Always fast service and always fresh food at this chain. Today I got an eye roll from the cashier when I asked for chicken tenders and they gave me fried chicken and I told them I wanted chicken tenders. But I still got my food in a reasonable amount of time. Overall a well managed KFC!

The food was really good as I had not eaten at a KFC in over 5 years as their quality had gone down and they were always out of something. However this store was on the ball good food and the restaurant was very very clean. Always a plus

Well in nogales most places don't speak English so you have to place your order over and over again and count your change because they will charge you wrong it can become frustrating

Got the new 8 piece bucket meal. The last time I went to a KFC was last year. This one in Nogales was very good. The original chicken was very tender and tasty. It wasn't dried out like some KFC's. The attendent behind the counter was very nice and polite. He even added in the honey and butter before I asked for it. Kudos to him. Of course like all eating places, the price was a little high, $30.00. I remembered when a large bucket and fixings was about $20.00. I will return to this KFC because the food was good.

Even if you order online so they can have your food ready, they don't you spend approximate 20 minutes waiting for your order.

Friendly cashier but,... I ordered an 8 pc meal and paid enough for it. but then i was told that because they only had breasts and wings in the original recipe that i could either wait for them to cook up the other parts or i could just have breasts and wings. I chose that option , waited anywau,.. then, when i got home, there were only 7 pcs And only 1 breast with a mix of drum stix and some little lumps that could have been pigeon wings. Still tasty but next time i will have them explain the counting process and the lumps.

To make this long story short this location used to be good then after giving it a chance 3 times the chicken is just overly dry and the buns are dishusting and they barely put any sauce on anything. On rare occasion the chicken will be somewhat fresh.

This is without a doubt the best KFC in the state. Not even close. Been to Kentucky fried chickens in Phoenix. Tucson and the one in Nogales is by far the best. The manager there is extremely accommodating. The chicken is larger and better than any other Kentucky fried Chicken I've ever eaten at. The restaurant front and back is immaculate and service. Either through the drive-thru or walk-in is incredible.

Arrived and was told I needed to wait for the chicken breast, 3-4 minutes I was told. Then 25 minutes later I had to go in the store, get a lame sorry apology and the FOOD WAS ALREADY READY... They just had to put it in the bag... It had been done for a while. NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!!!!

Once the ice tea is gone from there container they don't refill it and they want to sell you a gallon of ice tea if you want some. Crappy service no surprise for Nogi.

They charged too much and gave me the wrong order. Use to be delightful. Now I am concerned.

Went thru drive thru, They gave me the wrong food items. I found out when I got home 30 mins away.

Barbeque sauce all over the biscuit and hot wings no longer available. Wait time much longer than stated. Tried to call ahead to place the order but no one ever answered the phone

It's very disappointing to get app alerts for KFC's promotions when your franchise doesn't participate in any. Especially the Hot Wings. When I asked they said they don't participate in the Hot Wings what-so-ever. I verified that because I didn't even see the Hot Wings on the menu when I pulled up. When they were on the menu a while back they were $10 more expensive than any other KFC I've been to.

Went there on Sunday, we were attended by Denisse, she seemed to be in a bad mood, barely paid any attention to us.

They only sell chicken and they ran out of chicken or wait 25min.....REALLY!!!

I went today at 3:48pm to buy some chicken, I wanted a combo and it usually comes with a biscuit, the lady told me when I was already about to pay that there were no biscuits, I had the choice to wait for nine minutes to get mine or I could choose something else instead, I chose fries, I trusted the lady and I paid, when I got home, I saw that there were no fries added, I was so disappointed

Chicken was dry and it fresh. It tasted stale ! Second time this happened! Try to tell them by phone, no one answered! The only good thing was the soda hahahah

Messed up the order and overcharged us $41.99 for a 12 piece Tenders Meal - got home and realized they didn't even give us our Tenders! Open every container and check your orders! Also one 12 PIECE Regular Meal only had 10 pieces...

At 1:30 P.M. on a saturday they claimed to only have chicken tenders available. I think thier full of it. At 1:30 P.M they have no chicken breasts or legs I DONT THINK so. I spotted a off duty sherrif in the drive through same time i went in and i think that sherrif officer told them to give me a hard time since i just beat 3 felony cases in court. Thats called gangstalking.

Ordered chicken strips, got greasy legs and thighs which disgust me, if i wanted bones and veins i would have ordered a bucket....asked for a side of fries, got mashedpotatoes. Tried to call, no one answered. Im 15 minutes away not gonna waste gas and go back. This i know, its the last dollar ill spend there. Youd think they can at least understand a number, i can count to 10 in spanish...smh

Went back today after a while of not eating here. Was immediately welcomed by rude employees who seemed to have a problem with me asking questions about the menu.Once I paid for something after a while of trying to figure ot out since I couldn't get help. The cashier pretty much yanked the money out of my hand then proceeded to laugh when I told her not to do that. After that, she intentionally served my food as slow as possible. Horrible service and will not be going back!

Be sure to THOROUGHLY check your order (especially if it's a large one) before driving all the way back home. Ordered the 12pc tenders meal, plus the 12pc original recipe meal with the breasts/legs. Both buckets had the breasts&legs, no tenders at all 😠

I've always disliked the service here. It always feels like you're being rushed and they always force people to pay and park away from the drive through window. But today took the cake! I told the girl at the window that I wasn't going to move because the drive thru was shaded and my mom has lupus so she can't be exposed to strong sunlight. The girl basically told me they had other customers to tend to and to move. Turns out we could've totally waited by the window as the order came out quickly WHICH IS STRANGE FOR THIS KFC but it was overshadowed by the lack of compassion and the price.

KFC has been a family staple as far back as I can remember. My last visit was over $50 for 2 orders of 12 piece chicken strips (stips only not the meal). This is chicken not steak. KFC has priced themselves out of several lifelong customers as a result of this hike. We won't be back.

The crispy chicken is overcooked and dry I bought today January 13th 2020. I order an 8 piece meal not the 9 meal pecial and they only give thighs and drumsticks. I was looking forward the white meat.

Good food but very rude customer service. The young girl who works the cashier just hands you your order without ever saying thank you. I would avoid that place.
