I've been coming here faithfully since before they changed owners a few years ago. The new owners made this place so much better and I always enjoy everything I get here. My most recent experience I ordered here because my brother-in-law was visiting from Colorado and my father-in-law was visiting from Arizona and we were having a family meal at my house. For appetizers we got two orders of Chicken Satay and the Thai Tasty Delight. My husband loves chicken satay so we always order it and in NEVER disappoints. The chicken is flavorful, tender, and the peanut sauce that comes with it is velvety and melts in your mouth! It was my first time trying the Thai Tasty Delight appetizer sampler and I'm surprised I've never gotten it before. I will now be ordering it more often! Great selection with items everyone loves. Egg rolls, gozoyas, the shrimp rolls were just what I was craving, and the cream cheese wraps were divine. Tonight we were in the mood for curry so for entrees we ordered the panang w/tofu and green curry with shrimp. The containers were filled to the brim and we dug right in before I had a chance to take any pictures! Both were amazingly flavorful. The panang had a decent balance of bell peppers to tofu with just the right amount of kick. The curry and coconut milk was a creamy balance of flavor. The green curry is my favorite and never disappoints. I love the flavor of their green curry and coconut milk with the sweet basil, bamboo shoots, bell peppers and green beans. This dish has it all! There was plenty of shrimp in the dish and the shrimp were prepared perfectly. All entrees come with a side of white rice. We also ordered fried rice with chicken. Their fried rice comes with your choice of meat for no extra charge and there is a good amount of veggies mixed in. Other dishes I have tried from here (I haven't tried anything that wasn't good): Pad See Ew Gai (Chicken) - This is my go-to dish when I try a new Thai restaurant and theirs is THE best! Larb (Chicken Salad) This is probably my all-time favorite Drunken Noodles (Pad Kee Mow) Prik King Tom Kha Soup - I've tried both Gai and Koong (Chicken and Shrimp) I dream about their Tom Kha Soup, it's heavenly Pineapple Fried Rice
This is a gem in the rough. I wouldn't have stopped here, had I not read the reviews. We enjoyed the Yum Woon Sen salad as our first dish. The crab cakes came next. We used the chili vinegar rather than the sweet and sour source. Really good. Next was the chicken pad thai. Also really tasty. Lastly was the Pad Kee Mao. This was over spiced. We asked for mild. Despite that it was still delicious. For desert we had the Mango Sticky Rice. Also good. This place is now in my favorites!
Been coming here for years. Great food and great people. Their Pad Thai is one of the best in the valley. I also enjoy their Thai Iced Tea as one of the better in the valley. Dont usually get egg rolls because most are overly greasy but here I like them. Parking is the only issue here as it can be difficult at times. Not a large lot and people can't drive in it. Other then that zero issues.
Got a few items for take out and they were all amazing. Sample appetizer was all really tasty. Two orders of chicken (satay) skewers, phenomenal! The staff were extremely friendly, attentative, and considerate. The meals were delicious, and definitely worth every penny.
This is my weekly go-to!! I’m Vegan and obsessed w this restaurant for their tofu soup and yellow curry. I think they’re catching onto me because they gave me a freebie drink today and put a smiley face on it. I cannot suggest this place enough and yes- the outside shopping center is a little dingy but even the inside of this place is super cute. Don’t let the area discourage you!!
the first and the only place where I can feel comfortable and satisfied, I really liked the service and the kindness with which I am treated, the food is very tasty and the place is cozy, thank you very much for making my moments great, I am pleased with everyone at Thai Tasty.

This is my favorite restaurant. The food is so delicious. I love their seafood soup. Their Thai tea is one of the best. In addition, the service is truly amazing. I highly recommend it.
A small place with a good feel. The host/waitress was very friendly and attentive. We ordered the Thai Tasty mixed appetizer plate, pad Thai, and red curry. I always get curry anywhere that it's available and this was one of my favorites.
One of my favorite Thai restaurants. I love their pad see ew, pad Thai, fried rice, etc. Always so good and portions are huge! Their Thai ice tea is one of the best and their service is always kind and efficient. I’ve been ordering for years now & sometimes they give you free items with big orders which is super kind of them :) ! Can’t recommend them enough

This Thai restaurant in the San Fernando Valley is the best one I've ever dined at (well, I usually get it to go). I order their food about 2 times a month, since I work nearby. The meals are always correct, and they are quick to prepare it. The staff is very pleasant, a nice change from the hustle and bustle of being in a big city. The food IS DELICIOUS!!! I usually order a lunch meal (very affordable) or the Panang Salmon. So good! If you like Thai food and have not tried Thai Tasty on Roscoe Blvd (I think it's across from where the old Van Nuys Drive-In used to be), I suggest you give them a try. Take out or dine-in. They have a really cute and clean small restaurant. For the money, flavor and good service, you can't beat this authentic Thai restaurant!!!
I write this with a full belly and a smile. Coming here was a great serendipitous decision. The staff is so wonderful and friendly, the food is amazing and served hot and fresh. I ordered the yellow curry lunch special and the pad thai lunch special. Both were great and the prices are affordable. Come here, you wont regret it! 🤩

This Thai restaurant in the San Fernando Valley is the best one I've ever dined at (well, I usually get it to go). I order their food about 2 times a month, since I work nearby. This place certainly deserves a five stars review for the food but I cannot give them five because the service was not that great. Service is a big part of the dine in experience. The lady who served my party was great, but she was also busy taking phone orders as opposed to taking my party’s order first. We are there, seated and ready to dine but instead of serving us first who are there, the lady spent much time on the phone taking orders. The lady herself is really nice, just the level of priority seems misplaced. Some of the highly recommended food here is certainly their Tom Yum Soup and their House Special Short Ribs. These two dishes are well balanced, surprisingly delicious and most importantly they complements each other. Their appetizer fried tofu is also a very surprising dish that catches the right balance between crunchy exterior with a soft and fragrant interior when you bite into it. Overall, highly recommend the food here, but dining in may not be a great experience. Highly suggest doing take out instead.

Not as great as it used to be before the new management 😕 everything is over priced that I started coming once in a blue moon. Crab cakes went from 10 to 17.... but the same amount of food so why would I spend my money for the same amount.

today 02/28 I asked for food in this place, I put a special note that they could not smell hirbabuena or mint, my food arrived and that was full of mint since I am allergic to this leaf, call to make my rule, do not speak Spanish, and a man answered in Spanish who went crazy because I made the rule, said I insulted him, it bothered me so much that I hit him I can't argue with angry blinds, I tried to talk to the manager and he told me to take the Food that is obvious that I cannot ask for at home, this experience was so disappointing that it caused me a strong stomach ache, due to the lamb, apart from the request for my money. If there is a person who can help me to return my money, I will be very grateful. el dia de hoy 02/28 pedi comida en este lugar, puse una nota especial que no le pucieran hirbabuena o menta, llego mi comida y eso estaba lleno de menta ya que soy alergica a esta hoja, llame para hacer mi reglamo, no hablan español, y un hombre contesto en español que se puso como loco porque hice el reglamo, dijo que lo insulte, me moleste tanto que le golgue yo no puedo discutir con persinas iracionales, trate de hablar con el gerente y me dijo que le lleve la comida que es obvio que no puede poreso la pedi a domicilio, fue tan decepcionante esta expericia, que me causo un fuerte dolor de estomago, por el corraje, a parte la pedida de mi dinero. si hay una persona que me pueda ayudar para regresarme mi dinero se voy a agradecer mucho.

I ordered my food online, for pick up. It was hot and it was good, but the soup was really salty. I ordered the tofu mushroom soup with vegetables and it came with no mushrooms. I also ordered a tom yum soup and it was good. Lastly I ordered a Thai iced tea with light ice because it was a cold day. I ordered chili on the side as well. When I got my food, there were no napkins or utensils, there was no chili, and my Thai tea was full of ice. I called the store to let them know that they messed up my order and the manager was extremely rude. She yelled at me on the phone and told me that they don’t have a website, and if I ordered it on the website I have to take it up with their third party. I told her that she needed to lower her tone and that is was unprofessional to which she continued to yell at me. She told me I was wrong and that the menu didn’t say that there are mushrooms in the tofu soup, while I was looking at the menu. I wish she would have been more professional in her approach to handling my complaint. I’m sure the food here is delicious but I will not be returning to this establishment.
