Always enjoy eating a good burger and fries at Red Robin. This location is no exception. This time I tried the guacamole bacon burger. Very tasty! The guac has some kick to it also. Fries are good as usual. Our server was very friendly and attentive.

Usually very good food and service, not so much this evening. They messed our order up and they are out of everything.

Ordered hot wings never received plates to serve them. Was asked and told we would get some plates that never showed up. The fries and burgers were mixed up on the plates we ordered. Waitress had an attitude like we were unwelcome to be in her section. When we asked for a couple of extra ranch cups the only brought one . We usually come to this establishment at least 4 or more times a month but this last time was just the worst experience we ever had.

This was my first visit to Red Robin, during which I ordered the fish and chips. Upon receiving my meal, I noted that the fish was overcooked. I wish to clarify that this observation is not a reflection on the waitress, whose service was exceptional. This experience will, unfortunately, be my only visit to this establishment.

For $38 delivered this was absolutely the worst pizza I’ve ever tasted. Ingredients were sparse and after ordering extra cheese we got no cheese at all. What ingredients there were had very little taste. The pie tasted stale as though sitting on a counter for 20 minutes and was cold. Some squares were so small they were little more than crumbs. We threw 3/4 of the pie away and reheated leftovers for dinner.

Bathroom was filthy!!! Glasses were very dirty, we were there 12/2025 must have a new manager because the place has gone downhill since the last time ( about 3 months) we were there. Just horrible!

This customer service was terrible. We were there waiting for an hour for our food and when we got out food it was not even hot. We also ordered fries for the table and didn’t get them till we finished our food. Then I told the waiter about our check and he rolled his eyes. And also other people were severed before us when we were there before them. It was the afternoon in the middle of the week. This was terrible service

The food was okay, the only thing that was upsetting was that we asked for more fries and we never received them. You know when you order any kind of burger you get fries but literally only give you 7 fries that's nothing, so of course I asked for more since it's unlimited. We never received them. We were there an hour, manager came by and said is everything good, I told him about the fries and he apologized and offered to get them but it was pointless at that point we were done with our food.

Terrible experience with no follow-through. I’m not one to normally leave reviews, but when something is this disappointing, I feel like it needs to be shared. I ordered a chicken sandwich sometime last week, and when I went to take a bite, the chicken was so tough I literally couldn’t bite through it. I called the restaurant right away and was told I’d either receive a refund or a gift card — and I still haven’t received either. Poor food quality and even worse follow-up. This is unacceptable, and I won’t be coming back.

Three Strikes We’re Out We’ve given this Red Robin three chances, each time hoping for a better experience, but it’s clear things have changed. After a movie, we thought we would grab dinner since it is right outside the theater. Every visit, the host stand was empty. We waited about 15+ minutes with no one in sight. The restaurant was not particularly busy, with two servers, a busser, and what seemed like a supervisor who noticed us but chose to ignore us. It is disappointing because this used to be a lively spot, especially for birthdays. Sadly, those days are gone. After being overlooked three times in a row, we will not be back. I imagine other locals who have experienced the same will understand. Three chances were more than enough.

Ordered the Clucks and bottomless fries. The Fries were bigger than the Clucks and over cooked. Our server came back once to ask if I needed anything.
