Best BK experience ever food was fresh, service was absolutely amazing, clean Restaurant beat fast food around

Double whooper with cheese and bacon no mayo is darn near the perfect sandwich add some onion rings and BBQ sauce I call it the double royal with cheese merica burger

Always clean bathrooms and cheap showers. They make they're own pizza here and it's delicious 😋

I’m scared of Burger King even stopped supporting it since 2018. Today being scared I gave this one a try and I’m glad I did. First I’m allergic to Mayo when I told the girls they changed gloves to assure my health would go the other way. Our sandwiches were delicious, new onion ring hot and crispy and the service was superb. Awesome job girls!!!

There are nice people welcome people the food is very good the restaurant is very clean and you will get whatever you want it as a service and also I'm a track driver staying for that place 2 days the area is very clean The restroom is very clean I like that place thank you yeah you have to be enjoyed thank you

There's a kiosk for ordering food or may order from person (took much much longer using kiosk). Mistake on our order was quickly fixed

The staff are friendly, I always stop here to Fuel and to grab a snack.

Some career people, some young adults. But all the staff have gladly and willingly obeyed all the necessary rules to produce your meals. Safe practices were observed. And they functioned nicely as a team: pleasant, professional, courteous and kind. On the footprint of the old Lounsberry (sp?) truck stop, plenty of long haulers still frequent this haunt in the southern tier of New York. The best part? Burger King Radio. Shocked by the abundance of 8o's ahd 90's classics. My first visit, I got The Sneaker Pimps rare mix of "6 Underground". The B52s "Love Shack" greeted me this arrival. The LONG version. If that got you excited, then we're still friends lol A convenience store completes the pair of businesses. Gas is cheap, too. Did I mention the nusic?? The food takes second behind the music. But not by much. Quick no questions asked replacements of wrong orders. And my order was as fresh as any fast can possibly be. A great pull over you should you take advantage on any long trip.

Incredibly kind employees! I'm sorry that I didn't get their names, but they took the time and cared enough to make fresh Mozzarella fries for us rather than serve ones that must have been made a while ago, without us even having to ask or anything. Very much appreciated.

For a gas station food joint it was pretty good. Timely and the people were very nice.

Service was fast and efficient. The inside was clean and well maintained. My food was hot and well prepared.

The person who handled our order was incredibly warm, attentive, and friendly. Despite our late arrival, he remained patient, which left a lasting impression on me. Additionally, the seating area was clean and well-maintained.

They did a great renovation on this place and it doesn't get a lot of traffic so it stays pretty clean. There are plenty of gas pumps and the attached convenience store is also quite nice.

Ok. I ordered the fiery chcken sandwich tonight wirh heavy onions just now before they closed. This crew was the best crew i have seen in twenty five years sinced i helped managed a crew before. The young guy who wrapped this sandwich nearly just like how i used to wrap mine. Truthfully, he was better and i was impressed. The night manager had his store squeaky clean. I dont know the young Afro-American name who manage this store tonight but his performance is exemplary above any i seen lately... very impressive.

The food that I received was on par from what I was expecting for my Burger King. That’s not why I’m giving it five stars. Nor am I giving it five stars because it’s a five star establishment; it’s not. It’s crap food, you know that going in. I’m giving this place five stars because of the exceptionally friendly and proficient staff who served me both in the evening and the next morning. They were top-notch, and their friendly attitude was much appreciated! Good job people.

This is MY favorite place to go to ever in Tioga County!! I’d like to say that the employees here are really nice and they got to recognize who I am as much as I loved and enjoyed eating over at this Burger King. They make really good whoppers, French fries and they also have the unique taste of the Hershey’s Sundae Pie. I really enjoyed going there and this place is my favorite!

Burger king's gonna burger king. Bad reviews talking about how its greasy or not high quality like my brother in christ you chose the fast food over the homemade or high end food. What did you expect to get in 5-10 minutes? A 6 course meal? The people were okay. Place is clean. Nice pit stop location. Food was super yummy and i had fully customized my burger and it came out just right. Deals were great. Got a full customized chicken sandwich and chicken fries for just 5 bucks. Won't get better.

The food was great for fast food. It is what it is but the ham, egg and cheese croissant was warm and tasted great. Unfortunately they ran out of harsh browns which are my favorite part 🥺 overall nice stop.

Good service, though they were short handed, they had a good attitude about it and were working as quickly as they could. Food was not the best I've seen but at a quality I would expect from fast food.

Typical truck stop, cleaner than most. With Best Buy, Crown cork and convenient. Prices are typical. If going to crown or BB your GPS is wrong. Take the exit for the Onvo, that road inst restricted until you pass the road you need to go down. All other roads are restricted except from the highway to and from those facilities.

Ordered egg cheese bacon croissant. No cheese. The person put a piece of cheese on it and gave it back to me. Didn't even warm it up.

Employees were friendly. Food was awful. Chicken sandwich had grease Everywhere, all over the top of the bun, dripping, it was gross. Whopper had a stale bun and was overly salty. Had no coffee made. Won't go there again. Only gave 2 stars because the employees were so nice and respectful.

My burgers tasted stale, as if the patties had been pre-cooked and reheated in the microwave before serving. The fries were decent, but the onion rings were cold, limp, and greasy, lacking any real flavor. With fast food prices no longer being cheap, paying $13 for this disappointing meal felt like a poor value.

This is the worst BK Ive ever gone to. The prices were unjustifiable! It was getting late so we stopped for something quick. The ordering machine outside of the restaurant is practically useless when the diesel trucks are sitting there fueling up right next to the car, you can't hear the order-taker and they can't hear orders either. REALLY BAD DESIGN, THAT! And patrons MUST use it to use the drive- through. I tried just going to the window to order but i was sent all the way around the building back to the impossible to talk ordering kiosk next to the fueling diesel truck running very loudly and it stunk if WE WEREN'T so hungry we would have left. There was no one else in line either! Rude! I ordered something modest in price and after paying, I saw several deals, and, on food I already ordered too, that the waiter person didn't bother to tell me about during the ordering phase so I ended up paying more for my modest order than I should have ever had to. I mentioned this to the clerk and was given a very negative demeaning cold shoulder attitude. I don't think the food was fresh either.. It was almost cold; we could tell the french fries had been made quite a while before and we thought they'd be warm and salty. They were neither. They slipped them in the bag to get rid of them I think.Yes, I did order the fries, and I thought I would get them freshly made. I don't think there was a manager there; if there was,, they weren't trained. I told them I felt like contacting the company, and the clerk said go ahead and pointed to a number posted on the window. It'll be a long while before I go back there, sorry to report.

How disappointing Nichols location is. Went there twice, first cheeseburger.,THE CHEESE WASN'T EVEN MELTED. What is wrong with that?? Today I decided to try the chicken nuggets. Never have I ate such disgusting food. THEY WERE COLD,HARD AND THEY FORGOT MY SAUCE. I guess I'm done. Such a shame

My husband went to Nichols Burger King and ordered 2 whoppers with ch. and 2 large onion rings the cashier said it’s cheaper to by the meal, so $28.84 to get a almost burnt around the edges, dried out burger. The sales slip is not itemized, just said what he ordered and one amount plus tax. Lesson learned never go to Nichols Burger King again.

This place makes it a policy to mess up chicken sandwiches. They will not put bacon on a sandwich when it comes on it. I even ordered extra and still got none. 8 times and counting and I’m going to start leaving this review every time.

9pm pulled In and 10 minute wait for anyone to acknowledge we were there and another 10 after they said well be right with you. Food was ok, typical burger King. But the price gouging of this one is horrible. Did the same order at this one vs 10 minutes down the road amd over $7 different. Ridiculous just bc they are off an exit attached to a gas station so they can charge extra bc people are hungry and need gas.

We ordered breakfast #5 sausage, egg & cheese biscuit meal. Waited, waited and waited while staff was having fun laughing. Finally went up to counter to find our order sitting there waiting and cold by the time we got it. This is when we discovered they rung up wrong order. They wrung French toast but we didn’t get that either it was left out only got hash browns which were cold. They ran out of eggs so couldn’t make our order. Offered us a sausage cheese croissant and did not refund us the difference in price. Terrible service, staff friendly but unprofessional sorry we stopped here. They need to do better!

The blonde lady at the counter gave away the sandwich I offered therefore had to wait longer for anothr one.. then she didn't give me my full order and I had to go back inside to get the rest of the food I paid for...the customer before me was also complaining and she stated she was the manager... umm if she really the manager seems like she wouldn't behave like that. I'm never going back to this burgerking..it's the worste ..they need new management

Nothing like waiting forever when there is maybe 4 other customers at most and having to listen to the guys cooking my food complaining about it being “busy” just to get my food and throw it right away because somehow my double cheeseburger with no pickle was a double pickle burger with no cheese

Was a in a huge rush and this particular burger king took 21 minutes to make 4 burgers with only one big order in front of me. They were extremely rude to me and I almost just left without the food I had paid for because of how slow it was. They took 7 minutes to come up to the counter but kept telling me someone would be with me every couple minutes. The two main employees a male and female you could see how agitated they were with me on their faces and in the voices toward me as I was simply trying to quickly get my kids two burgers each and hurry out the door. No reason to take that long and can only imagine how bad it is during rush hour. I will not be back to this burger king for sure. I was not the only one who was commenting as two older gentlemen were saying how ridiculous this was. The food was terribly quality in the end also.

They are the king of "please pull forward even tho we have nobody else in the drive through line" it's annoying just let me stay at the window if nobody is waiting.... Also I am a frequent regretter at this place because I live close. These guys get 1 in every 10 damn orders right and when they do it's not fresh .... "Please gimme a living wage" dude you press pictures at a touch screen please give me consistent service...
