Go to drunk food 😂 come on man... Great tacos, good bean burritos for you vegans out there. But don't eat the rice if you are vegan because they do put milk products. Everything else is top-notch cheap good and the customer service is excellent. If you're nice they will also give you water for your dog through the drive thru. And I have a mean chihuahua.🐾

I always go late night.so I use the drive thru. They always get my order correct (even when I confuse them by asking for additional items and requests at the window.) The food is fresh and service is professional and fast.

Food is ok.. i went thru the drive thru 3 different times and they forgot my sons donut bites..i understand they're only donut bites and its not a big deal but my son was pretty upset...which makes me upset..i wouldn't want a refund cause im scared they'd add a little extra something for complaining(😗💦🍩) so here's how we can fix this problem. homegirl with the red hair that works the night shift ..im not sure what your name is but i would like to take u on a date sometime..if u say yes then i will forget this whole thing..however. If u say no..i will sue the company for every donut bite they own and they'll take it out of ur paycheck.

Love this place! Foods always unfreshing believable! Good friendly service. There are three Del Tacos in my area and this one by far is the better one. I like their menu choices things are always fresh made-to-order and for me it's more of a healthy take-out option than a lot of other fast food places

The Del Tacos here are so good. Red and green burritos are good too. Best Mexican fast food hands down Way better than Taco Bell. There are no Del Tacos in the Bay Area so we always stop at a Del Taco when we are down here in southern California. This a a good location.

Del taco is my favorite fast food so my reviews of any Del Taco maybe a little biased I've only had one problem here there was the manager guy taller Hispanic I don't know if he was having a bad day or what but he was super rude he was short with me and for whatever reason really didn't want to make a double Del cheeseburger sometimes it's hard to find parking here there's a car wash coin operated behind it and the lot is small so people are pulling out of the Stalls and you have people waiting to either Park or leave and it can be a pain aside from that hey have at it

Del Taco is a bit different than Taco Bell. They offer just a slight variant of the usual Mexican Style fast food. They offer American food items, such as hamburgers and fries. Their chocolate cake is great!!!! Their value "box" items are pretty good. They come in $4, $5, $6, and $10 food boxes. Great value. If you have their app, then you can take advantage of their special offers (buy one get one free. Buy $5 or more of food and get a free chicken taco, etc.)

This Del taco is fast and the staff is very friendly. It is clean and always stocked up on condiments and napkins. It it has a great location on the corner of two big busy streets and visible off the road.

The food here is good and the portions are usually exactly or more than expected. The drive through is usually pretty quick. Be warned about the drive through after dark. Many homeless people like to hang out in the parking lot, or hide behind the order sign. Some will pester you for change as you are attempting to place your order, while your car window is lowered. There is a security guard at night, but he stands on the opposite side of the building. In addition to knocking on your window or standing right in front of your car, sometimes the homeless people will throw trash or pebbles at your car to get your attention. This was my weekend fast food place of choice. The sudden rise in mentally unstable homeless people have made sure that I visit another fast food location in the future.

Order taken promptly, not the cleanest place (no spills, but tables need to be wiped down), the drink machine was broken for a week. Food quality is good and the prices are just fine.

I wanted a $5 chalupa cravings box and then they told me that they weren't taco bell. Didnt care too much for their tacos, but they had some pretty good cheesecake bites.

I just needed something to tide me over till dinner between my shopping. Got a bean and cheese burrito with green sauce. I requested a hot sauce packet but the one time I didn't check my bag, they forgot to put it in. So I ate the burrito without it, which wasn't that satisfying to me. I like my food spicy ergo I requested the hottest hot sauce packet. The burrito was freshly prepared, hot and fresh though. That's why the 4 ⭐'s.

They got my order wrong, and then forgot to fix it and give me the correct order, i had to get up and ask what happened to my food, and the cashier says " oh my God im sorry I forgot" smh

Basic rules applied although I did try something new with a cheesecake bites they looked totally different from what I expected they resemble something of an egg roll crossbred with a Charo but we're pleasantly hot which was not at all what I expected although they were a little bit too sweet for my preference and highly expensive as always it's always good to try something at least once in every lifetime

Before it was a lot worst then it was before. The mildly friendly staff makes up for discussing bathrooms and dirty dinning area. I really don't like the food much, but it it is close to my house. Still a decent place.

I'm just not a fan. Better fast food taco joints than this franchise. Just needed something light and quick. Did not satisfy my taco fix at all. Flavors, well not so much. If you're alright with less than just okay this may be the dining spot for you. The place was clean and staff friendly. That's all I got!

The food was good especially since I hadn't visited in a while. My kids enjoyed their burger! Employees were friendly. We didn't eat comfortably though due to high volume of transients stopping in to use the restroom. I was surprised to see the employees buzzing them all in, was not a pleasant dinner. Will return to a Del Taco, just not at this location.

The food is great! The beef burritos are definitely delicious. The restroom though, needs a bit cleaning. But hey, we could all need a bit of help now an then. Besides that, Clean restaurant. Great service! Great food!

Average about sums it up. I don't hate it and I don't love it. Good values to be had all around. I like that they have meat substitutes. I've enjoyed their double del cheeseburger. If you haven't given it a go I recommend it.

Rude Girl at the counter taking orders. Needed to repeat order to her and acted like she didn't care one way or the other.

Food was okay that's why 3 stars. Bad customer service and dining area was filthy. Customers ( not just me) had to clean their own tables to have a clean place to eat. Been here almost an hour and still nobody cleaning.

Drive thru takes forever to complete your order. Always over five minutes. I've been the 3rd vehicle and even when I was the only vehicle.

I'm not a fan of del taco. Their flavors are really not that good. My wife likes their tacitos and fries. I would much rather eat taco Bell. The weird thing is they were started by the same person, Mr. Bell.

Ordered 2 street tacos...specified what I wanted and they made the street tacos the way they wanted them. I'm typically a fan of Del Taco over other chains, such as Taco Bell. This one was kinda lackluster though.First, the gal answering the speaker in the drive thru apparently didn't listen. She seemed kind of rude, and wasn't very accomodating. Just saying, if you treat customers poorly, you shouldn't work in a service field. In addition, she had 0 respect at the window either. C'mon!!! I have received better service in the one near Baldwin Village (aka the jungle, hood, etc)!!! The so-called epic burrito was an epic fail! Get your stuff together!!!

Came because I was waiting for my car to be ready... walked in and saw 2 homeless people napping at the first table. I ordered the Beyond Avocado Del Taco and you see what I got.

The quality of food has gone down quite a bit. The flavor of the ground beef is much more spicy with less flavor than ever before and the guacamole they put on the 8 layer burrito was brownish and didn't taste good at all.

This location needs to update their hours of operation and communicate them with their whole team. Repeatedly I've come by this location when it is supposed to still be open until 1 or 2 am, depending on the day, I've called and asked what time they close and been told 1am on these days, 2 am on these days, and yet everytime I get there they have closed by midnight. I have been waved out of the drive thru line even if I've been in line before midnight. Just tonight when I asked the worker about it all I was told was that I was wrong, they always closed at midnight.

This was the 1st time I visited the location. A very bad experience. There were only 3 employees there at 11:16 am (a manager, cook and window-counter clerk. I ordered a taco burger/bun taco and glass of water to est there. The place only had 6 customers but it took about 10 minutes for my taco burger. My order was eventually called. It felt very light. I opened it and immediately discovered that the top un was missing. I went to counter to tell manager but he was moving around in the back. I flagged the clerk down to inform her. Dhe took the half burger and dumped ml ped in trash. She started talking to the book but I told her that I saw the manager wrap the item. She said something yo manager and said I'll make you another. My complaint is the time I th took. The manager mad mi as take and as he moved around doing other times, he never took the blue rubber gloves off so, he was actually transferring bacteria. The manager made the faulty burger. He never apologized nor did anyone else. I will be contacting Del Tacos corporate office after this rating.

I went and manager "carlos" made me feel so uncomfortable and lose my appetite. Worst customer service there is and whays the worst part its coming from a "MANAGER" and during a pandemic to treat people such a way I WILL NEVER COME THERE AND DO NOT RECOMMEND THAT FOR MANAGER TO TALK TO PEOPLE IN THAT WAY. I ordered some food from this merchant thru Uber eats, 45 minutes prior to closing. 3 drivers went there and waited for food to be prepared. Then they canceled my order 1 min before closing.

One person taking orders and prepping food and he was fast. no wander epic burrito and chicken quesadilla were cold. Old chicken in the grilled chicken tacos. we took more then half the burrito and quesadilla back and when we complained the manager trying to be smart aleck saying we ate almost all the burrito and quesadilla. Next time maybe instead of spitting the food in the trash we should return it to the store

Tell me why she utilized one an then had my 14 year old use one ONLY TO VE SCOLDED BY A THE CENTRAL AMWRICAN MALE telling her you can’t do that I know you two are together next time I won’t let you use the valid coupons that state one per customer which were utilized in such way . we came to Del taco ordered 5 combos, and didn't check the order and went to the park, they opened it and they didn't give us 4 main tacos, today we came and said that last time you didn't give them to us, can you deliver them to us, we ordered the order and waited, took them, thought that they returned them to us and they weren't there. It used to have great service and food now the food makes me sick and gives me a headache. The lady got my order wrong and I have to walk back to the store because I don't have a car at the moment so.. I have to fix her mistake. Not Satisfied. I probably get my money back tomorrow . My complaint is that when you post an opening time on your establishment....please please please be open!!! What's the point of business hours if your not going to use them. Why don't you just put up a sign that says " hey shut with your complaints, we get here when we get here!!" At least that I could respect!!! I would leave, but I would respect the message!!

This is what i was given, i took it back to Deltaco, and show the bag and said ' Give me my money bro for the quesadilla' to avoid any kind of argument. I don't think I need to explain what wrong with the food is. Here are the pictures of what I got. I was told that 'YOU FINISHED IT !' by one of their cashiers. I took the food out of its bag and asked this is how i Finished it? She told me I finished it WITHOUT CHECKING THE BAG. As seen on the picture I only took 1 god damn bite and left it. She did not even apologize for her lie. Then she said we can't give your money back you need to come back tomorrow. Well, I asked what her name is and she said There is no reason that i give you my but then she pronounced it, she refused to spell her name but I think she said 'Maria'. It was first and last time buying food from this company. I have reported this to the corporate as well.
