Love how there is a drive thru here! Very convenient when I can’t go inside. When I do go inside, the service I get it is excellent. No stingy scoops. I wanted the fresh food and she was willing to give me correct portions !

Very nice lady. I ordered 2 chow mein party trays using the app as I was in a rush to an event and saw panda on my way. App said pick up at 2 when I ordered at 10:30. Walked in and they just received the order thru but will work on it right away. Got my trays in 15 minutes. Very happy😁

I ordered through the Panda Express app and intended to go through the drive thru to pick it up but the line was 6 cars long so I went inside where they were not busy with customers, just in preparing the meals for the drive thru customers. I went straight up to the register area where I saw my online order sitting on the rack for online orders but was ignored for about 5 minutes by not only the people preparing the orders but by the cooks as well, all of who clearly saw me standing there. I just moved down the street and I love Panda Express so intended to give this location all my business but if I can't get any help in a nearly empty dining area (only one table was occupied) then I guess I'll either have to use the drive thru line to get some attention or go the opposite direction down Madison to the one just past the freeway overpass to the one without the drive thru.

— Panda Express Review — I visited Panda Express recently and had an amazing meal! I ordered the long noodles, orange chicken, and some of the sweet chicken/shrimp (the ones with the sweet white coating). Everything was flavorful and fresh, and I loved how generous the portions were—you can fit a lot in just one box. The service was fast and friendly, which made the experience even better. I also really liked the smell of the place when you walk in—it’s so inviting and makes you want to try everything on the menu. Overall, Panda Express is a great spot for a quick, tasty meal, and I’d definitely come back again!

I usually get takeout from Panda Express. The food is consistently good. It's always a quick in-and-out for takeout. The chowmein is preferred rather than rice. The tofu eggplant is always great. I usually add a chicken, shrimp or beef second dish. And of course the chicken egg rolls are excellent.

Panda is bullshit they wanna give u middle school portions of there fake Americanized Chinese food. But charge expensive plates. Nope 👎🏾 big back problems ✌🏾

I don’t go here much and for good reason. Personally, I only go to this Panda Express if friends are loved ones wanna go. But I can’t stand it. The workers take a long time getting my order done. They are kind of zombie like to be honest. Not only in speed button the way they present themselves. Not to mention, my order 80% of the time has something in the order is missing. And it’s such a pain to get it fixed. My most recent order had three missing apple pie rolls. I tried to call them as soon as I got home and found out. I called three times but no one even picked up the phone. Honestly, I think that’s absolutely ridiculous. The food is ok. But man, they need to get better on their accuracy and picking up the dang phone.

May 7th update Food as before not fresh, feels reheated and undercooked, string beans taste raw, i wonder why other pandas have their food taste so much better and more fresh than this place ************ Quality got a lot worse over the years, staff not too friendly, rice was burnt, food looked dark and reheated, $12 meal is going to trash. Used to be a good place to eat with fresh food, not anymore, time to avoid.

I asked for 4 soy sauces. Trinity decided to give me 4 sweet and sours out of spite. How could a girl with such a beautiful name have such a sour heart? Didn’t even give me a fortune cookie. No matter how petty she had to stand up for what she perceives as right by doing wrong. That was all she could get away with cameras and coworkers and customers around; imagine what she would do if no one was watching. Is this the kind of people we want serving our food?

Worst Panda in the world! If you like being harassed by homeless and don’t mind the smell of urine as you wait in the drive through, this is the place for you! The homeless will sit right in the drive through and stare at you right in the eye while you are waiting in line and the manger does nothing about it even if you let them know over and over again how uncomfortable it makes you. They also frequently screw up our order by either giving us the wrong food or they totally skip putting an item in our bag so I have to find a parking place and go inside and straighten it out. Also, they will charge you at the window, take your money and while handing you your change say,” we are out of what you ordered, can you drive around and park out front and we will bring it to you in 5-6 minutes?”. This always turns into 10 minutes and twice now I didn’t have time to get back to work over it. If they told me they were out of what I was ordering before they charged me I would have had the option to leave but the way they do it , it traps you there and they make the sale. I’m done going here as I have never had a good experience. If I could have left negative stars I would have.

Migdalia H was very rude and unprofessional she was giving me a rude attitude and vibe. I ask for plates 3 and she said nope we don’t have any so I ask for 1 box to use like a plate she said nope we can’t do that !!! With an attitude. Thanks to me and other people eat there she have a job ! I am definitely not coming to this location any more due to not happy about the way she treated me thank you so much !

This is one of the worst Panda Express locations in Sacramento. We'll, let's be honest, it's the worst Panda in Sac. Stingy with portions, something rare for a Panda. Rude and dismissive staff. Really terrible experience. There are better Panda Express locations to visit. Skip this one. You'll be glad you did.

This place has horrible customer service especially when it comes down to African-Americans I asked the lady to not put any vegetables in there and she said she would try her best. This isnt the 1st, I recommend going to the Panda Express off of Manzanita because they're a lot friendlier..may 22 6 pm. Also while I'm on the topic practice give me minorities less meat than they give to other people. The manager or owner needs to review this and he'll see that I am not lying because I've been watching them for a long time. You got to tell your employees not to be racist and everybody equally. If you're African-American I do not recommend this store to eat at go eat somewhere else you will have a horrible experience

I got a bowl with broccoli beef and chow mein. Well, actually I got a bowl of broccoli and chow mein, and a few tiny pieces of beef. I took out the broccoli to find the beef and as you see in the pic, there's a tiny bit of beef, definitely NOT how it's supposed to be! Absolutely ridiculous! Terrible location!

This location is absolutely trash I ordered a 2 entree plate with double orange chicken and double chow main. After removing all the cabbage I was left with a spoonful of noodles! Even worse they offered me another plate of the same instead of a refund lol no thanks!
