We went through drive thru to get the fish sandwich deal. 2 for $5. Pretty good fish sa n switch for that price.

Its fast food BUT their plant based food is yummy and their shakes are delicious. This specific Carl's jr is very clean with lots of parking and handicapped parking and the bathroom is clean and wheelchair accessible.

Stopped by to get breakfast burritos and wasn't disappointed. The lady at the drive through was extremely kind and cheerful. Will be back just because of how I was treated.

The gentleman on the window register taking orders had made a mistake but was so excellent in resolving it. I was very impressed with his attitude and hole demeanor. And the food was delicious.

Of all the places that sell things with bacon the bacon here is always the best cooked, and not overcooked to powder. I love all the things they sell here and the staff here are amazing and attentive.

Just good fast food. Had my first Carls Hamburger at the Anaheim location on Jan 28 1951.

Daniel was really helpful, he was professional and very friendly. Another staff member forgot a burger and i called and let them know. Daniel took care of the rest. I should have been upset but he made sure i was left happy. He saved this location from losing a customer who comes here about 5x a week sometimes more than once per day! Thank Daniel for keeping me as a happy customer!

Always a great place to stop on a road trip for some fast grub pick up. Never let's me down. Love Carl's Jr. In the younger years even managed one. Love their burgers.

Two for $6.00, 3 options for breakfast. I got the Big Carl double cheeseburger. Really good flavor. The staff was very friendly and the store was clean.

Decent food, especially when you're just in the mood for a burger and fries. Open late and very late on the weekends. Usually not much of a wait and very convenient if you live in the area.

Ok so the food was good. However the staff seemed unprofessional and the language that they used was not appropriate for the work environment. Also one of the staff was not wearing a uniform she was wearing a sweater with logos on it. Also the ice machine was making a horrible screeching sound.

Check your order before leaving when going thru the drive thru and walk in ! Always missing something. The food taste is normal Carl's Jr.

As with everything, prices have become over the top. It's hit and miss with the quality of food and service. Thank God for coupons or it wouldn't be worth it at all.

Food and service were good but drive-through took 20 minutes. Staff was nice about it, which helped.

After waiting in line for 20 min at the drive through I was sent to the front of the restaurant to wait for 5 chicken tenders , family's got burgers ,chicken tenders and fries .. and I cant get 5 stuiped tenders ( oh and I was told it was because someone else ordered tenders too )

No customer service. Order was wrong and no apology or acknowledgment. May not return. Better options in town.

Over priced... Worried that the ooze from the beyond meat would touch what I can only trust is real meat. Which was sloppy to eat too begin with. Fries were the best part. People working were nice though.

My burger was nothing like the picture and I got the Angus burger. I'm telling you it was not good I took two bites was on my way home and my doberman was very happy to eat it.

I thought it was great until i got home that night and watched the news. Rats running across the food service counter eating food during business hours. ( the same day i ate there)... Nice, huh?

They always screw up in the drive through!!! They forgot my fries with my burger and the burger had everything on it, including ketchup, which I do not want. I found the mouse in the restaurant from 2017.

I have eaten here for years. I am no longer going to eat hear This restuarant has questionable safe food handling practices. Only one employee has any ability to politely and properly deal with customers. I can not recommend this Carl's Jr. Sad, CJ is one of my favorite fast food restaurants.

I object to their practice of only offering the upgraded medium or large sizes and making it sound like there's no regular size option. This is deceptive and dishonest and need to stop!!

My boss went here n got her lunch in drive thru on Halloween..she ordered a burger..she got back to work n opened the box that burger was in and someone had taken a huge bite out of the burger. She took it back n the girl ask her why she bit out of it n brought it back..really? These people need to be fired..That is poor management n customer service..I recommend not going there who knows what they do to the food..wow..

This is the worst Carls Jr. I have ever experienced. Very rude girl at the drive thru, and flat watery soda. I live in Nipomo and options are limited for food, but I won't go to this dump again.

The worst fast food in Nipomo. Service takes forever and they always get you're order wrong. It was awesome until the Asian manager took over. The place went down hill fast.

In this day of covid you would think that after each customer they would clean the tables Not so . I went to sitdown and had to wipe the table down as crumbs were every where .then watched several customers come and go without any cleaning. I wont be back.

Every damn time I go here, they screw up my order. It's not like they were dealing with a rush, there was only one person in front of me and yet they managed to screw it up again tonight! I ordered criss cut fries and she gave me zucchini pucks. I went back and told her it was the wrong order and she insisted that this was what I ordered at the window and she isn't wrong because it was input right when she heard it. and said "well if you just wanted to change your mind fine" even though I literally said criss cut fries at the box in the first place, and gave me the oldest and nastiest fries I've ever tasted. now my stomach hurts and I only ate two. will not come back again.

I have never had issues at this place until now. We ordered a guacamole angus with no onions and got no guacamole. Also ordered a super star and got a long black hair. Gross! Manager Stated that men had made my order and she watched them, but she had long black hair with no hair cap on. Really! I will no longer return to this place. Very uneducated management. Need more training. I just moved to Nipomo and I will be going to a different Carl’s. Hope CEO really thinks about there standards on hiring.

Came with my family at 1:25pm on Sunday 12/3/23 and sawl people inside eating but was waved away by a wan worker and door was locked. Sawl note on door saying drive through only?? Don't understand!!?? Not cool.

This Carl Jr. is rude and unprofessional, we pulled in tonight to order dinner when the car in front of us pulled ahead we pulled up and were asked nicely what we would like to eat, when we started giving our order a guy jumps on the mic and say's we are closed and the car in front of us was the last customer, he didn't apologize or any remorse. this was at 9PM I looked at my watch and it said 9:01 so we had been in line before their close time only to be rudely told that we wouldn't be served. five minutes later we were driving through the parking lot and noticed someone else backing out of the drive thru, Carls Jr. still had all their lights on including the drive through lights. Very poor service this time.

They take forever when in the drive thru no matter how little you order. They even gave us a wrong recipt when in the drive thru. If I could I would give you a zero star rating but I can't so I'll give you a one.
