. Had I known that I would not have chosen to eat here. Food and service was great but I didn't have enough money to eat here without using the gift card.
Overhyped & overpriced! But I’d like to explain my ratings. On labor day weekend, when the place was crowded like a flea market, we finally got in after waiting for an hour. I’d say the location is prime, everyone visiting the state park wishes to dine in here at least once! Agreed that the ambiance is fun & inviting. At times, the sound of nature & wild animals makes you feel like dining inside a forest but that's it. The souvenir drinks we ordered were just sugar lacking any great flavors. My kiddo got some fries which was good, the staff was friendly too. But I came here for the appetite primarily & if the food they are serving isn't flavorful it fails the purpose. Moreover, the seats were highly uncomfortable. Waiting an hour just to sit on those chairs wasn't worth it. But now I know! #RoadTrip #ToNiagaraFalls
The food is not the best here, the rasta pasta and shrimp were flavorless, steak rubbery, and chicken dry. If the chicken wasn’t dried out it would have been ok. The mashed potatoes weren’t bad but not good either. However, the drinks and service were great. The atmosphere is nice but it was quite dark inside. I would say this a place you try once in your life and not go back especially for the price.
Sat at the bar. We were the only 2 at the bar. Older bartender was rude and couldn't seem to care less that he had customers. Even sat down on a milk crate and used his cell phone instead of waiting on us. The younger gentleman bartender was very nice and came to help us when the other one couldn't be bothered. The dessert was very very good and a great way to end our evening
This was my first time here. I've heard people say it's great, and others have said it used to be great. My experience was ok. The food was good as we're the drinks. Our waitress was friendly and fast. The atmosphere could be better. It definitely has a lot of plastic animals hanging around, but it didn't really give a rainforest vibe. The radio was playing. Twice during our time there, the music stopped, and you heard thunder and rain briefly. More of that would have helped with the theme. They have a few aquariums. Some of the fish were pretty large, and the aquarium didn't seem big enough for so many larger sized fish. Two of the big ones constantly swam in a frantic circle. It was a little sad to watch. I think more small fish would be better for that size tank. I was in the Niagara Falls, Canada location on Clifton Hill. Clearly, that's very touristy, so I would think it would be a better experience for the number of people they serve. All in all, it was ok. If you've never been, check it out.
The instruments were dirty. we asked them to change. There is a carpet on the floor that stank of dampness. Very interesting interior, a paradise for children. But very dusty. The food was delicious, but the dishes were also dirty and it was not pleasant to put food on it. Service is good!
The food is overpriced and flavorless. The service was not very good. We waited 40 minutes for our food. The waiter didn't even come to check on us until I call her. I'm Never Had such a Bad Chick chinese Chicken salad. It came from a free package bag with lettuce and shredded carrots. The chicken had no flavor and it was dry. If you're going to charge $25 for a salad make an effort to make it great. The trio platter was terrible the only good thing was the coconut shrimp. Pork ribs have no flavor. Nos vamos a poder parquear. To spend 84.00 on food that you cannot even not even to take home for your dog. This restaurant needs better management better cooks and better service.
The St. Louis ribs were tough, crunchy & full of gristle. The steak was wonderful. The coconut shrimp, I gave to my husband. The steamed broccoli was good. The waitress did offer to bring new ribs out - I declined, because I honestly don't think that the tough, crunchy, gristle issue would be fixed with new ribs. I wish I had gone with the steak and shrimp.
This location is odd because it feels like half of a restaurant, they are not part of the main Landry group so they dont take part in the rewards. They don't have a restroom inside but instead in the nearby hotel lobby. Food is also not the same as other locations, fun atmosphere but it doesn't feel the same as other locations. They dont even do the classic "thunderstorm" thing that other locations all do.

The food was pretty terrible. You just go there for the vibes. I was shocked that they had no blended alcoholic drinks. That's quite weird.
The atmosphere here is amazing. It's cool walking around and seeing all the different animal displays they have in the restaurant. Service was decent, waitress was very nice. The food was just okay…
Less lavish than your typical rainforest cafe but still worth a visit, especially for the completest.
Great for kids with the theme and good price on food. No so great for adults with food that did not taste that much and cost a lot.

pretty atmosphere but the food upset our stomachs and its not very rainforest-friendly to have meat in almost every dish.

As much as I like rainforest cafe this location is not it. First they are no longer a Landry’s location. Manager was snippy about it. Second prices on our receipt didn’t match the menu prices. Server kinda just pushed it off. Did finally ask if we wanted to see a manager but by that point we just wanted to leave. Food was great for the most part. Service was decent not top notch but ok. Arcade connected is a waste of money. A lot of games do not work. Prizes are claimed at a machine that was basically out of stock of most things. You cannot get your card to a 0 balance with points to play or with tickets. Absolutely a waste of money.
An amazing atmosphere eating in the jungle. The only problem with this location is the open doors which let in too much light and take away from feeling transported to the jungle, like the other locations I have eaten at do. The overpriced food is not worth the money either. My three kids had a $15 cheeseburger kids meal and the wife and I split a veggie wrap. Almost $100 for three kid meals, one adult meal, no drinks or anything extra! I can spend money on a good meal, but this was not money well spent. If you want to enjoy the view, plan to split an appetizer and eat a meal elsewhere.
Went out for a ladies birthday dinner and the entire thing was a mess. The waitress was extremely rude and only came to our table twice during the duration of our dinner. The food took over an hour and a half to come to our table and it was subpar. For the price and wait time, it should be incredible. This will be our last time going here, as sadly this isn’t my first bad experience but by far the worst.
If you're up for spending $100+ for cold and congealed food, this is the place for you! I think we ended up after a large party and were forgot about because the food took much longer than normal to come out and when it did, two out of three meals were awful. Kid's mac & cheese was absolutely congealed and shrimp were room temperature. I know that this is supposed to be a fun themed restaurant but if you want to not pay an outrageous sum to leave hungry with no resolution, then this is the place for you. Never again and as a local who is frequently asked for recommendations due to my line of work, this will never be on the list of places that I suggest to anyone.
The ambience was really unique. The vegetarian options are very limited. It's more of a family with kids kind of a place. However, I was somewhat disappointed with the service. I waited at my table for 10 minutes and then had to request someone to send a server to atleast take the order. Then I specifically told my server that I had a tour booked in 45 minutes so would appreciate the order coming as soon as possible. For the next half an hour, no one came to even check on me or ask if I needed something else. I had to ask two different servers and then the bartender to check on my order since it had already been another 35 minutes and I had to leave in 10 minutes. Finally when the order came, I asked her to bring the check immediately and she just quickly came and kept it and left. I had to gobble down the food quickly and look for someone who I could pay the bill to. So as much as I loved the ambience inside, the service was really slow and impersonal.
Atmosphere was very neat. The kids enjoyed it very theatrical lots of animatronics. The food was terrible. The steak was heavily overcooked. The pepperoni on the pizza was inedible. We never once got refills or napkins or steak sauce. We could never find our waitress. we had asked for two birthdays at our table to be celebrated. They were never acknowledged while people around us birthdays was acknowledged. This was an overall terrible experience that’s.
Outrageous prices for the quality of the food. Over $35 dollars for the sampler appetizer with ribs added. The ribs were extremely tough and chewy, we couldn’t even get through more than two of them. The sampler was mediocre at best unfortunately. The artichoke dip and chips were decent, while everything else was on the platter was extremely greasy and bland. The service was excellent, we had such a nice attentive server. Unfortunately I can’t say we would ever go back here ever again, especially for how much they charge.
Pros .... Located in the hotel we stayed at (Sheraton Niagara Falls) Nice jungle themed atmosphere Pretty decent arcade that's attached Food came super quick Probably the best English style fish and chips i ever had Cons.... The outrageous price. $26 for nachos appetizer that had fake meat and soggy chips. Literally nothing on the menu under $20. A 12 ounce domestic bottle of beer was $15 Cole slaw that came with my order was more like bitter soup. You can tell it's been sitting in a cooler for days My server started off good. Then after she gave my don a coke refill I didn't see her for 45 minutes. We sat there waiting when we should have been out browsing the city. When she finally came back....no apologies or recognition of her absence just asked if we were done. Sooooooo no tip on my $80 bill and I always tip. Moral of the story is don't buy food from here it's was WAY too expensive for the mediocre menu they offer (2 page). Food we had in NYC was much better and not as expensive

food was overcooked sauce on chicken pharm was burnt steak and shrimp was cold over priced for quality debated about saving the steak to use as a hockey puck
We asked for a booth. We have a special needs daughter and is a runner so need to sit in a booth. Was told no service and we can wait an hour for that staff member to come in. There was no one in there why they couldn't just wait on our table.
Paid $40 for a special event here and they rolled out cold pre-made burgers, chicken tenders, fries and "mac-n-cheese" that was almost flavorless, and by pre-made I mean that the burgers and chicken tenders tasted like the kind you get in the freezer section at the grocery store. I have never been this disappointed in a restaurant. Will never be eating at a rainforest cafe. The server was nice.
food is overpriced for the quality of it. I was given what tasted like the bottom of a na old pot of coffee. The service was very slow. The. The attached arcade had most games broken and it was not worth the all together $188 dollars I spent! Will never come again.
The food was not good. They were out of chicken. The rice was slimy. The chocolate brownie tasted tangy. The service was unbelievably slow. It’s ridiculously overpriced. 2 meals, 2 non-alcoholic drinks, 1 dessert was $150. Don’t go here. Half star, do not recommend.
Worst experience I have ever had. Mostly was ignored by the servers. My kid was impressed by the place however that quickly turned into a nightmare. My daughter’s food arrived fairly quick however mine and my partners food took 2.5 hours to show up. (They claimed they lost our order in the kitchen) so my kid was already miserable and wanted to leave. We were originally told our bill would be paid in full with no worries then we ended up getting lied to and paid 50. Highly recommend this place if you want disappointment. The only good thing was my husbands burger the appetizer don’t even bother hard as a rock.
We came here for my daughter's birthday. First, the place was not clean at all the carpets were discussing. The service was slow. They under cooked my burger, it was still mooing and didn't cook my fries enough. For the price our meal should have been way better. The icing on the cake though was when I purchased 2 arcade cards that didn't even work. When I asked for a refund they said they couldn't give me one because it wasn't their machines. They then tried to remedy the situation by giving us extra game cards that also didn't work. They were very unapologetic after I lost $40.00. A complete overpriced disappointment. Definitely will NOT be returning
This was undoubtedly the most overpriced disappointment I have ever encountered. I knew that I was going to some place designed to entertain children, but considering the prices of the food, I expected at least edible food. My wife got the rotisserie chicken, I got a hamburger and my son got chicken nuggets. Considering the bill was $80 this is pathetic. The best thing I can say about any of the food is that it was warm. Everything was Bland. I'm almost positive my son's Dino nuggets came from Walmart. This food was two steps below an Applebee's. We were there forever. There were maybe two other tables in my eyesight. I never received a single refill. The waitress checked on us one time as she walked by. I am thoroughly unimpressed. Save your time and go somewhere else. Go into the arcade, take 2 minutes to look at the weird, slightly broken animatronic animals, and leave. Also, 60 credits in the arcade is $35. The average game costs between 6 and 8 credits. We decided to go somewhere else instead of wasting our money there. If I could rate it at 0 or negative Stars I would.
