I've never been inside the location, just delivery. So far the experience has been pleasant. The delivery people are always friendly and I've never had a problem with my order.
Sent an online order for pick up. Took maybe 10-12 minutes before it was ready. This location is inside the mall, so it took me a minute to find it. Pizza and salad were good as usual.
I was not ready to switch from Pizza Hut. To Domino's. Was not a fan, cuz of the crust NOT AT ALL. Its been years i havent try Domino. Who remember the "knone" the charter trying to steal the pizza. Yup that long!!! WOW 🍕👍😍 AM A FAN!! GREAT JOB DOMINO'S CREW🙏🍕💪
The best Domino’s I’ve ever seen
This is the first Domino's Pizza I have seen with a full dining room complete with a self service soda machine and booths. This location is inside Panorama City mall and is only lacking restrooms; for that, you'll have to use the ones for the mall.
My pizza came on time, nothing was left behind. No complaints. I love ordering from them
Always get extra love on mypizza, this location never fails me or my team during our lunch breaks. Thanks for the awesome pizza!!

The staff, specifically Fernando, was super friendly! Excellent service! I was hesitant to go to this Dominos because in the past this mall was pretty gross. But I was astonished at how much better kept up the mall was, and the Dominos looks totally new and clean. And of course I loooove the pizza. Bacon and pineapple is my fav!
I want to say. Zack was super understanding Taking my Order. With such Polite mannerisms. His a keeper and that was today 1/29/22🙂🙂🙃🙃🙃.
Well I had a wonderful experience in this local , I asked for 2 large and 3 drinks but wanted fanta and didn't have on the soda machine when the manager check they didn't have more , he gave me a 2 L fanta for my children so nice , all the restaurants needs person like him.

Love ordering my pizza here this is the only place i come too for my pizza and i live all the way too North Hollywood always a satisfying guess i been coming here senses i was 10 years old pizza is always hot even back in the days when they will sale by slices pizza was always hot they should bring that back theres so manny new flavors i will love too try but why buy a whole pizza if i dont like I believe dominos should really bring back too slices of pizza

Everything is good and cooked fantastically, but the only thing is that every time I order wings they’re not fully coated in the sauce.
Great delivery services. If you eat inside though, you'll be bombarded by their phone that rings out loud when customers call, and it makes the whole sit and stay experience so not worth it.
Everything was good! I prefer the bacon to be whole pieces rather than small pieces. And I like it non crispy!

August 20, I redemed my points for the free pizza along with a 2 litter sprite and lava cakes, at 8:45pm. At 9:45 pm I called to ask if they were going to deliver my pizza. I was told its on its way. At 10:45 I called again. I was told my order was canceled because I have an old number saved on my file. I told them I still want my order. I was told to reorder it through the website. I went online I noticed my points were not refunded. I called again to ask what happened. I was told it was my problem because I didnt put the right number. I asked the name of the person I was speaking to and he just hung up on me. When I called again they put me on hold. When I finally got through he said his name was Sergio. I know Sergio and that didnt sound anything like him. Unless they got two sergios working there now, I will find out tomorrow. I have been ordering pizza from this location for years and have never had an issue with them. But this guy, with hispanic accent, began to argue with me. #customersdontmatter August 21 7:30 pm Went in person to speak with the manager but he was gone for the day. The cashier went to the back to get another guy, im guessing he is the next in charge. Turns out his name is also Sergio. I told the cashier the issue with tge website not allowing permanet changes to the file (Phone #) and that I already sent an email to Corporate regarding last nights issue along with the website. As I was trying to explain Sergio buts in and starts trying to argue with me. I told him to stop talking and let me finish. He just walked away. The Cashier Karen was very polite, respecful, and she helped make everything right again. I hope the Manager Sergio knows that this other Sergio is giving him and his establishment a bad rep.
Took forever to get my already cooked pizza while one employee was taking phone orders and the other was preparing the pizzas. The lobby was full. I had to tell him to give me my already paid for pizza before it got cold after 20 mins of waiting for it after it was cooked.
Too much rush will reduce the quality ofcourse cherry on the cake is the smart mouth that works there, hint: male ,A*i*N. Domino's brand is good..

What’s wrong at this pizza joint? Why can’t they have a soda machine working? There pizzas are good but, they really need fix there soda machine. They pefer to go orders instead of dine in.
Ordered two thin crust pizzas delivered right on time no problem until we opened one box and saw that the pizza was destroyed! So I decided to call them and see what they could do for me. When a guy answered me like if he was very tired or annoyed you could barely hear him. Regardless I told him what had happened, he then put me on hold and the call dropped or he hung up.( who knows) so I called again and again was put on hold at this point I think 2 people had put me on hold but I could still here the background and you can tell they were confused and didn’t know what was going on. Anyways long story short the last guy I spoke to was very rude he claimed I had already reordered my messed up pizza and never got a “I’m sorry for the inconvenience” nothing of that sort. This is the second time this location has had very bad customer service.

They don't use the fountain drink machine so they don't have cups for customers that buy bottle soda I just seen the workers throwing food back and forth to each other 4 employees
I've been waiting 1 hr and 15 minutes for my order and nobody is answering the phone I called 2x and they hung up on me. Horrible service
So apparently requesting for change of 100 $ is no longer available when you're paying what ever happened to satisfying the customer
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE. I cant believe this happened to me. We’ve always ordered pizza from here and after tonight, i will never order from this place again. (maybe i will cause we love pizza) we waited for our pizza for AN HOUR and we eventually called to see what happened and some dude said he delivered the pizza and didn’t know what to do about us not receiving it. WHAT A JOKE. like hello i want my pizza. if we didn’t have extra food we wouldn’t starved because of this. this dude is lucky or else i would have stormed into dominoes and punched him using my black belt karate skills. thank you and goodnight😘

Pretty Disappointed on the costumer servicem in store with no Receipt, did not know when my food was going to be ready. If I did not ask when was it ready going to be ready I would of waited for 45 minutes. HAD TO EAT A COLD PIZZA
I spoke to the manager Sergio aldough he apologized I still think it's worse costumer service ever I place my order online I called and let them noe I was paying cash and only had a bill and the male guy answer don't noe his name he was super rude and said well what do u want me to do I said find cancel the order so I thought order was cancelled and next think u noe I get a delivery they said will take ur money come back later with ur change really the manager said frustrated help me out here I'm like no u guys didn't want to help me out neither will I I'm just gonna contact corporate office worse service

Every day when i was on my 15min break I'd stop by to get a Slice or two of pizza. Please bring that back. There are plenty of hungry employees who work at the mall,curacao,Walmart who would really appreciate it
Manager is great and respectful but the drivers Are not the friendly .they are Rude And Not patient ..overall it could be better .
Order over the phone and spoke to a nice lady ask if I can pay over the phone and have someone pick up and she said yes ask for the name of the picking up. When my daughter picked up they keep telling her there was no order for her. After almost an hour of her being there she called me and ask me are you sure you order at the right place I then called and spoke to a guy he then hand it her her order only for the food to be cold! I called back and ask to speak with a manager I spoke to Sergio only to be told oh sorry we don’t usually give out orders unless the persons who paid is here. I then said then someone should’ve told me that when I called and I would’ve gone there myself. I explained to him that my food have been sitting there for over an hour and it was cold he did not even offer to replace it not seemed to care... very rude and poor customer service will not be ever visiting this location. Wish I could give them zero stars
I place a order online and when my pizza was deliver it was wrong there was no pepperoni and i call the store and try to talk to the Manager Sergio and he told me that there was nothing he could do since it was already deliver and he got really rude i told him that he didn't needed to get mad since i wanted for them just to double check the order before leaving the store. i told him that if he prefer to loose a loyal customer to domino's then fixing the issues and he said he didn't care .. what kind of customer service is this.
I haven't ordered a pickup pizza in a long time due too incompetence of the staff, that can't seem to get your order over the phone, so when I go to pick up my order, the staff couldn't find my order, I him a piece of my mind, and told him that's why I haven't used them for such a long time. But that's not the only reason why, one of the staff, had used my card too order pizza. The only reason I went to Domino's is my wife wanted it from there.💩💩💩💩💩💩💩💩💩💩
This store use to be really good but after the pandemic the quality has severely dropped and the service only got worse from there until these guys today took nearly a hour to deliver and when my mom simply asked why it was late these guys where fighting with her and where ruder than all hell. I highly suggest avoiding this place, try to order somewhere more local or elsewhere. It's sad how the quality in service and food has dropped to the point I had to make this reveiw
Not good at all.. schedule says they closed at 1 am on Saturday means that’s closed at 1 am on Sundays right but I walked in and they just quick me out really bad . Manager was at the register. Hope u can check cameras and do something about cause if u close late nite at Saturday its doesn’t make any sense cause they quick people out like animals l….
If I could give them a zero i would! The driver Eva was so disrespectful and screaming at me over the phone! And I called the store and the Daniel like nothing didn’t care! I’ve been a loyal customer for years I grew up in the area never had experience anything like this. I’m complaining to corporate this is unacceptable.
