Excellent food! We drove by and saw the 4.7 stars, thought it might be good, we are not deceived at all! I ordered a small mafioso fries, however it was not small at all lol! The prices are great for the portions.

Here’s the details: - Grab and go “hole in the wall” -great options for burgers & sandwiches -Very casual setting. -all food can be to go. -there are 3 tables inside for sitting/dinning in. -our cashier that helped us was very helpful and patient.

Pleasant experience. Food was delicious. Service was polite and helpful. Atmosphere was cool. Strong car culture vibe, not allot of space for dining but still chill and inviting. One of my new go to spots when I come home to the 805 for a visit.

Came from Bakersfield looking for a good Burger Place and found this. And MAN I'm glad I found this place. Not only the best Burger Place in Santa Maria but the best I've ever had! Had a Beast Burger and it was very tender, Juicy, and BIG! I HIGHLY recommend this place if your a hamburger lover!

This place has fantastic food, and always a great vibe. The burgers are super fresh with great toppings. Buns are the best. I love their toms cheese with bacon. My wife said the onion rings were perfect. Tonight I had the mafioso fries and they were the bomb! I couldn't stop eating them! Best burger in town.

We got a burger and the Mafioso fries and both were fantastic. I’m glad I don’t live near this place or I would be about 900lbs because I would eat this all the time. The fries were so good I dream about them. They were cheesy and spicy and yummmmmmm.

This is the best burger in Santa Maria. I ordered the mushroom burger it was full of flavor and I had to use a fork it was too big to pick up. Tom's Take Out is a must if you are craving a burger.

Myself & a friend stopped into this sweet little burger joint on our way to Santa Cruz from LA last week & wow was I completely surprised. I ordered the fried chicken burger combo and an order of Diablo fries. What transpired next was utterly amazing. My chicken burger came out & I took about 2 bites before the Diablo Fries came out & after I saw those fries. I got a box for my chicken burger combo & preceded to dive into the Diablo fries. Words cannot describe how incredible it was. I’ve eaten plenty of loaded fancy fries meals from alot of different places all over the country and these by far are my favorite. Keep in mind these fries are on the spicy side of things so if you can’t take the heat then try something else. These fries aren’t even on the menu, it’s on a piece of paper handwritten on the counter by the register. Whenever I find myself in California again I’m gonna try my best to stop in for another round. Tom’s has been there since 68 & I see no reason for it going anywhere for many years to come.

Food is really good. Hamburgers onion rings and their carne Asada fries they call them mafioso fries are large portion and very tasty enough for a big meal alone

Greasy spoon. The good kind. Service was polite, fast and food was hot and made to order. Resteraunt is small. Meant to take your meal to go, but ultimately a great place. I have and will go again. Mafioso Fries are a must.

We were Working across the street at gas station and decided to give a try. I have to say that these are the best burgers I have ever had. The side of onion rings are very large as well as the fries but the burgers are juicy and flavorful. Much better than in n out burgers by far Ty Tom for our great lunch

Holy moly, I got thr triple with cheese and hustler and ate both, what amazing burger. Big ups to the services. I couldn't wait till later to eat my other burger. I had to eat both in one sitting. I didn't get a picture because I was so deep in the patties.

Our first time but hopefully not our last bc those Mafioso Fries are stunning to behold and even more so to consume! They are gussied up asada fries: crinkly fries covered with cheese sauce, beautifully seasoned asada beef, sour cream, chopped onions, tomatoes, cilantro, and guacamole. With a sprinkle of bacon to complete the masterpiece. McReeves and I split the fries and a Beast Burger (double cheeseburger with pastrami) which was just pretty good, but no competition to those fries. Thank goodness we didn’t get anything else bc as it was, we could only finish half those fries between the two of us. A little spendy at $34 for two items but worth it bc of the high quality.

The jalapeño poppers were pretty good but was underwhelmed with the burger and the fries were just not good. Will have to give it another try with something else on the menu to see what the hype is about.
