I love everything from the customer service to the cleanliness of the establishment. When i go there to order It's usually a guy named Jordan super nice,great customer service and let's me know the specials they have. When i order out Roger is usually my pizza guy. He always has peppers in hand unlike other drivers. The only complaint i have is wishing the Parmesan cheese would be free.

' A GREAT SURPRISE ' I usually order for home delivery, this time I drove to this location. There was good parking by the front door. What first caught my attention was the front door. It was clean and spotless. Usually doors with handles to a business that are dirty and grimy, indicate to me that the place is not up to par. I entered to the cool air conditioned waiting area which was spotless, to be, greeted by a a smiling courteous associate who took my order. While waiting during a short time, I noticed the patrons entering for their pick up orders to go. Again, they were treated with courtesy and their food was ready. Everyone working there was busy, clean cut and had good attitudes. The kitchen was spotless. I received my order and checked it before I left. This is a habit I had started sometime ago ( at other food establishments), after, getting home and my order was not up to my standards or was a wrong order. This time it was spot on. I really enjoyed my Pizza when I arrived home. Delish!!! I enjoyed my experience at this location, with them being so courteous. Very professional.

This store is the best! And a big plus the drivers are great. Every employee I have dealt with is nice and professional. My new fav - the specialty chicken, spicy jalepeno and pineapple. And the chocolate lava cake will put you in a chocolate frenzy!

The delivery was awful. It was supposed to take 10 minutes, according to the pizza tracker,(and I only live about one minutes drive away,) BUT we didn’t actually get the pizza until almost an hour had passed. VERY LATE. But the pizza was really REALLY SUPER delicious. I recommend hand tossed with sausage and peppers. This was the panorama city store on roscoe blvd.

Twice we ordered Takeout. Once we were given wrong toppings, so we called them and they were generous to give us a free pizza for the next visit. Next visit again same thing happened. Twice in 3 weeks.

I've ordered from this Domino's three times...its on Roscoe Blvd right down the street from the Hotel I've stayed at. I've gotten a great, cooked perfect pizza that arrived Hot only once...it was cooked by Denise. I've gotten an over cooked, dry...no pizza sauce and hardly no cheese (when I pay for extra) pizza twice! it was cooked by Jocelyn. So YMMV with this Domino's pizza store on Roscoe Blvd in North Hills.

Food is good but service is bad. They never answer the phones you have to be lucky for them to answer the phone. So I usually order online but the last past couple of time they take over an hour to deliver. Then the driver is either rude or something is missing.

I did not receive my salad for the second time from you guys and yet I was charged full price. I now have to pay full price for the pasta since your system did not include the salad so it eliminates the "2 or more for 5.99 deal". I order online a lot from you guys and this has become a reoccurring problem. I also did not receive a 2 liter in one of my past orders but I gave sympathy as mistakes can happen. Now I am getting overcharged and only receiving half of my orders. The driver had nothing to do with this as the receipt doesn't show the salad even though you charged me for it. The driver offered to bring it back but I don't want a salad 1-2 hours from now when the next delivery run goes out. This will be my last time ordering from this location. Unacceptable

This place is a hit & miss, service wise. Last time the driver forgot to pull the second half of my order out of his car, then forgot to bring my soda in the car entirely. He said, "I'll be right back with it," but I didn't see him for another forty minutes... and the store is an 8-minute drive from my house. I wanted to speak with the manager, so when I called the punk on the phone said he'd have the manager call me back, but of course he never did. Lesson learned: never pre-tip again.

I’ve also had them make me wait in their lobby for over 30 minutes without even telling me my order was ready, even though I placed it before arriving. Just beware.

Ordering online, it defaults to this Dominos. This is the 2nd time they have messed up one of my orders. Called to let them know my pizza toppings were wrong, got a rude lady on the phone that kept asking me, "What do you want then?" After telling her I wanted the pizzas I ordered, she said ok give back the ones you got to the driver and then hung up on me. This was after a long back and forth, trying to get this resolved. They messed up, and made it seem like I was the one giving them trouble... bad customer service. Will be changing my default delivery store asap. Only good thing about this place is the drivers are nice.

Horrible! Ordered pizza to be delivered. I kept calling to see what the holdup was. Kept getting put on hold, and no one ever came back. After an hour it had not left to be delivered, so I went to pick it up. COLD. I have ordered countless pizzas for home, work and parties from here. NEVER AGAIN.

I think it's really upsetting that everytime I order they give me the wrong pizza 1st time it happened I called they were rude as hell and told me that's the pizza I ordered and they can't do anything about. 2nd time which was today they gave me the wrong pizza again I got a Hawaiian pizza not even close to what I asked for I called and the manager told me that's what her screen says. I call bs I ordered with the app and mine doesn't say anything about Hawaiian so instead of saying I'm lying fix the app or fix your screen

Card accepted machine is not working in this store . And they not told me about special offers Today i pay 19$ for 1 medium pizza but they have offer 18 $ for 2 big pizza .and the second reason why i give them low point its Ranch when i won’t 2 rench for my pizza and chicken nuggets they told u have to buy each for 1$ they are crazy ??? I have to pay for ranche ? Why when I pay 24 $ for pizza and nuggets ...

In short u'll waste your time, money and health. Domino's brand is good but this location is so unhygienic and unprofessional. Will only recommend to take revenge on someone you don't like....

I ordered with uber eats then called to ask if they can put ranch and jalapeños on side they said no and hung up its like there giving it for free paid almost $100 for pizza know one wanted to help I guess the employees need more training how to be with customers plus the manager was scared to pick up the phone

I think its the worst tasting pizza made. CHEAP ingredients, totally lacks flavor. They've become the Subway of pizza, tossing old dry flavorless ingredients onto flavorless bread. Even microwave pizza has tons more flavor.

I placed my order and they gave me an over burnt pizza, after denying that I even made the order online. The staff seem to be unhappy with their job, however why take in orders when you are not willing to serve your customers well.

I ordered for pick up and the lady she was very rude on the phone and i was trying to say i wana add mashrom for the pizza and she didt waited she hanged up on me And when i walked in she didnt even said welcome or treated me as a customer she just asked “Do u have pick up?” Loud and slang voice She didnt say enjoy ur meal or something she just made it seems am getting the pizza for free

We tried calling this store 7 times and it rang more than twenty times and they also just pick up and hang up which is unprofessional. Dominoes needs to check these employees. The time of this incident is 7:50 -8pm. Please check who was working and take immediate action. Unacceptable for a food service place.

I don't believe it is the store specifically, although I have had several issues with this store in the past, but the ordering website is using deceitful and shaming practices in its tipping program. A delivery driver, at the least gets paid minimum wage. Business act like that tips is all they get paid and that is not the case...The business charges a $4.59 delivery charge and then charges tax on the whole thing including the delivery fee at a rate of almost 10% because it is LA. That is an additional $8.26 they want me to tip on for no actual product and a round trip distance of 1 mile for the driver... I give a respectable amount for one trip drop off. Remove the percentage tracker...

delivery driver never showed up after my nephew band I waited over and hour. I called for a refund and the lady was rude, they usually get my order wrong when I order. They need better management at the Roscoe store

This place is horrible regarding their pizza making skills and their customer service. I have had more pizzas delivered that were WRONG, under-cooked and sloppy. As a Detroit native who grew up on this stuff I expect more from this corporation. But, it's clear that the Panorama City store just plain sucks. But their customer service is the absolute worst and I guess I shouldn't have high expectations for ANYTHING coming out of Panorama City.

If there was a no stars available I would give this Dominos no stars. I was put on hold for 20 mins....called 3 times prior with no answer at all. Why doesn't management hire ppl that actually want to work? Everyone sounds like they hate their job. Get a better job then, that easy!

Last month I ordered a pizza and pasta from the dominos near my house. An hour went by and I was wondering where my food was. I called the store 10 times an nobody picked up or contacted me about my order. Afterwards i just gave up and ordered food from somewhere else. Today I ordered the same thing again, giving dominos another shot. After 45 minutes I wondered where my food was since there was no update on the app. Deja vu? I called the store and to my surprise someone picked up on the first call. The worker didnt apologize for the inconvenience but rather told me that there was only 1 driver working tonight and told me it would take another 30 minutes for me to get my food. I asked if the pizza was ready and he said yes and that I could pick it up if I want. So I picked up the pizza because I didn't wanna wait for another 30 minutes. I come home and the pasta and pizza are cold and my pizza isnt even cut! Literally the worst service I've ever experienced. I payed a delivery fee for cold food that I had to go pick up or wait 1 1/2 hours to get? Ridiculous. Never ordering from this dominos ever again. Zero stars.

So frustrated! Called in an order on our way to the hotel. Pick up a medium pepperoni for $12. The fella on the phone couldn't be bothered to tell me that I could get a large 3 topping for 7.99 or two mediums for 5.99 each. The guy didn't even tell me about the deals when I was shocked at the price! It's simple customer service, really. I have never let someone miss out on a deal and spend way more than necessary because they didn't know about specials before calling. Sorry, I didn't do online research while driving.

Be aware of this place. The manager is a lady doesn’t speak English or understands it. I call to get my credit and the manager was so rude rude that I don’t understand how this people get managers position with No people skill? She didn’t want to speak her language Spanish since her English is poor. So if you get credit for any reason? Make sure you get it in writing- the food was so cold after they took one hour and 30 min

Driver Rumon* cracked the soda and told my wife that he would either bring her a new one or his manager will credit her the 2 liter. When attempting to get the 2 liter, the customer service was horrible. The employees told me that they do not deliver to my address even though the receipt shows otherwise. Corporate will be contacted immediately. The 17 year old boy was no help and Marina doesn’t understand English. Good Luck.

The lady night duty staff she should not be there the image of the dominos and the service will be in trouble. Very unprofessional the way she answer the phone and how to explain to the customer about the Timings of pick up order is so rude. If she is tired go home.

There pizza was not completely cooked and they forgot to add the pasta. Never again. I will never order from ANY DOMINOS AGAIN. And they charged me over 31.00 for this garbage

I ordered on my mobile app per usual (order #151) and it said that Juan was preparing my order (LG pizzas 3 toppings) great, right, not, 2 out of 3 pizzas arrived INCORRECT! I ordered pepperoni, sausage and jalapeños but I got no sausage it was replaced with PINEAPPLE my son is allergic to pineapple! The other one was mushroom, green pepper, and black olives, because I have a vegan visitor in the house, and it arrived MEATY with pepperoni and ham! What a disappointment, I called to get this fixed, gentleman on the phone sounded overwhelmed and distressed, placed me on hold twice to talk to his manager, but Juan the guy who made my order and the manager at this location didn't take the call. The employee who answered the phone should be the new manager or supervisor, he compensated me in full since the pizza was not edible for my quests/family. No complains with the delivery guy Mathew he was so respectful and courteous big tip next time. I hope corporate replies to my review or at least look into this location I'm sure revenue is down due to poor manangement and supervision.

Over 4 people working inside, I got it, it is busy but since they does not allow the customers to wait their already ordered food inside, someone should be on the “window”.... pick up is a nightmare

I just made an order for 4 pizzas , and 'manager' JESSICA was EXTREMELY RUDE and said she didn't want to help me out because she's really busy. And said that why am I complaining over a $5.99 pizza. I am allergic to the tomato sauce and I asked for Alfredo. So disappointed and very unsatisfied. She should be fired for her HORRIBLE customer service. I don't care how busy you are. What happened to customer satisfaction? Definitely not satisfied with miss Jessica. That's is not how you speak to a paying customer

This store is horrible. Do not order from them. They don't have people answering the phones. They have AI taking orders and they take the orders wrong and the store does not take any responsibility for it. I complained about my pizza they gave me a corporate number and refused to fix it. I call the corporate number and it tells me to call the store and I was going in circles this is ridiculous I will never order from the store again or Domino's again.

This location uses a mechanical voice to take the order and keeps getting the address wrong, can't even connect to a human being to place an order.
